familiar,
but try something new
today,
as created,
You Are creator,
what once was work 
might you turn
into play?

What might you do 
to make you smile,
and do not others
light up with this,
love and laughter 
are contagious,
All souls respond 
to light-heartedness.

Pamper yourself,
treat you with care,
are you then not 
better able to give,
comfort and kindness 
are Universal,
beginning with you,
what might you 
forgive?

Find comfort with you
today,
Be at Home wherever 
you may be,
You Are a Be-ing 
of Love and blessings,
share All of This,
and as Love,
Be free!

Be Light as moon
above you glowing,
spread Light as rays
from the sun,
see Light within
your brother growing,
know Light as you
and your sister
Are One.

There may not be
a single instance
in this life
that unites you All,
you may share a moment
on your timeline,
you may sing together
to a favorite song.

But Light and Love
have you connected,
this goes beyond
familial ties,
acknowledge This Light
in All you See,
let your heart open
to This Truth inside.

Be Light,
it is your truest
calling,
you need not search
for this perfect gift,
see your reflection
wherever you are looking,
your Home resides
in All of This.

Forever Home

Ego works hard 
to convince
that you are separate 
and alone,
this is the premise 
of the ego –
I need to struggle 
and tightly hold.

When in this grip 
of constriction,
fears are stoked 
that one might 
lose out,
ego trusts not 
anyone,
certainly not the 
self that feels
left out.

Love reminds and 
gently soothes – 
my dear you never 
can be alone,
yes the world shows
here and there,
but Here is always 
and forever Home.

As Love, You Are 
wholly connected,
yes in life and 
spirit too,
reach out to your
brothers and sisters,
know dear loved ones
accompany you.

Lean into your heart 
and feel,
Here with All 
may This you know – 
fully supported,
embraced with Love,
soak up This Truth
and welcome Home!

 

The Generosity of Love

Be generous.

This may be a 
monetary concept,
but generosity is more 
than you think,
intuition leads you
to opportunities 
to share Love that 
makes your heart
sing.

Be generous with 
your time,
a listening ear may
be what someone 
needs,
you need not solve 
every problem arising,
but hold space to 
help another breathe.

In a season of so 
much giving,
dive deep to see 
what you are 
in need of,
be generous to yourself
dear one,
open your heart and 
receive All This Love.

In this sharing 
and receiving,
do not All delight
in ripples spread,
This is the Magic 
of any season,
connecting dots 
and hearts – 
so spirit-led!

The Grace of Love

Expand beyond 
perceived perceptions
when you have a 
problem to solve,
might a bigger picture
view bring to light
what it is about.

There usually is an
origin of what can 
get under your 
skin,
internal core beliefs
make up so many 
stories you find 
yourself in.

Follow your emotion 
to the part of you 
that wishes to be
seen,
you need not know
all of the causes,
but bring Love’s comfort – 
listen and believe.

At the deepest level
of all conflict,
Love is the answer 
it’s true,
expand and know 
the Grace of Love
is eternally flowing 
always through 
You!

This Eternal Moment

Focus on what 
is right before
you,
something warm to 
sip,
a perfect sky,
when talking to 
a friend or family,
Be present,
see their 
true Light.

The things around you 
need not be perfect,
your perfection is 
You as Soul,
sprinkle the magic 
of Love in every 
crevice to see
all things as 
Whole.

Move forward as 
flow allows,
pause when nudged 
to stay in place,
do not base your 
growth on what 
you see,
you evolve beyond 
time and space.

Love is not a stagnant 
entity,
Love is in Everything 
you see,
look lovingly with 
the Eyes of Love,
This Moment is 
eternity!

one of Love’s 
blessings to 
behold.

You live your life,
you do your best,
you experience what 
in life unfolds.

Yes there are times 
when you can give 
all that you have 
on any given day.

But in some experiences,
your 50% is even 
more than you 
need today.

There are ebbs 
and there are flows,
as circumstances
may shift and 
change.

Be compassionate 
with your self,
be flexible and 
rearrange.

Temper harsh judgment
of this self,
your human-ness 
is worthy of a 
break.

Shower Love’s blessings 
upon this you,
may compassion Be 
what today you 
take.

And as you behold 
this you,
right now,
does not a smile 
form upon your
face.

Love’s recipe is 
in your heart,
be spontaneous,
be open – 
adding Love

Be spirit-guided 
as This You Are,
is this not the purpose
of Every One,
give and receive 
in This endeavor –
adding Love 
throughout 
the day.

Is this not holidays
arriving early,
may any moment
Be a Gift,
wrapped in Love 
You Are This blessing –

Embracing Compassion

so close and tightly,
what fears are waiting 
to be released,
trust may be fleeting 
in the world,
but trust that Love 
will set you free.

You have a superpower – 
compassion,
sense how this ignites 
your heart to grow,
Be compassion to 
your self,
spread this generously
to all you know.

If it is fear that 
brings up lack,
sense your abundance 
when This you know – 
embracing compassion
fills you with Love,
and with Love’s Strength 
see You as Whole!

shadows,
but You as Soul 
transcend the 
darkest night.

Accept the challenge

perceptions,

way to see,
trust your intuition 
that uses myriad ways
to flow, 
to Be.

is a loving endeavor,
begin here and see
what unfolds,
as a Miracle of Love,
arise Beloved 
and dance with
