The Flow of You

Let your intuition 
flow,
this is spirit,
the soul of You,
when you quiet 
ego’s voice,
your soul assists 
with what to do.

You need not be 
in meditation,
your soul is Here 
for every ride,
are you not amazed 
when new thoughts 
drop in,
this wellspring flows 
so strong inside.

As constant as breath
your soul is with you,
why not let it take 
the lead,
you may resist the word
surrender,
but with less resistance 
might you then Be.

This need not be a 
major change,
as you have shifted
more than you know,
now with awareness 
and Faith of Be-ing,
as openness and wonder –
follow your soul!

Still You

Be You.

You Are more than 
what you see,
you expand as 
All of This,
but for now in 
this precious moment,
as you breathe, 
Be You.

Yes, your edges 
may be blurry,
You as Collective 
are This too,
You Are amazing 
States of Be-ing,
Here and Everywhere –
still You.

You may ask,
how can this be,
all I know is 
what I see,
your perspective 
is One of All –
so unique dear one,
Be You.

Sense Love’s Gratitude
for walking this path –
you are not alone,
You Are One and 
Everything,
so perfectly now –
Be You.

Love is your 
wholeness,
this is where your
Strength resides,
Here is where the 
magic happens,
You Are healed 
and whole inside.

Yes life takes you 
on a journey,
with a body that 
talks to you,
tend to it with 
tenderness,
from Source that wholly
breathes you.

Release ego’s blaming
stories,
that keep you constricted
and small,
Here is Love,
your safe harbor,
Be your Self,
connected to All.

With this freedom
may you sense
your wholeness that 
never was apart,
Here You Are,
precious child,
Home and safe as
the Love You Are!

With Loving Faith

Be patient as you 
walk your path,
you are supported 
as it unfolds,
your loved ones,
angels surround
you now,
you hear the calling 
of your soul. 

Know Divine Timing
is at hand,
you need not see the 
journey complete,
have Faith, believe
in You through life,
you have what you need,
may this bring you Peace.

May you walk boldly 
upon your path,
Love holds your hand
as you take each step,
all possibility awaits you,
precious one,
Love delights in hearing
you say yes!

As Above, So Below

Your life may be 
like a book,
with many stories 
to tell,
but beneath the 
“good or bad”
is your soul knowing 
All is Well.

May you rise above 
any performance
that you think needs
to be judged,
as human you know
you are not perfect,
perfection is a myth 
that can hurt so much.

In the story that 
is you,
look at the moments
beyond the plot,
what emotions,
what compassion,
what loving exchanges
rise to the top?

As co-creator of your
experiences,
Be gentle with you,
Love,
in This Moment 
You Are All 
you seek,
you below are 
All of This above!

Treasured

May you see Love 
in the mirror,
reflecting All of This
to you,
there is no beginning,
there is no end,
to the miracle 
That is You.

Ego may try to 
bring things up,
to make you question
and to judge,
let Love answer 
everytime and show 
how much You Are
so Loved.

Take a break 
from ego’s banter,
still the thoughts 
within your mind,
listen to each breath
you take,
Here is Love’s Voice,
gentle and kind.

Soak up each and 
every moment,
as you experience 
what is True,
You Are treasured 
as You Are,
believe and know 
This Love is You!

Holy You

Celebrate each other, 
lift All up in what 
you do,
in this process of 
giving, receiving,
do you not celebrate 
you?

Help someone to 
feel so cherished,
and when you see 
what Love can do,
imagine All held 
in Love’s arms,
would this not change 
the world,
its view?

You need not change 
the world yourself,
but begin with your
heart Here,
share compassion,
let Love Be
what you give to 
others near.

See Love as your 
brother and sister,
they are extensions
of Love,
of You,
as you see another 
holy,
you see Love’s holiness 
in you!

Imagine

May Love be another 
choice,
when your mind begins 
to run amok,
you imagine stories 
not yet here,
the ego loves to 
make stuff up.

Imagination is not
the culprit,
you can use this 
to create anew,
check your intention –
is a core belief,
asking for Love 
to be seen by you.

You know the feeling 
of egoic thought,
yes it feels icky and 
not so good,
now infuse this with 
Love and compassion
and with imagination,
see Love surrounding 
you.

This is not folly,
it is You reminding
your human self,
You Are more than 
this,
breathe in the power
of the Universe,
center and balance
as All of This.

Allow imagination,
with loving intention,
to help release what 
feels tangled, tight,
say yes to Love’s 
unconditional promise –
to see You wholly as
Love’s perfect Light!

Love, Arising

Love arises in you.

You are used to 
looking elsewhere,
this could not be 
found in me!
Nurture your self,
so tender, precious,
Love arises in you.

Yes in spring you 
love the greening,
the hope and wonder
of new growth,
This is You,
expanding always,
as Love arises 
in you.

Love cannot help 
but awaken
what may lie dormant 
until timing is right,
your soul trusts in 
Divine timing,
Love forever arises 
in you.

Hope is not a 
far-off prayer,
it is an intention 
to open your eyes,
with Gratitude 
for what you see,
be in awe of Love
arising in you.

Be Love’s wonder,
Here You Are,
marvel at what 
you know is True –
Love is Everywhere
You Are,
precious child,
Love is Home
in You!

The Womb of Love

Cycles of Love – 
they do not end,
you eternally flow 
with This as Grace,
as Love creates this 
magnificence,
Love is Here beyond
any earthly space.

These bonds exist
beyond birth or 
death,
your story is Love 
experiencing itself,
lay down your burdens
of what should be,
in the Womb of Love,
know All Is Well.

In This Safe Space 
where Love is Here,
your tender heart 
knows what is True – 
All who you Love 
are with you always,
this Cycle of Love 
returns All to you.
