Love sees you 
and honors 
your sacred core 
that is your Truth,
sense your Strength,
your innate power – 
Here You Are.

You are weary of 
feeling the burdens
that your human self
may bear,
ask Love to help to
transform them,
Love says – 
Here You Are.

Does not friction create 
such beauty,
as the oyster with 
its pearl,
with the blessings of
all those before you,
precious One –
Here You Are.

You shine with 
your spark,
eternal,
your willingness helps 
you believe and know,
you are connected,
needed, cherished,
Love is grateful – 
Here You Are.

In the struggle,
when there is pain,
you may wonder 
what to do,
take a breath,
rest in this moment,
remember always,
Here is Love.

Life is full of obstacles
that trip you up
as you seek 
where to walk,
on any journey
that you find yourself,
forever, always,
Here is Love.

When you tire of the 
steep climb that ego
creates to distract you,
when you pause 
in Love’s sweet breath,
your soul whispers gently,
Here is Love.

Be you tender 
in your heart,
letting compassion
wash over you,
know Love’s blessing
refreshes,
reminds,
always, forever,
Here is Love.

Say Yes

Say yes to Love.

Your heart may break,
you wonder how
to fill a space that has 
emptied out,
sense your wholeness,
complete You Are – 
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

This may be a new 
sensation to feel,
who might you be 
if not climbing uphill,
you are the peak 
you have been
searching for – 
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

Loved ones, 
your angels and 
your guides,
remind they are 
with you upon 
this ride,
open a door,
prop windows wide –
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

Why not throw caution 
to the wind,
step into This Flow,
begin again,
your connected spark 
always Lights the way,
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

May you remember 
Joy and Peace,
Here with you always 
is Grace and ease,
let Love remind you,
beloved one,
Love says yes to You,
precious child of Love.

Wherever You Are

wherever you are,
you may set a place 
and time,
but forever Love 
is with you,
you are never 
left behind.

Walk with Love 
in familiar places,
a favorite season
brings you Here,
Love always meets you
in your heart,
when you wish Love 
to be near.

You need not ask 
for Love to join you,
Love is always, 
forever Here,
Love is with you 
wherever you are,
Love cherishes you,
beloved,
dear.

Being Human

Be aware of comparisons,
contrasting,
yes in the world 
there is much of 
this,
check in with what 
makes you take notice,
what self judgment
do you pair it with.

Might you notice 
differences,
and extend arms to 
embrace with Peace,
when you accept, allow
for someone else,
are you not accepting you
with Grace and ease.

Comparisons need a 
place to start,
why not be open 
to how you see you,
may your loving heart
embrace yourself,
not needing others 
to define you.

Whilst in this world
you can use judgment,
to sense what cries out
in you,
may Love reassure
your human perspective,
to remind you are 
the perfect You!

This Belief

Release what tethers 
you to beliefs
that pass judgment 
upon you, dear,
might you realize 
your beliefs are often 
made up of old fears.

See your self as 
Love sees you,
this is the clearest
vision held,
you need not count 
on the chaotic world,
to let you know that
All is Well.

When you remove 
external needs 
that are precarious,
and not secure,
might you find your 
True Foundation 
is below, around you,
safe and sure.

This is a paradigm shift,
but This is not something
“out there”,
the word “external” 
without one letter,
is You, Eternal,
and always Here.

Place your energy,
your trust,
in This Belief
that beckons you,
Here You Are,
Love says with knowing,
You Are This 
and Love Is You!

Let Love smooth your
weary edges,
when seasonal changes
affect you,
be gentle with you,
dear one,
comfort your self today.

What feels heavy that 
you hold,
Love helps you to 
carry this,
you comfort others now
take a breath and 
comfort your self today.

With compassion for all
doing,
the very best that 
they can,
know you, too, need
reassurance,
comfort your self today. 

See your Self in 
the Light of others,
All Are Here to 
experience Truth,
with the gentleness 
of Love, so tender,
comfort your self today.

Perfect Vision

there is Love in All
you see,
when you look with 
Eyes of Love,
is there not wonder
and clarity?

As you take Love’s 
helping hand,
you know fully you 
are not alone,
you need no words 
to explain this – 
your grateful heart
knows You Are Home.

Upon This Journey,
with twists and turns,
return to Gratitude
so you may see –
Love is Everywhere 
You Are,
your loving eyes 
see perfectly.

yourself constrict,
ask for help to see
your Truth,
to loosen bonds that 
may restrict.

In this flow of 
Grace and ease,
riding comfortably 
with your breath,
no matter what may
come before you,
you will know how
to handle this.

Let go of fear or 
trepidation,
Here is Love that 
flows with ease,
receive this blessing 
of angelic comfort,
imbuing you with 
Love’s eternal Peace.

An Open Heart

Share your heart,
may it seek others,
as Love connects you 
soul to soul,
walls to protect 
may offer resistance,
but Love creates 
safe spaces to flow.

Seeing and listening 
to another,
is as important 
as what is said,
when you flow in 
this connection,
does it not feel 
quite spirit-led?

See This Light 
in another,
it shines in everyone 
you meet,
This Light is Source,
is You,
inviting,
open your heart 
to truly see!
