Now embrace This Moment,
This Truth of You,
in your eternal presence
Here,
do not give past
any more power,
that is ego’s way
to keep you tied up
there.

You are a creator,
as You Are created,
This Moment is a
fresh slate for you
to see,
in This Moment of
Love cascading,
what do you shape
from Love’s True
energy?

Let go of perceived
past transgressions,
You Are Here with
Love showering you,
this Source of Love
is You this moment,
receive Love’s gift –
This Gift of You!

Fearless

Be fearless today.

Lean into your power
flowing,
your soul knows
what to do,
with this trust
in you, believing –
Be fearless today.

This is not tied in
to outcomes,
this is seeing you
as Whole,
feel the lightness
of this perspective –
Be fearless today.

This is a natural
State of Be-ing,
your soul knows
this very well,
set old beliefs off
to the side –
Be fearless today.

What do you carry
that is not yours,
You Are One
with All That Is,
identify with
Who You Are –
as You Are fearless,
always.

You know This Truth
in This now moment,
Be This with every
step you take,
light and free,
are you not dancing –
with your fearless Self
today!

Simple and True

In the midst of
egoic chaos,
Love is simple,
Love is True.

Be it a person,
place or thing,
Love’s connection
to it shines right
through.

Be a barometer
for Love,
may your Light grow
ever bright.

May Love provide
a greater focus,
helping you with
loving Sight.

Along with Fellow Lights
shining,
may you hold This Presence,
Be-ing You.

In the midst of This
eternal moment,
Love is simple,
Love is True.

There is no need to
force your way,
let it unfold,
what does Love say,
allow the timing
to be what it needs,
pieces come together
beyond what you
may see.

A challenge in life is
to think beyond time,
let your soul lead,
feel into the signs,
discern what resists,
try another way,
sometimes the answer
is to rest today.

Be well, Be Peace,
this is your soul,
Be gentle, Be kind,
to you and know,
your Light is eternally
seen by Love,
Divine Love is wholly
what you are made of!

Here I Am

Here I Am,
Love says with
Joy,
as you reach
across the veil,
those you Love
Love to see you,
and to assure that
All is Well.

Healing is a human
construct,
that can occur when
you see the whole,
those in spirit are
in their wholeness,
as wholly Love is
what they know.

May the ripples
of This Love,
lift you so that you
may see,
You Are deserving of
All of This,
Your Love to you
will set you free.

Know the angels and
your loved ones,
part the veil to
let you know,
you are supported
and always with us,
we feel your Love
and Love you so!

jumbled thoughts
come up,
what interrupts
your sleep,
what keeps you up,
you have many moments
of Peace,
what else comes forward
to feel this ease?

What needs comforted,
what needs Love,
what else asks for what
you are made of,
you have the answer,
you know the way,
open your heart to
All of This today.

Where there is friction,
bring to it breath,
this simple return
takes care of what
comes next,
Here is Peace,
Here is ease,
Love smooths your edges
so eloquently.

Be patient with
what life brings
to you,
and do not forget
to include you, too,
Be compassion throughout
this day,
allow Peace and Love
to show you the way!

Love’s flow,
life can hide what
your soul knows,
trust in You,
beloved one,
Love sees you.

Ego manufactures
worry and doubt,
making you question
what you are about,
in your breath as you
walk each step,
precious child,
Love sees you.

You may wish for
more control,
the world is tumultuous,
this you know,
Peace is Here
within your heart,
in all moments,
Love sees you.

There is no-thing
that you must prove,
be gentle,
embrace this
aspect of You,
Love has never
left you, dear one –
forever,
always,
Love sees you.

Generate Love

You are a master
generator,
what do you wish
today to share,
what fuel will you
use to create
hope, compassion
and tender care.

Love is the driving
power,
let your soul
lead the way,
you as human
know Love is
healing,
may Love help you
always with what
to say.

Love is the spark
that ignites you,
Love is the Light
you wish to see,
generate Love in
every experience,
Love is your soul’s fuel
through Eternity!

A Body Blessing

When the body seems
to turn against you,
it is not personal,
it is what bodies do,
surround this vessel
with loving kindness,
it is working hard,
send Gratitude.

You need not analyze
or solve
the complex riddle
that body brings,
thank the body for
this journey,
has it not taught you
so many things.

You feel more Peace
when body is peaceful,
but as this is not always
the case,
provide what body needs
this moment,
and in This Moment,
Peace shows the way.

Your body is strong
in its connection
to you as you
experience life,
with Gratitude,
send blessings to it,
surround and reassure
with your beautiful Light!

is
healing for All.

You help your
brother and sister,
look to their soul,
what do they need,
is it not the same
that you are asking –
to be at Peace,
to be set free.

Dear ones,
you All are wholly
connected,
Love is the release
of the burdens you
bear,
you need not carry
what feels so heavy,
as Love fills you up,
no-thing else is there.

Join hand to hand,
and heart to heart,
your souls love
this song you sing,
when one falters,
another is lifting,
helping each other
no matter what life
brings.

This Family of One
on earth can be
a challenge,
but with Love see
what is shining
through,
share the healing
balm of Love,
receive this Grace
that returns to
you!
