In Life, So Loved

In life, yes there are moments
when you feel pushed,
pulled,
left behind,
you may feel grateful 
or frustrated,
depending on your 
place in time. 

Change within ego’s 
experience may have
you looking for more 
clues,
but might you look 
where you are changeless,
the soul within,
the Whole of You.

Life’s struggles may 
be painful,
they may not make 
very much sense,
the world is a daunting 
classroom,
as you look to regain
your balance. 

What do your emotions 
tell you,
which direction do they 
point?
What is coming up 
for healing 
that a loving balm
may anoint?

You have all you need
within you,
look no further 
for This Truth,
beyond the story,
Here is Forgiveness,
You Are so Loved,
This Love is You!

Gathering With Grace

Gather your self,
your breath is Peace,
return Home to what 
is True.

When you tire of 
asking what is wrong –
know Home is Love 
Here with You.

Be in This Moment
where Gratitude lives,
do not possibilities 
abound?

Ask Love to sit 
with you for a spell,
Love says yes and
loving arms surround.

Be gentle with you,
may Grace show you how,
You Are This,
Love gently reminds.

Receive, accept,
allow This Truth,
let go and let 
your Light shine!

Remember to Know

Your soul knows.

And yes, you wish
for this knowing
to enter your awareness
in your life,
the moments when 
awareness and knowing
combine,
do these not ease
the human strife?

Might you accept knowing
as a remembrance,
not as a predictor 
of the unknown,
there are life journeys 
that will unfold
with their own timing 
that you may not know.

But rest assured in
every moment,
your soul and guidance
is Here with you,
may you know Peace,
Strength and Courage
always appear with 
Gratitude.

Might you embrace your
soul’s perfect knowing,
as it sees the Whole of You,
ask to know you 
as Love does,
remember and know 
This Love is You!

Loved You Are

Loved You Are.

Your soul knows 
This Truth about 
you,
invite your body 
to receive,
this loving gift 
has not an ending –
Loved You Are.

As your awareness 
opens to this,
might you release 
judgments tightly
held,
sense your Peace 
soaring in this freedom –
as Loved You Are.

You wish for healing
but precious child,
in This Truth,
whole and healed 
You Are,
Be This Presence,
return to Joy – 
so Loved You Are.

Release what does 
not match This Truth,
with Grace,
may you now 
truly see,
Love’s Light illuminates 
your knowing –
forever, 
Loved You Are.

Love’s Web

May you feel the Love 
that spirit brings,
with words so clear,
does your heart not
sing?
What do you find
that shows you  
they are so close,
in This forever space,
you sense how much  
you are loved so.

Love flows through 
these connections,
you are part of 
Love’s web,
your loved ones
in real-time,
accompany you 
where you are 
led.

As you can count 
on the sun rising,
blessing your day as 
the sun sets,
know you are always
together,
infinitely connected 
within Love’s web!

Love Sees You

Love knows no 
boundaries,
there is no place
you cannot be,
where Love is not 
here with you,
supporting,
loving you
eternally.

See your self as 
Love sees you,
allow Strength and Courage
to come to the fore,
may you believe in
your innate knowing,
that helps you know
to open or close doors.

With foundation strong
as you are spirit,
may you stand tall 
reaching for the sky,
know help is always
gently offered,
from beloved loved ones,
angels and guides.

You are part of 
Love expanding,
tap into the wholeness 
That is You,
see your Self as Love 
sees you, dear one,
believe and know
this Beautiful Light 
is You!

Seeing You

See your Self 
in the mirror,
Love who is looking 
back at you,
when you do,
is there not a change,
do you not now see 
the Whole of You?

Receive Love with 
your whole breath,
Love breathes you 
eternally,
beyond the pages 
of your story
is You as Love 
so strong,
so free!

Bring This Awareness
to you now,
Love sparks a Light 
that is always Here,
see your Self
looking back at you,
You Are so Loved
and cherished, dear!

I Am, We Are

Invite Me to your 
table,
indeed I Am 
already Here,
awareness brings 
This Truth 
to knowing,
Love is with you,
always near.

Your mind separates 
and makes you think
you need to struggle 
alone,
I Am always Here 
with you,
We Are together
and forever Home.

I Am your I Am 
presence,
We Are All Love 
that flows throughout,
words struggle to 
give meaning,
to what your heart 
knows within,
without.

It matters not the
labels,
that you choose 
to express This –
welcome Home,
Love sees you,
dear one,
We Are One 
as 
All of This.

A Loving Purpose

You may not know 
all of the answers 
to the “why’s” you 
wish to know,
might you trust in 
spirit’s guidance,
gently reminding you 
to let go.

It may not be 
a clear picture 
that you see with 
human eyes,
sometimes an experience 
is working on
something else
deep inside.

Trust in sacred 
unfoldment,
embrace the lessons
that arise,
continue to let go
of what may be 
covering up your
eyes.

Go to your heart 
and not your head
for the next steps 
that await you,
may spirit gently 
remind,
a life-long purpose 
is to Love you.
