Have faith,
have trust
in your soul’s
awareness,
you take no step
on your own,
in this life you may
want assurances,
but as a soul,
Peace is what you
know.

Loosen your grip
on what the future
holds,
open your arms,
embrace this present
You,
Eternity replaces
time unwinding,
All is Well
within the soul
of You!

aligns with Love.

Your attention
is easily swayed,
often following
ego’s way,
set your intention
so your attention
aligns with Love.

Yes you are already
One with Love,
but as your mind
loves problems
to solve,
does it not scatter,
chasing the chaos
that it loves.

You need not think
the whole day
through,
to align with
what is natural
to you,
but your intention
directs your vibration
to refine and tune.

Set your intention
then let it go,
Love knows where
it needs to flow,
may your attention be drawn
to helpful Love
through you.

Intention is a powerful
force,
sense your alignment
with your Source,
with Gratitude,
let your day unfold,
aligned with Love.

Choosing Love

When fear rises up
among you,
is it not ego that
always leads,
with choice of Love
or fear before you,
which one then will
you feed?

Fear is contagious
it seeks to find,
a foothold for it
to hang on,
it likes to separate,
to question,
who might be
right or wrong?

Might you ask for
Love’s guidance,
to help you see this
sacred Truth –
Love is neutral
in its perspective,
there are no sides
to All of You.

Will you allow Love
to lead you,
listening,
honoring
another’s view –
their fear may be
the driver,
but it is Love they
wish will come
through.

Be a conduit for
Peace,
you are Love’s vessel
as you choose,
Love over fear,
embracing All
as Love’s One Truth.

observe any struggle,
what edges are asking
to be smoothed,
Love as a healing balm
can permeate any

Life’s experiences are
leading you
to what your soul
already knows,
Love accompanies all
human journeys,
reminding,
You Are complete
and whole.

Your soul is with
your Team of angels,
guides and loved ones,
always, dear,
receive the comfort
of Love’s sweet blessing,
You Are Home
as
Home is Here.

Ask Love

spins and revolves,
around an issue you
would like to resolve,
take a step back and
look from above,
might you see a
different approach
with Love?

The ego mind is
used to conflict,
where sides are drawn
on what needs to
be fixed,
with an open heart,
ask Love to show
a way,
to guide your actions or
find the words to say.

Ask yourself,
what is my stake
in this?
Are you part of a struggle
where you may miss –
an opportunity to see
and hear,
a cry for Love or
support to draw
near.

Ask Love to help you
to see,
with Eyes of Love
to see differently,
in this softness
may Love be your
guide,
may you be an
expression of Love’s
shining Light.

This may not come
in words or form,
your ego may
question it at
every turn,
is this not knowing
that you can trust –
beyond your mind
is Eternal Truth.

Love’s vibration flows
through you,
it is what connects
loved ones to you,
this bond is sacred
and is forever held,
by the glue,
the power of
Eternal Truth.

Your soul knows of
this Truth so pure,
you ask how can
I be so sure?
The answer is known
by the Whole of You –
your soul is One

breath is gone,

weave a web,
that sustains,
supports with
Love’s sweet,
soft song.

Be you enfolded
in angel wings,
in the ethereal
and here on earth,
Love is present
and with you

bridging realms
united in
re-birth.

Be You Home
in your loving
heart,
walking as One
with All you Love
so dear,
sense Love’s presence
caress you gently,
Be You Love,
forever,
always,
Here.

What Truth do you
return to,
though in life it appears
a choice,
in This Truth there
is no decision,
healing is Love.

You may get glimpses of
your wholeness,
the body is not the
focus Here,
but why not share
in life’s expression,
healing is Love.

Healing is the question
offered
in your search for
what is True,
Love is the answer,
always,
dear one,
healing is Love.

As Love’s gift
you are so cherished,
in this life you need
reassured,
whole and complete
is your True Nature,
perfect in Oneness,
already healed
as Love!

in the water,
what patterns do you
wish to send,
as energy is
everlasting,
what do you wish
to extend?

It may be tempting
to want experiences
around you to bring
you what you need,
but as a master creator,
might you begin with
what you believe?

You are a conduit
for Love,
even if an experience
has you not convinced,
might you know you
have within,
All the Love you need
as You Are All of This.

Be a Source of Love,
may you extend what
what naturally flows
through you,
release your ripples
of Love,
reclaim the Strength
of this authentic You!

Kindness

Be kind.

This is an oft used phrase
that you see throughout
the day,
is not kindness a
form of compassion,
be it action or what
you say?

Is there not a softness
to kindness,
is this why it appears
so hard
for human interaction
to share this as walls
are up and the fight
is honored?

Honor your soul,
your own kindness,
does it not begin
with you?
Let Love’s gentle
reassurance
remind that Love
always flows through
you.

Extend the kindness
of your heart,
soft enough to
give and receive,
let kindness guide
you gently,
may it show you
Grace and ease!
