dear precious child,
there is no-thing for

let go of expectation,
performance,
life is not a test
for you.
Sometimes a path shows up
as rocky,
this may not mean that
it is wrong,
might it be an invitation,
to change an instrument
or song.
Return to presence,
Be Home with This,
let the future come
to you,
Love walks with you
with every step,
follow your heart,
trust in your Truth!

sometimes feel heavy,
your shoulders may carry
some burden here,
you wish to fix what
may seem broken,

Be responsible for
your own actions,
but know the limits
of perceived control,
life unfolds as a collective
rumbles and
you do not walk
this path alone.
Reach out to friends,
check on one another,
reassure and listen
close,
heart to heart share
Love so freely –
you do not walk
this path alone.
Listen to the trees
that whisper –
come take respite
I have seen it all,
One with the rhythm
of Mother Earth –
you do not walk
this path alone.
Reacquaint yourself
with guides,
say hello to angels
here to help,
loved ones have never
left your side,
reminding,
you never walk

Through any day
bring your best
self,
sometimes you are
rested
or you may be
not,
the world turns
with its ebbs and
flows,
some days feel easy,
others are a lot.
Do your best in
any moment,
check in with You and
the will of your heart,
first let go of your
own judgment,
is that not a beautiful
way to start?
This ripples out to your
brothers and sisters,
as human they may feel
like a bouncing ball –
one day up,
then another
deflated,
the world is a lot
to take for All.
Hold each other in
sacred spaces,
your hearts know dear
what to do,
do your best to keep
your hearts open,
together with Love is
how to pull through!

A filtering fog that
slowly clears
as morning sun
rises on cue,
now you can see
with clarity –
how does Love
show up today?
You may get teary
from worldly strife,
a weariness felt in
the heart,
reach out and tell
another you Love
them –
Love shows up
in You today.
Do not let pain
and anger be
the only emotions
shared or seen,
life is All colors
of the rainbow –
express a color
of Love today.
Love is not Here
to be suppressive,
feel all you feel and
know This Truth –
Love finds a way
to rise
cutting through
the fog of life –
Love shows up
Always!

Listen to what
body needs,
from foods you eat,
a deeper breath
to breathe,
give yourself
a rest,
a break,
release any judgment
or blame you take.
Any day or moment
is fresh and new,
you start to think –
what next to do,
let this day unfold
on a clean slate,
as an Artist of Love,
what might you
create?
This lighter you may
wish to explore,
what do you let go,
what do you want more,
listen with body and
your soul –
have faith, believe in
what your Whole Self
knows!

Hatred and fear are
false connectors,
though in the world
they have a stage,

rallying cry
to build a network,
lighting the way.
Tribal instincts are
humanly inherent,
you may be looking for
where you fit in,
take Love’s hand and
join All Fellow Lights –
in any moment,
choose Love again.
In a world full of
Love and fear,
with eyes wide open
you will see both,
honor all emotions
stirring,
Be steadied and guided –
You Are Loved so!

The world may seem
on fire,
but Love is cooling
as it soothes,
No-thing can take away
your compassion,
let it be your Strength
from the heart of You.
Point of view may
at times feel limiting,
Love invites you
to expand,
yes your story has
identification,
but are You not
Everywhere across
the land?
It is human nature
to push against,
but extend your arms
to open wide,
the human experience
may require some
boundaries,
but keep compassion
and empathy alive.
Allow all emotion to
flow like water,
now cleansed,
return to your
inner Strength,
when walls feel like
they may soon
crumble,
might a new foundation
be what Love makes?
With building blocks
of Love and compassion,
are You not a builder
of what is True,
the world cries out for
Love and Comfort,

When a virus appears,
the story is to fight,
body seems to put up
a good defense,
might you view fever
with body aches,
as fuel for transformation
in the body dense.
Even when the body
is uncomfortable,
is it not a miracle –
this vessel of You,
honor, pamper it
with kindness as
you flow together
in all that you
go through.
In most cases,
yes this too
shall pass,
give your body all
the Love you can,
lean into what needs
to burn off,
body creates anew
to house This –
I Am!

Let Love lift what
may feel heavy,
may angels show you
how to fly,
belief and faith
in Love are powerful,
you need not even
try.
Open your heart,
open your hands
from what you clutch
and hold on tight,
the flow of Love
is not containable –
it cannot help but
take flight.
As you release what
is not true,
Here is All
that you need,
buoyed by the Love
of angels, loved ones,
believe This Truth –

Be One with All
around you,
be it concrete or
forest lush,
Love’s vibration marks
no difference –

It may be easier to
feel when peaceful,
on bumpy roads yes
you cry out,
no matter what life
throws at you dear one –
Love is Everywhere
You Are.
So yes, surround yourself
with what you need
to tune in to this vibe,
but always Now presents
This Moment –
yes Love is Everywhere
