Believe in Light,
yes longer days,
invite a clearing
of winter’s haze,
release the layers 
you no longer need,
with hope and wonder,
yes, in You believe.

It lifts you up 
to hear bird song,
your heart,
your soul joins
to sing along,
in this emergence,
may you feel light,
you rise as the sun
kissing stars goodnight.

Embrace Love’s flow
clearing out the old,
bless every moment
as your path unfolds,
as newfound green
always gives you hope,
You Are Love’s spring,
a wonder of infinite
growth!

Your True Voice

Hear your True Voice,
what does it say 
to you,
when you listen 
with your heart,
all that you need,
flows to you.

Your path may be 
smooth or rocky,
but oh what tools 
are at your side,
Grace and Strength 
mixed with Compassion
help you experience 
this earthly ride.

You know you are 
connected,
but do not forget 
this wondrous Truth –
yes, your angels and
guides are helping
you to see 
They All are You!

I See You

I see you,
Love says gently,
through this life 
and all before,
you are precious,
full of Joy, 
let us walk together
through open doors.

When you stumble,
I help you rise,
you have purpose,
let your Light shine,
as you forgive 
your circumstances,
possibilities emerge 
from your bright Light.

You Are Loved,
Love says gently,
and as you move within
this sacred flow,
sense your power,
Here is Peace,
precious child,
Here is your Home!

Authentic and True

Be brave of heart,
what no longer 
serves you,
what are you ready 
to let go,
you may feel stuck 
within a cycle,
with core beliefs 
blocking your road.

With Courage and Strength 
at your disposal,
with your soul ready 
to navigate,
what might you do 
a little differently,
what fresh decisions
may you make.

Ego presses for the 
familiar,
even if these clothes 
no longer fit,
step into your power
as soul,
from This Perspective,
see All of This.

You may feel like 
an imposter,
but This is You
authentic and True,
tell ego to take a 
deserved break,
for there is much 
for You to do.

Grace is your soul 
stepping forward,
ease is allowing 
This for you,
believe and trust 
in your True Self,
a magnificent soul 
experiencing
Love’s Truth!

A Freeing Allowance

Sometimes you need 
a little help,
it need not be hard 
to simply ask,
reach out to friends,
family, to spirit,
when you are perplexed
by any task.

Asking is opening 
to receiving,
imagine a door being
opened wide,
when you accept 
sometimes not knowing,
All that You know 
appears from inside.

Letting go of expected
outcomes,
is a first step in 
releasing control,
there may be a 
resolution greater
than the one that 
ego thinks it knows. 

Much angst or worry 
comes from not knowing,
try reframing this with
excitement, glee,
when you let go of 
expectations, 
and flow with Love,
are you not free?

Be at Peace with open
allowance,
let Love unfold what 
may come next,
You as soul are part 
of this process,
Trust in Love,
in You, 
and say yes!

A Peaceful Ease

yes Peace awaits,
tap into the stillness 
Here,
when you want respite
from the noise,
your breath draws
in Love,
always near.

Peace is not a thinking 
construct,
resist the urge to 
seek and find,
no matter the earthly
experience,
Peace is Home 
beyond the mind.

Return to This,
your natural Be-ing,
may you flow with 
Grace and ease,
draw in each breath,
Love reassures,
Here is always,
eternal Peace!

A Deep Release

Bring your Self 
to your beliefs
that were birthed
to keep you safe,
as a child,
you took on armor
to protect you 
day after day. 

Ego uses these beliefs,
shape-shifting them 
as ego sees fit,
let your soul,
your Self dive into
what swirls below 
in this egoic pit.

Bring your Light 
to this endeavor,
you may be surprised 
at what you find,
these beliefs that you 
thought had power,
have been waiting for You
this whole time.

See the Truth of Love’s 
sacred power,
This is the foundation 
to walk upon,
release your self from
thinking somehow,
that you have done 
something wrong.

Embrace the child within
you that has worked 
so hard to stay afloat,
put your feet down 
on Love’s foundation,
stand tall and let Love 
lift you up.

As a creator,
with Love’s inspiration,
release or change beliefs
that do not fit,
in Real Time gather
All of you,
with loving compassion,
believe All of This!

A Stillness Calling

hear stillness 
calling,
you can connect 
in any space,
when you say yes
to Love do you not 
flow with This
in any space.

You Are Awareness,
sense Love’s presence,
it is the natural flow
of You,
yes as human you do
have questions,
but does not Love’s answer
bubble up in you?

You need not know 
the how or why,
listen to your soul 
and not your mind,
Trust your Self 
who has been on 
this road 
an infinite number
of times.

Flow with Love,
align with This,
quiet the static 
of all else,
Here is Peace,
your natural 
vibration,
your soul reminds
Here All is Well!

Seat of Strength,
let Love’s Courage 
lift you up,
breathe in what 
your birthright is,
forever One 
and wholly Love.

There is no lacking,
there is no less,
your power resides 
in the Soul of You,
with head held high 
Be you today,
Here is your Strength,
the Whole of You.

Return to purpose,
return to Love,
Here You Are,
embrace This Truth,
you sit always at
Love’s Table,
masters, loved ones,
and always, You.
