A Willing Release

Is there not growth 
in transformation,
when you unhook 
from what you think,
be aware of your 
own labels,
that may be limiting 
what you see.

The Universe creates 
within you,
to express how vast
All Is,
the human mind may 
have a hard time,
understanding You Are 
All of This.

With Joy,
with flow,
may you begin
to integrate 
perceived parts 
of you,
integration is the 
knowing,
All Love is the 
Whole of You.

Let Love help with 
transformation,
what might you 
willingly release,
Love is Here 
with You always,
flowing,
joyfully,
as Peace.

This Light of Joy

Let Joy be the 
gateway,
to all of your 
possibility,
it is not about 
arrival,
but where 
You Are Now,
present,
currently.

Your perceptions
may get clouded,
swayed by what 
you may believe,
ask Joy to clear 
out this filter,
so you,
with Joy,
can truly see.

Joy is Love
forever dancing,
may you sense 
Joy’s lightness now,
open your heart 
and trust 
that Love will answer 
all of your questions
how.

May the smile 
upon your lips,
usher in Joy
throughout this 
day,
take Love’s hand 
as your dance 
partner,
may joyful Light 
show you the way!

Effortless

Effortless.

As butterfly
lights upon 
flower,
as wings of 
bird catch 
perfect air,
might you release
into Love’s flow – 
Be-ing effortless.

Give up,
let go 
of constant 
struggle,
you are part 
of Love’s eternal
stream,
discard the paddle,
turn it over,
trusting,
effortless.

Discern,
see what 
may be 
constricted,
allow breath
to open with 
gentle ease,
your Light shines 
in This Truth
of Oneness,
Be You well,
flowing 
effortlessly.

Fresh and Clean

May each sunrise 
announce rebirth,
You Are what Love 
creates each day,
breathe in the hope 
of morning’s song,
may the dew sparkle,
as Love shows the way.

Let go of yesterday’s 
dilemmas,
tomorrow’s path is
not yet seen,
bathe in the sunlight’s
glint of promise,
as This beginning 
is fresh and clean.

As the sun’s rays 
clear what is foggy,
Love’s Light is always 
Here for you,
give to Love what 
once was heavy,
Love’s Light transforms,
heals and renews!

Rejoice!
Rejoice!

Yes, these words
may seem conflicted
when you think
of shoes
that cannot be filled,
but Love can not
run out
or empty,
Love is always
by your side –
you mourn,
you grieve
the changing of
what your human eyes
can see,
but can you not
help but smile
when you think of
who is dancing in
the Light,
is there not rejoicing,
is there not a party,
when loved ones there
reunite?

So you need not
throw confetti,
even as happy tears
you may shed,
is this not a lesson
of separation,
that is not true,
there is no death –
so pull up a chair,
o student,
in the School of
Light and Love.
Be assured,
Be at Peace –
it is All that
we have dreamed of!

Let your heart
be the bridge
when loved ones
you do miss,
even when you are sleeping,
you may feel a
tender kiss,
can you not sense us
around you,
do you not clap
your hands in glee,
when the signs
that we are sending
remind you that
We Are Here
and We Are Free!

Rejoice!
Rejoice!
Feel your sadness
turn to Joy,
yes, you may honor
the sadness
that you feel
within your human heart,
but the Love that
connects you here,
connects you to All That Is
and All you Love –
hear the music,
know there is dancing
on these Beams of
Love and Light –
if you could see
what we see now,
you would know that
everything is alright.

Rejoice
in the knowing that
that All Is Well.
Be at Peace
in the believing
that You Are
so very, very Loved.

Be brave,
Be fearless,
Be You,
Be All of what 
Love believes 
in you.

Stand tall,
walk with 
a purposeful 
step,
with Faith,
Be open to 
what has not 
happened yet.

Trust you,
knowing is 
what you are 
made of,
when you are 
unsure,
hand it over 
to Love.

Be Strength,
Be Courage,
you know 
what to do,
You as Love 
expressed,
is the Purpose
of You!

Love’s Innocence

There may be static
in the signal,
as life’s issues 
come to the fore,
you have the tools 
to realign,
to see more clearly
than you did before.

From this perspective 
of your True Be-ing,
might you gaze with 
eyes so soft,
with compassion,
with loving patience,
might you let go 
of what you once 
fought?

Let Love build a 
bridge to freedom,
you have already 
arrived,
it is Your own hand
that reaches for you,
to remind Love is
always by your side.

May you gaze upon 
your human self,
seeing Love’s innocence 
in you,
with loving eyes so clear 
with wonder,
All of Love perfectly 
aligns in you!

The Rhythm of Love

Does not your heart
know the rhythm
of the Eternal beat
of Love,
As You Are infinitely 
connected,
are you not below 
as you are above?

Walk in rhythm,
believe and trust,
take in signs 
along the way,
those in spirit,
in tandem with you,
are part of your 
journey,
always.

May instinct guide you,
intuition speaks,
listen with your heart,
your soul,
may earth’s ancient,
grounding rhythm,
help you align,
trust and then 
know.

Part of Love’s Team,
may you walk 
certain
of your place 
in All That Is,
follow your heart,
guided so gently,
in Joy and wonder,
You Are All of This!

Are not All hearts 
beating as One?

This makes no sense
in a world
that celebrates 
separateness,
but even as the 
costumes change,
All hearts are beating
as One.

Hurt and pain 
may feel unique
to one’s story 
as it unfolds,
but what unites
in shared compassion – 
All hearts beating 
as One.

Ego sets up many 
struggles,
pitting “us” against 
“them,”
might you begin 
to see beyond – 
where All hearts 
beat as One.

Release the need 
to know all answers
to questions that 
honor separateness,
share your Light,
embrace This Truth – 
All hearts are beating
as One.

Be a beacon of 
compassion,
spread Love as 
a healing balm,
may Grace remind you
Here is Peace,
as All hearts beat 
the Truth of One.
