then shift,
and check-in with
your soul,
to join as One
upon your way.
Are these not
co-creating moments,
who is following,
who may lead?
When you align with
your True Nature,
walking as One is
all you need.
Loosen your grip
on rules to follow,
follow the guidance
that feels True,
your journey on
this Path of Love,
will guide you gently

When you express
through your soul,
you hear what you
are made of.
There is no
delineation of
Who is speaking,
you know This Truth.
As You Are Whole
as All That Is,
One Voice creates
the prayer of You.
Your devotion,
your desire,
align beyond
the stars above.
One with your
Source,
infinite Light shining –
One Voice,
One Prayer,
One Truth,
One Love.

Where two worlds meet
can be amazing,
as loved ones part
the so-called veil,
you ask and receive
the signs that they
are able to show you
oh so well.
And though the veil
may be a barrier
to the human side
of you,
remember You Are Spirit,
always with loved ones
beside you.
You will look and seek
of course,
in a world that is
so dense,
what you learn upon
this journey at first
may not make any
sense.
But your heart knows
the Eternal Truth
that you remember
as you see,
the two worlds that
seem so separate
reside as One in
your Eternal Be-ing.
Look no farther
than your heart
that beats as One with
those you cherish,
you need not search
beyond to find them,
they are so close,
answering your wish.
Yes, rejoice when you
see signs that let you
know the veil is thin,
yet know there is
no distance between
those who you Love,
forever with no end!

Ego wishes for you
to feel powerless,
so you will follow
ego’s way,
sense Love’s strong
foundation now,
rise up and stand
upon This today.
Fear and doubt
may feel like
cracks,
ego expands these
to pull apart,
but Here is where
Love’s Light will
shine,
reminding you of
Who You Are.
Yes, in the world
of time and space,
opportunities arise
so you may too,
stand upon your
Foundation of Love,
safe and secure in
the Truth of You!

Where to put
your trust?
Trust is already
Here,
it resides within
Love,
in your whole heart,
always near.
Trust may appear
to be hidden
behind walls you think
you must climb,
trust is not tied
to deserving,
there is no secret
code to find.
Might you view trust
as a bridge that takes
you over and beyond
your doubt,
Strength and Courage
interweave with trust,
helping you discover
what you are about.
Call on trust to
keep you moving,
knowing Love paves
the way for you,
trust is not a
destination,
may trust help you
see the Truth of You!

remember,
rejoice,
rediscover
Love as You.
Peace,
as Love,
is eternally

let Love
flow through.
Love softens
the chatter
that rattles
your mind,
yes, you have
things to do.
But Love
and Peace
make up your
foundation,
return to Love’s
Essence of You.
No matter what
is swirling around,
may Love be your
anchor, dear.

remember
Who You Are,
You Are Home,
and Love is
always Here!

Heal your self,
Love says softly
and you may ask,
how is this done?
Love your self,
all parts of you,
the self you see
and everyone.
This is not an
individual endeavor,
see the Heart of You
expand,
You Are All
that exists before
you,
including sea,
the sky,
and land.
Do not leave out
any one aspect
that brings up
emotion in you,
Be the experience
of transformation,
as you allow Love
to flow through.
Shine your brightest Light
as you hold up
your connection to
Love’s web,
but see your Self
not as each part,
but as the Whole
Oneness instead.
Healing is the flow
of Love that reaches
through the Heart of
You,
join your brothers and
your sisters,
the Whole of Love
is the One of You!

Does not Faith
invite Trust,
even if in experience,
you do not
know?
Knowing on the
human level
may lead to
learning what
you need,
but the knowing
of your soul,
with human eyes
you may not see.
Back to Faith
and Trust again –
and why they are
so important here,
do they not invite you
to move forward,
with soulful purpose
and with less fear?
You get glimpses
of this knowing,
may it be enough
for you to know,
you may not see
all that is unfolding,
but All is Well
within your soul.
There is Peace
with Faith and Trust,
when you with Love
loosen,
let go,
This present moment
Be-ing Love
is what you as soul
eternally knows!

Be aware.
Be gentle.
Be patient.
Be Love.
It matters not
how sharpened edges
may have evolved
throughout your life,
fear brings out the
urge to defend,
finding ways
to justify.
With awareness
you can look
at your reactions,
words and tone,
is it your safety
that feels challenged,
what makes you
push back,
saying no?
There are myriad paths
to take,
might you expand your
point of view,
creating in a world
of chaos may bring out
the little child in you.
Be aware,
Be gentle,
Be compassionate
with you,
letting go of your
defenses opens
you up to the
expanded You.
Here is where you receive
the inspiration that
flows through you,
Here is Peace,
Grace and ease,
behold Love’s Light
that shines through
You!
