Feel earth below you,
reach for sky above,

Breathe in Strength,
exhale Gratitude,
you are surrounded
with so much Love.
In every moment,
throughout your Be-ing,
Here is always,
always Love.
Here is Everywhere
You Are –
You Are always,
always Love.

Love Is.
Do not let space
and time fool you,
there can be no
other way,
at any moment,
in any space –
You Are and
Love Is.
Love breathes you
in this moment,
Love Is You
when breath is
done,
on either side
and in-between,
You Are and
Love Is.
You need not go
somewhere to meet
Love,
no matter if you are
early or you are
late,
now is the perfect time
and space to Be –
You Are and
Love Is.
So Be present in
this moment,
Be amazing as
you see,
Who You Are
is
All of This –
Where You Are,
Love Is.

hand,
can you not fly on
Love’s magic carpet
ride,
when Joy arrives
on angel wings,
do you not feel
you can do anything?
Yes, Joy is Me
and Joy is You,
let Joy lift you up
to see what you
can do,
always supported
and never alone,
does Joy not remind you
you are safe
and You Are Home?
May Joy celebrate
your child within,
All Children of Love
remind you of the
Love within,
soar high,
dance with the
clouds above,
are you not dancing
with All who you Love?
Let Love’s magic
add sparkle
to your life,
your heart beats
as One with
this shimmering,
shining Light.
Remember Joy,
remember Love,
remember You –
dance with the clouds,
let rainbow’s Light
light up the Joy
in You.

Look at your hands –
what can you do today,
to touch Love as
you work or play,
is it All not One and
the same,
as you “do” with Love?
Feel with your heart –
what can you sense today
as all hearts beat
as One,
might you join in the
chorus of this song,
as you breathe with Love?
Gaze with your eyes –
and look around today,
there are miracles
that abound,
with Gratitude for bounty
surrounding,
is there not clear vision
with Love?
Bless your body –
that is a window to the
beauty of You,
sense the Magnificence
in it All,
You Are One
with Love.

of pure Be-ing
that You Are
right now,
where burdens,
doubt or worry
get filtered out,
somehow.
You may get glimpses
or spend more time,
in this peaceful
Place of Ease,
this is Who You Are,
these moments of Joy
that set you free.
Yes, You Are Glorious,
a pure Be-ing of Love
through and through,
when you share this Love
with others,
do they not notice,
they are, too?
Might you let the
magic happen,
as this real You
shows up to play,
is it not easier
in this life,
when you let Love
show you the way?
You Are Love,
You Are Glorious,
You Are Peace,
embrace this Truth –
be aware of the
Power of Joy,
as you dance with
the Joy in You.

of what you try,
letting Love help
you
to truly Be,
might you open to
a different approach,
a change in perspective
to help you see.
Peace is an innate
essence,
you know it when
your heart says “yes”,
might you give your
mind a break
and let your heart
take care of the rest.
Be aware of point of
view,
but can you shift
your focus to see,
when you truly see
with your heart,
is not your purpose
to simply Be?
Ask Source,
ask Love,
to help you
sense your Peace
within,
You Are Peace,
You Are Love,
every moment is
a gift

Love is a universal
language,
it communicates
in many ways,
your soul is an
antennae,
always sensing
what Love has
to say.
There may be static
in your story,
Love’s signal may
be hard to read
at times,
but Love is eternal,
always with you,
You Are Love
as
You Are Divine.
Your sisters and
your brothers
all have a heart
that speaks as well,
with some you
feel it,
see it,
know it,
with others it
may be harder to
tell.
But is that not
your perception,
that has you
thinking what is
true –
You Are All
Children of Love,
no matter what
the story is
telling you.
Love is a Universal
Language,
it communicates in
many ways,
set judgement,
comparisons,
to the side,
let your heart
speak the Truth
of Love, today.

A swimmer cuts
through the water,
it may look streamline
and smooth,
but legs propel
by kicking,
hands are reaching,
pushing through.
A skater glides across
the ice,
appearing effortlessly
to flow,
but there is friction
where the blades
meet the ice
to make them go.
Where your ego
meets your soul,
as human, resistance
you may feel,
but does not the
friction
let you know,
what has come up
for you to heal?
And like the swimmer
or the skater,
do you not become
smoother as you
glide
as one with what
surrounds you,
with the Force of Love
always inside?
As human,
you propel,
as life stretches out
in its linear way,
receive these gifts
of friction,
as they flow through you
along your way.
And as always,
Here You Are,
the one that is
gliding above –
the One who sees
All of You,
flowing effortlessly
with Love.

When an end
is a beginning,
is this not a
Circle of Love –
no matter where
you are as
you travel,
are you not learning
what you are made of?
And is this circle
not a spiral,
uncovering more
for you to see,
and as you change
your perspective,
do you not see Love
more clearly?
Hearts and Love
make up this
Circle,
it can never ever
end,
life an endless
eternal fountain,
Love flows up
again and again.
Life can change,
you may be different,
but what is always
the same,
Love is constant,
always surrounding,
forever glowing
is Love’s Eternal Flame.

There is no need to wait
for transformation
to occur,
All you seek
is in
All of You,
when you quiet
the outside world.
Be aware of the
roles you play,
question beliefs
you think are true,
you may resist
stripping away,
what you think
makes up you.
Do you not find
that You Are Peace,
You Are Love
when you can Be,
you need not question
the outer world,
is it not your thoughts
that make up what
you see?
You need not make
sense of the
external,
tune into where
Peace resides,
find your resonance,
sweet harmony,
when you sing with
your soul within,
inside.
There is no need
to wait for
transformation,
You Are All
within you,
now –
Here is Peace,
Here is comfort,
All Is Well
in the Here
and Now.
You Are Love Now
