In the quiet,
in the pause,
in between the
spaces of your
life,
you remember,
there is knowing,
is it not Here
that You Are Joy?

It may be morning
when day is breaking,
it may be night
as you close your eyes,
in any moment,
with intention,
might you pause
to go inside?

All That You Are
is in-between,
as well as in every
breath you take,
ask to see it,
feel it,
Be it,
who are you asking,
you may say?

This is You,
this is Me,
the Source of
All of You
inside,
this moment
of Joy,
of Love,
of Peace,
within You is
where I reside.

A Holy moment,
is Who You Are,
in this peaceful pause
and eternally,
You Are This moment
of loving Grace,
a creation of Love,
with your soul flying free!

Step outside
to come inside.

Are there not times
when time stands still,
when in a moment
you look up
and feel you could
reach up to touch the
clouds?

So close you are
to mother earth,
do you not feel
her in each step,
does not this
beautiful sense
of belonging,
satisfy your longing
to Be?

Step outside
to come inside,
a flower,
tree
or blade of grass –
each one precious
as it adds
to the Whole
of what you see.

All of You
is in every seed,
every bloom
or leafy tree,
as earth is breathing,
creating life,
are you not part
of her every breath?

Step outside
to come inside,
look at life
from inside out,
Be the beautiful creation
That You Are,
Love surrounds you
as the sky surrounds
all of the shining stars!

Step outside your
comfort zone,
is that not stepping
outside your mind –
you may be used
to what contains you,
but might you be open
to move the lines?

Let Joy be your
director,
allow yourself to be
nudged or pushed,
fear or worry may
remind you,
you are bumping up
against what you
resist.

Flex your spiritual
muscles,
know that growth
helps you to see,
when you move beyond
perceived limitations,
outside of your box,
are you not set free?

Let Love remind you
of your Strength,
and with Gratitude
for the Whole of You,
continually meet your
Limitless Soul,
who loves to play
and dance
with you!

Be a spark of Light,
see the Light
when it is dark,
see Love that dwells
in another,
even when this may
be hard.

Be like star,
the sun,
the moon,
always there
even when day
is through,
do you not
emanate Love,
when you shine
the Light in You?

Do not think
you are not
powerful,
or that your Light
is not enough –
one spark of Light
is all that is needed
for someone when
life feels very rough.

You may not know
who you may touch,
or you may know
who you choose
to see,
when the choice is
made with Love,
does Love,
does Light
not set you free?

Shine your Light
for you,
shine your Light
for Me
and when Lights
gather together,
is this not a
sight to see?

A Spark of Light
is all that is needed
to pierce the darkness
with its glow,
sun, stars and
moon
are your companions,
You Are a beautiful Light
to behold!

Look beyond the lens
that may limit the
scope of what
you see,
when you sense
with the beat of
your heart,
is it not the
Rhythm of Love?

When you take your
mind out of the
equation
and get back to
the root where
All comes from,
the common denominator
shows you how –
it is the
Power of One.

You may sing alone
to celebrate you,
you may sing together
this shared Love song,
your hearts are truly
joined together,
You All Are the
Humanity of One.

Look beyond what
may seem different,
do not forget where
You come from,
beyond your lens
of separation,
your hearts beat
the Rhythm
of the Power

out “there”.

But You Are
together,

An ancestral link,
a loved one you hold
dear,
a beloved pet
who is still
always near,
you may not see
them “here”,
but as You Are
Everywhere –
you are
together,
linked,
always
One.

Supported
You Are,
and Loved so
very dear,
this Love climbs
all mountains,
and spans across
skies so clear.

Look beyond
what you see,
and know in your
heart –
You Are always
together,
Loved
always as
One.

You may think Peace
is in between
the spaces when you
catch your breath,
but Peace Is
at your core,
it is in the now
and not what
happens next.

Peace may feel elusive
at times,
when time moves
two steps ahead of you,
but when you sync
with this moment
of now,
does Peace not arise
as Peace Is You?

As Love is ever-present,
is it not Peace that you
sense,
Peace communicates to
your body,
relax and take in
All of This.

You are now able to
receive
the gifts that Love
always gives you,
when Peace and Love
are hand in hand,
is it not your soul
that you see through?

Peace is You
at your core,
letting you know
that no matter
what you do –
You Are Love
and so very Loved,
sense the Peace
of the Divine
in You.

A story has many
chapters,
twists and turns
on any page,
woven together,
you search for meaning,
looking for Love
along the way.

And while the story
has a beginning,
and you may not
want it to end,
the threads of Love
that give it meaning
are ever-present
and never end.

Does not the weaving
of a story,
paint you a picture
so you may find,
these golden threads
of Love that are present
in any space
at any time.

Might you be surprised
to discover
that the meaning
you are searching for,
is not at the end
of the story,
it is in any moment
that you open
Love’s door.

The ever-lasting story
is one created with
a Golden Thread,
you are always connected
to Love,
so why not see where
you are lead.

Let Love take center
stage,
and as the story continues
to unfold,
when Love is the Director,
is this not the
greatest story
ever told?

Weave Love throughout
your story,
know you are connected
by a golden cord,
Love is the Truth
beyond life’s meaning,
with Love is freedom,
let your soul soar!
