Here a-waiting – 
surrender to the Wonder

Many roles you play 
in this incarnation,
join the number of roles
experienced in all lives,
This You within is
ever-present,
surrender to the Wonder 
of Who You Are.

This You is Love 
connected Wholly,
you need not find it 
somewhere else,
lean into This for 
Love and comfort – 
surrendering to the Wonder 
of Who You Are!

Breathe Free

Breathe Free.

May your freedom 
be a loosening 
of beliefs you once
held tight,
thank the old protections,
release them now as
you no longer need
to fight.

Breathe Free.

Be patient with 
this loosening,
you need not know 
the when or why,
trust in the process,
trust your energy,
it re-aligns with 
earth and sky.

Breathe Free.

Simply Be Here now,
showing up as You
in present moments,
dear,
sense Love’s support,
walking with you 
arm in arm and 
with each step 
Here.

Breathe Free.

Freedom is remembrance 
of Who You Are – 
with new eyes now
you see,
surrender to This Truth,
trust in Love, Beloved 
and Breathe Free!

This Love Language

Consciousness is all 
around you,
This is the frequency 
of All That Is,
do not the trees speak
This Love Language,
pause for a moment 
to soak in This.

You need not travel 
to This destination,
your eternal nature 
knows you’re Here,
still your egoic mind 
and remember 
This Love is You – 
connected always dear.

The world in all of 
its chaos 
may distract you 
from This Truth – 
Love’s vibration is in 
every earthly thing and
is always accessible
to you.

So soak in Mother Nature,
add your Voice to the 
Song of Wind,
marvel at the rain that
washes, clears and invites
All to grow again.

Listen to the Language 
of Love that speaks to you
always through your
heart,
This Frequency is ever-present,
reminding You of 
Who You Are!

Authentic Belonging

Open gently to 
your self,
layers of life 
your body holds,
emotions tucked 
away are looking 
for a chance not 
to be ignored.

With the Wholeness 
of your soul,
held by the angels
who Love you dear,
invite these emotions
to bubble up,
to be seen and felt in
This safe haven Here.

You belong,
dear child of Love,
Here is always room
and space to Be,
as a child you may
have worn a mask,
but Love sees You
authentically.

You need not hide
from you,
your little self wants
to come out and play,
as you bask in This
Light of Love,
see your Self whole 
and wholly Loved
always!

Aligning

Use resonance to find 
the sweet spot,
when not aligned 
you feel this too,
if something doesn’t fit
ask guidance to shed 
more Light to 
enlighten you.

You may shift perspective 
to see more angles,
not everything in life 
is meant to align,
as you are an ever-
evolving Be-ing,
you will feel the ups 
and downs of time.

Be gentle with your 
inner critic,
transmute any wounds
that arise to heal,
resonance with Love 
is your guiding Light,
align to This with your
steadfast Will!

This Puzzle of Life

On any journey 
there are twists
and turns,
you may not always see
the road ahead,
there usually is a 
bigger picture,
when you cannot see,
say yes to being led.

Judgment abounds in
a narrow view,
ego hangs on tightly 
to cause and effect,
“if then this” or 
“should have done”
creates questioning doubt 
on any next steps.

Rest assured 
your open heart
and willingness to 
do your best – 
is all that is needed 
in this puzzle of life – 
connect what you can
and let go of the rest!

Together Shining

There is a dance 
and flow with 
Spirit,
this is not a 
one-way bond 
you see,
we cannot separate 
each other’s Lights,
there is no distance 
between You and Me.

We cannot help but
flow together,
there is no beginning 
and thus no end,
is there not Peace in
This alignment,
you feel connection – 
at Home again.

So shine your Light,
we always see it,
loved ones, the angels 
and your guides,
We Are One in 
this joyful dance,
We shine together –
One eternal Light!

Tender Care

The world is filled with
noise and chaos,
cooler heads do not 
always prevail,
conflict, confrontation
is the norm –
be it small or on a
grand scale.

It is hard to ride
the waves of life – 
from the highest Joy
to deep despair,
honor all feelings,
stay engaged,
do not give up on 
giving tender care.

Tender hearts are some
of the strongest,
Be-ing present for all
of life’s show,
choosing Love,
seeing All as precious, 
can be done with the 
Eyes of your Soul.

Stay open to this 
life chaotic,
tune into Love’s 
constant frequency,
ride life’s tumultuous 
waves with Courage,
finding respite in soul’s 
forever Peace!

Of Earth and Sky

You celebrate a day
of Light,
in turn does Light 
not celebrate you,
no matter time of day
or season,
the Light of Love in
You shines through.

Through stormy times 
upon the earth,
Be Love’s reflection 
to illuminate,
darkness has not its
own force,
a tiny spark of Light 
makes the dark fade.

See Love’s Light with 
eyes so clear,
your heart links 
with other’s too,
as a steward of 
earth and sky,
turn up This Light 
that flows through
You!

Love’s Resonance

Pause when you need
to,
is this not part of 
ebb and flow,
sense the resonance 
of any moment,
is there a quickening
or need to slow.

In times of shifting 
and of change,
when things are messy
and you wish to plan,
hold a wider Vision of Love
that lets you know when
to lend a hand.

Your open heart is 
so very needed,
sense through resonance 
what next to do,
Be you active or 
in the quiet,
Love is constant and coursing
through All of You!
