Is there not
All That Is
in one word
that is You?
Be Loved.
And as You Are
Loved,
shine your Light
today,
to remind another
that all are
Beloved,
today, tomorrow,
Always.
Be Love.
And as You Are
Love,
might you Be Light
and remember truly
Who You Are –
Beloved,
Blessed,
and always,
dear one,
so very, very
Loved.

You are conditioned
to be wary,
in the linear world
you live,
but there is one thing
that never wavers –
yes,
you can
Trust Love.
You may question all
around you,
that is part of the
here or there,
but beneath what
may look different,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.
When your heart
feels this connection,
be it within you
or with someone else,
even when you no longer
can see them,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.
Begin with you
to sense this presence,
Love is in your
every breath,
might you believe
you are always
with it,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.
Trust your heart
in its innate
knowing,
tune into
what moves you,
what gives you
the sense
that You Are Loved –
yes,
Trust
You Are,
always,
Love.

Rise up to any challenge,
is that not an opportunity
to grow,
when you are comfortable
do you not gravitate
to what you already know?
Think of the push and pull
of growth
as loving hands
reaching out to you,
will they not lift
you up
and help you see
another side of you?
Be willing to stretch yourself,
it may be a little,
it may be a lot,
but do you not often
surprise yourself –
it may not be as
hard as you thought.
And if you travel
in a direction,
that you wish to change
partway through,
you can alter your course
to realign with what
speaks to you.
With Gratitude and
Humility,
might you let a challenge
help you to see,
you are always creating
with Love that
lovingly pushes you
to Be Amazing!

Receive the Love
That Is You.
You may have habits
hiding from it,
thinking it is not
something you wear,
you may be more comfortable
when you give it,
showering Love upon others
because you care.
Might you be open
to receiving
Love from many sources
it may come,
but don’t forget
the endless wellspring
that bubbles up
from the One.
And as you are part
of the Eternal Love Story,
you need not wait
the whole day through,
open your heart
to feel the magic –
receive the Love
That Is You.
And as you let this
flow continue,
with no beginning
and with no end,
might you see how
easy it is to
Be Love,
receiving as giving,
then repeat,
again.
When Love flows
freely
with no conditions,
outwardly,
but also inside,
too,
giving and receiving
are truly
the same thing –
Be-ing the Love
That Is You.

Healing is Love
and
Love Is.
You may think
something is broken,
you may wish
to sometimes fix,
is this not always
a request for Love,
healing is Love.
Does Love not go
where it is needed,
like oil you put
on squeaky parts,
when parts work
together
as the Whole –
healing is Love.
Have faith that Love
is where it is
needed,
might you raise
it up
inside of you,
does Love not
ripple out
in all directions –
healing is Love.
And when you see
Love’s completeness,
knowing that
All Is truly Well,
what you thought
was broken
is Whole –
healing is Love.
Be Love,
as You Are
a beautiful child
of the Divine.
Love Heals,
Love Is Whole,
Love Is.

Play with thoughts.
You may give much
power
to the thoughts
that fill your mind,
with your curious,
questioning self,
might you question
these thoughts
that take up
much of your time?
Yes, your thoughts
and mind may direct
you,
to experiences that
you seek,
but as your heart
is your True Power,
might you let
your soul lead quietly?
And if you know
your thoughts
are malleable,
are you not able
to change and question
them,
might you then lead with
your heart,
allowing your True Self
to step boldly in.
Thank your thoughts,
they fulfill many of
your needs,
bring them along upon
your journey,
your human and soul
are quite a Team –
keep the play in the
interaction,
and though you are a
questioning, curious
one,
You Are as expansive
as All thought,
encompassing All Love,
as One.

What is Strength?
Strength need not
be an act of
bravery,
are you not brave
every day of your
life?
Strength need not
squeeze out
what you are
feeling,
are you not Strength
experiencing what
comes your way?
Strength is you
arising each morning,
knowing you have
what you need –
strong as the tree
with sturdy trunk,
knowing when to
bend
in a strong breeze.
Strength may be quiet,
it may surprise you,
you may not know
from whence it comes,
but does not Strength
arrive with Love
and is not Love
what you are made of?
Embrace the Strength
in you,
let it be the fuel
for what you need,
do not be afraid
of your power,
with Love and
Strength do you
not see –
with Strength as your
driver
and with Love as
your guide,
go forth in this
life’s journey,
buckle up
and
enjoy the ride!

Find the stillness,
quiet the story,
Peace is never
far away.
Shift your intention,
adjust your focus,
with Love as your
foundation,
what does Peace
say?
Beyond the chatter,
yet within you always,
let the beat of
your heart,
remind you of this
Truth.
Breathe in Peace,
let Love remind you,
all you seek,
is always within
You.
Find the stillness,
quiet the story,
You Are Peace
and
Love Is You.

What if,
you are,
enough?
Yes, there is always
evolution,
creation,
opening doors,
in the linear,
there is perception
of where you have
been
and where you are –
there may be angst
not knowing the
future,
but we are here
to tell you now –
now in this
very present,
You Are Love,
you are enough.
You may have thoughts
about “enough-ness”,
you may question
as you compare,
you may not believe
that in this moment,
you have all
that you truly
“need”,
might you look
at exploration,
at experiences
that help you grow,
as not a judgment on
where you are,
that you are lacking
or do not know.
What if
You Are,
All You Are?
Might you embrace
your inner knowing,
that All of Love
resides in you,
you may need
to hug your
inner child,
to remind this
little one,
You Are Love, too,
yes, keep evolving,
keep creating,
continue finding out
what brings you Joy,
but always remember
that Joy Is You,
and never something
that you must “do”.
You Are All,
know this
to be True –
embrace this Love
as
All Love Is You.

Listen.
Feel.
Know.
You may be aware
or you may be not,
but have you not
been guided
all along,
awareness helps,
but are you not
always a harmonic note
in a greater song?
You may look back
with open eyes
to see what has dropped
into your lap,
the choice is yours,
you may then proceed
or set aside
any of this
or that.
But is it not a comfort
that you are not alone,
when challenges you face,
yes, you may “phone Home”,
Love awaits to lift,
to help you to see,
it is not only You,
there is a supporting case
of We.
Listen.
Feel.
Know.
If you are not sure,
know that your
soul knows,
you cannot separate
what is always together,
this is the Flow,
angels,
guides,
your loved ones
are Here always,
You Are Loved,
You Are supported,
in every way.
Listen,
feel
with your heart
and know –
You Are Love,
and You always
Are Loved, so!
