You Are Love Now

Integrate.

When you make bigger
changes,
when you try out something
new,
give yourself time
to adjust,
to integrate with
You.

Your soul loves
the adventure
and is ready for
whatever you
wish to do,
your human side
may need time –
for all to integrate
with You.

Be patient in this
process,
trust that you
will come to know,
that there is Peace
when you surrender,
as you integrate
with You.

There are times you feel
you are catching up
to what your soul
already knows,
together,
you will find
the sweet spot,
as you integrate
with You.

And oh what satisfaction,
what Joy you embrace,
when All parts of You
dance as One,
as Love integrates
with You.

Inquire,
ask,
explore –
when you are ready
to move beyond
the status quo,
might you begin
to open doors,
you may think
it is nervousness
you feel,
but might it be
excitement that
you are feeling
more?

There is flow to
creativity,
does it not begin
to take on a
life of its own,
might you invite
this expansion in,
have you not been
creating since
the day and before
you were born?

You may look back
to earlier times
and be in wonder
at where you are
now,
when you inquire,
ask and
explore –
are these not tools
that can show you
how?

Be a pioneer
for Life,
Be inspired
by the Grace
of Love.
Let Light point you
in a direction,
let Love show you
what you are made
of,
do not fear diving
a little deeper
into what makes
your heart sing –
open doors,
open your heart,
explore all possibilities
that Love can bring!

When you step out
of old patterns,
do they not try
to pull you back,
being with the familiar
can be comforting,
even as you are ready
to move beyond that,
ego wishes to keep
you safe,
though you need to
constantly remind,
that You Are Love,
with a purpose,
with oceans to cross
and mountains to climb.

With awareness
and with Grace,
are there not opportunities
for you,
to see You with
loving eyes,
and to know what
you are ready to
work through,
Love is holding your hand,
Love always has your
back,
to help you shift
your perspective
and to let go
of what may hold
you back.

Life is full of ebbs
and flows,
two steps forward may
lead to one step back,
but is that not from
your human perspective,
for does your soul not
fly beyond that –
let your grip on
past beliefs
loosen up as you
come to know,
you are already free,
you can relax,
you can let go.

With Gratitude,
do you not bless
all experiences
that help you to see –
you are human,
with your soul’s
purpose,
spreading your wings
as you fly free.

Can you see the Light?
In the darkness of
night,
is that not when
a Light is bright –
illuminating a path
for you to see?

And when you follow
the Light,
there may be rocks
that you must climb,
but it does not
take much Light
for you to see.

Be it sun or
be it moon,
the Light you see
is a reflection
of You,
your Love can be a
spark of Eternal Truth,
when you shine
your Light
for All to see.

Can you Be the Light?
Where there is darkness
might you shine
so bright,
your Light illuminates
your way back
Home to You.

Faith and Grace

Yes, there are times
you feel uncertain,
you dig your heels
into the ground,
if you cannot see
all of the outcomes,
you may wish to skip
what is coming around,
but does not Faith
arrive to lift you,
is there not Grace
beneath your wings,
has Love not brought
you Here,
so very capable
of amazing things?

Accept the next steps
that move you forward,
wherever that may be,
Love walks with you
every step,
Love is beckoning you
to believe,
with Faith come possibilities,
with Grace, do you not allow
yourself to Be
an instrument of Source,
playing your song
so joyfully?

Let Faith move you
ever forward,
and with Grace
may you humbly
receive,
is this not Love’s
perfect balance,
human and soul
together,
perfectly?

Let Faith give you
Strength,
let Grace allow
you to Be,
with Humility
may you surrender,
and with Love
set yourself free!

When the child
within you wails,
and brings up stories
it wishes to tell,
might you listen
with all of your
heart,
is this not how
healing can start?

Does not your child
wish to be heard,
when feeling fear
do you not reassure,
there are tools,
techniques
that can help
for sure,
but is it not Love
that goes beyond
any words?

When the child within
is asking for Love,
might you surround
yourself
with unconditional Love,
does Love not innately
know what to do,
let Love soothe,
let Love heal you.

When you feel separated
and scattered about,
might you embrace
All of You
as the One You Are,
let Love hold you close
and let Love soothe,
You Are Loved
beyond measure –
All of You.

Stretch

Stretch yourself,
reach for the sky,
might you be able
to touch the stars,
and why should that
be a surprise?
There is stardust
in your makeup,
as you are One
with All That Is,
embrace your innate
power,
You Are a Creator
in All of This.

Feel your expansiveness,
release your limits
and set yourself free,
be aware of how
your “what ifs”
can hide the truth
of all you can
Be.

There is a Light
within you shining,
ready to share
the Love You Are –
as you shine your
loving Light,
will others not see
their own bright star?

Stretch yourself,
it may be uncomfortable
at first,
but as you stretch
your loving muscles,
will they not take you
to your truth?

You are as eternal
as the cosmos,
you are beyond
what you can see,
do not limit what
you can do,
as you stretch to
All that you
can Be.

Let Love show you
the way.

There are corners
that you wish
to clear out,
are there not areas
that could use more
Light,
when you are ready,
do not opportunities
appear –
let Love show you
the way.

Your heart is open,
your awareness grows,
does Light not look
to shine so bright,
let Light show you
where there is healing,
let Love show you
the way.

Even as you are ready
for spring cleaning,
you may still
not wish to see,
some areas that you
have missed,
but do they not
wait patiently?
With Faith that Love
is always with you,
with Trust that
each and every day –
you never walk alone,
let Love show you
the way.

You need not know
all of the answers,
but do not the questions
lead you Here –
shine your Light
on your next step,
yes, Love will show you
the way.

every moment is
Where You Are,
it is as simple
as you can
make it –
Be You.
Be Love.

You may have plans
that are unfolding,
you have traveled paths
both near and
far,
but is not All
present in this
moment –
Be You.
Be Love.

Feel your heart,
is it not filling?
Sense your Truth –
it is Who You Are,
do your best
with kindness and
compassion –
Be You,
You Are eternally,
Love.

Play

Play.

Yes, this word brings
up images
of laughter,
children engaged
in play,
but can you feel
the shift in energy,
when you connect
to the power of
play?

It need not be a
frivolous action,
though there is nothing
wrong with frivolity,
would not people
feel more loving,
if they joined in
with Joy and glee?

Is there not presence
in the moment,
when at any time of
day,
you surrender your
expectations
and let yourself
play?

Children learn
within this energy,
it is how they
grow their brain,
as you are constantly
learning,
does it not behoove you
to do the same –
might you connect
easily to another
when your heart
is opened wide –
and with Love,
Joy and laughter,
does play not help
you enjoy the ride?

Allow yourself
the time,
the space,
to let go
of the serious you –
Love is playful,
Love is wonder,
invite Love in
to play with
you!
