Focus on Love.

Keep your eyes
on the prize,
that is your
wellspring
inside,
always ready
to bubble up,
a continues flow
that never ends,
when you think
you have run dry,
can you not call
it up,
once again,
you can always
be bathed
in it –
when you focus
on Love.

Hope may spring
eternal
and is it not Love
that lets this
Be,
is it not your
Fountain of Love
that new life
into you
will breathe,
you may have many
distractions,
life brings to you
what you may need,
but when Love
gets your attention,
with new eyes
do you not see,
a greater reality,
the Truth of
Who You Are –
and does that not
all become clear
when you focus
on Love?

When what you see
becomes murky,
lacking color,
not as sharp,
when you feel
you are scattered
in every direction
than what is yours –
you can always sharpen
the focus,
by tuning into
your loving heart,
is life not a beautiful
kaleidoscope
when you focus
on Love?

See Love in
everything you
experience,
sense,
touch.
You see all
colors of the
rainbow,
when you focus
on Love.

There Is Love

And There Is Love.

When you ask,
there is the answer,
when you seek through
the mind’s morning fog,
no matter the thoughts
that keep you busy,
when you look –
There Is Love.

When stories abound,
when drama unfolds,
when you cannot
see the forest
for the trees –
when it is clarity
that you wish for –
There Is Love.

When you wish to
control
what surrounds you,
to make life fit
into the “should”s
and “could”s,
is there not wonder
in the discovery –
that There Is Love.

You can find it
when you look,
will it not find you
when you least expect,
is it not always seen
with the Eyes of the Soul –
yes, There Is Love.

What flows through you
in every moment,
what surrounds you
through thick or thin,
open your heart
and you will find it –
There Is Love.

Here,
There
and Everywhere –
There is Love.

Celebrate You.
And when you see
a fellow explorer
in life,
can you celebrate them,
too?

Is not a mirror image
of you
held up for you to
see,
is not everyone
a teacher,
a student,
it matters
not much
which you see,
what fills you with
Joy,
what may get
under your skin,
is it not All You,
so let the party
begin –
let the Love flow,
let the Gratitude
commence
and celebrate
All of You.

In this loving
atmosphere,
is it not easier to
let judgement
and drama go –
yes, stories in life
bring opportunities
for growth,
but lest you get
too serious,
that you forget
how to dance,
why not get the
party started
as you let Love
give you the chance,
to wipe your human
slate clean
and let Joy come
center stage –
O beautiful human
and soul,
shine bright
and Celebrate You!

Rhythm

Movement.
Stillness.
Is there not a rhythm
when you move,
then pause,
step forward,
reflect.

There is an
ebb and flow
of
human and soul,
the yin and yang,
in the Balance of Life.

And beyond duality,
that helps you
to see,
to experience,
to reflect
on All That You
can Be –
There Is Love,
with its rhythm,
its beat,
no opposite
to find
only Love
that you can see
and feel
and sense
and
Is That Not You –
always,
always –
Always Love.

Lost and Found

When you are
lost in thought,
can you be found
with Love?

The mind loves to
go on a journey,
filling in with
stories,
speculation,
what ifs,
is it no wonder
you may feel lost
at times,
what do you do
when you realize
you are adrift –
when you need to
remember Who You Are,
amidst daily experiences
or strife,
keep in mind (smile)
You Are You
at your heart,
your core –
even as you
walk through
this life.

Any time you need
to feel centered,
to remember the
Love That Is You –
let the thoughts go,
to carry on without you,
and step into this
present moment
That Is You.

And now does not Love
fill all of the spaces,
that your thoughts
tried to stuff
with this or that,
when you keep Love
flowing through you,
the vessel,
does not this moment
help find where
you are at?

You find You
in the Love
that shows you,
You Are Love,
compete
and fully Whole,
your thoughts may
make you think,
you have lost
your way,
but Love always
brings you back
Home.

A Call to Love

When you connect
with Love,
the Truth of
Who You Are,
do not Strength and
Courage
step forward to
welcome you,
they are always
by your side,
you need not beckon
them to
come through,
are they not hand-in-hand
with Love,
as You Are, too?

Is there not Joy
when you release
the bonds of fear,
are you not set free,
from beliefs that
cloud your view,
is not Joy always ready
to dance,
to play,
to sing,
when you find your voice,
can you not find Joy
in everything?

And with Gratitude
in your heart,
for each experience
big or small,
are you not grateful
to find Love
woven in
throughout it All,
some may be a gift,
sometimes the gift
is You,
when you discover
your true nature –
You Are the Love
that Loves You.

Let Peace lead you
to stillness,
let stillness
lead to Peace,
are you not Peace
when you feel
your innate essences
helping you fly free,
call on One
or call on All –
they answer always
to a Call to Love,
you have the power,
can you feel it,
You Are always,
always,
Love.

Comfort

Find a room that
is safe and warm,
where Love is the
comfort worn,
like a soft blanket
you can wrap around,
in the quiet,
Love is the only sound,
where is this room
you may ask,
intrigued,
it resides in the heart
of You and Me.

Who Are You
and what do you know
of Love?
I Am You
and all that you
dream of –
you can meet Love
in any room you
wish to be,
by loving You,
may you Love All
that you see,
nurture this space
where you can truly
Be –
You, feeling loved,
Be-ing Free.

Find a room
where you invite others
in,
share this space
where Love is what’s
happening,
do not worry if it
overflows,
Love always knows exactly
where to go,
there is no limit
to what Love can
connect you to.

Any space with Love
is safe and warm,
connect,
build on
to any dwelling
you live in,
your heart,
your breath,
is what Love builds here,
but Love lives on
be it Here
or be it There –
in the quiet,
listen softly to
its Truth –
Love is All
There Is
and Love Is You.

Patience

Patience.

Patience may feel
like you are waiting,
but is it not
accepting
of the next thing
that is part of –
the Flow of
All That Is,
does not patience
bring you to
All Is Well?

Does not patience
help you Be in
this moment now,
you can still create,
move freely,
but without expectation
that makes you
hurry,
does not patience
help you savor
All That Is?

Patience need not be
a waiting game,
does it not allow
you to Be,
present with what
presents itself
lovingly,
does not patience
help you be
where you wish
to Be?

Be patient.
Be present.
All Is Well
with All That Is.
You Are present
as in each moment
You Are Love.

As you step into
You,
will it not feel like
a deja vu –
are you not already
where you need
to Be –
Be-ing You?

As you drop the illusion
of who you think
you are,
as you emerge
clearing the dust
from your lens,
are you not always
You
before any beginning
and beyond end,
are you not always –
Be-ing You?

You need not create
a better you,
one waits patiently
for you,
as you let go of
what tends to hide,
who is always with you
inside,
tell fear and doubt
to please step aside,
there is no stopping –
Be-ing You.

Let your Light
so brightly shine,
find the spark
that glows at
all times,
Be the Light that shines
so you may always see –
You,
Be-ing You,
Be-ing Free.

Here Is Love

When you look outside
at nature,
seeing the beauty
that it brings,
it is not hard
to find it –
Here Is Love.

When a loved one
smiles at you,
your eyes meet
in mutual thought,
you can feel it
as you see it –
Here Is Love.

When you hold the door
for a stranger,
catch their eye
as acknowledgement
is shared,
when you see each other
as fellow humans –
Here Is Love.

When you are triggered
by news or stories,
as you go within to
find the button pushed,
is it not you who
is asking for it –
and Here Is Love.

The more you Love
all aspects of you,
accept and allow
giving you room
to breathe,
is each breath
not a mantra
that tells you –
Here Is Love.

Whether you look outside
or within,
when you do not know
where to begin,
start at the Truth
and repeat again –
Here Is Love.

You Are Here.
You Are Love.
Here with
and loving you
always
Is Love.
