Play.
Remember to laugh.
At something else
or even yourself,
what tickles you
that you cannot hold in,
is there not release,
do you not let go –
when you laugh
and play?

You need not feel
a certain way,
might you feel many
emotions
throughout your day,
but even if you have
to schedule time,
to stop what you are “doing”,
can you then find
a way,
to play,
to laugh,
today?

Make time to really laugh,
not only smile
at a joke,
can you lose yourself
for a moment
or two –
yes, crying can
give you release,
and does not crying often
lead to laughter, too?

What to do when humanness
gets the best of you,
play with a child,
call a friend,
tell your pet
how you are feeling, too,
find the space within
that is wanting to –
laugh,
play,
laugh.

It need not take long,
though you may find
once you start to laugh,
you lose track
of time –
in this moment,
can you think back
to a goofy place
and time,
let your smile
show you the way –
to laugh,
let go,
and play!

Always Love

And does not the answer
to every question,
always bring you back
to Love?

You may circle wide
when you try to find it,
you may not understand
all paths you are on,
it may be hard
to make sense
of what does not –
but is not the answer,
Love?

It can be hard
to find Love in
corners
that do not have
enough Light,
but does not shining
ever brighter,
give you a chance
to add more Light?

You have choices,
you have reasons,
to choose whatever
you wish to choose,
in your life
there are a multitude
of scenarios,
that present to you –
a wave of sadness,
jumping for Joy,
no matter how the story
unfolds,
can you find
at your center,
where the choice
is always Love?

When you question,
you are learning,
you are searching out
Truth –
you can only ask
questions
based on what you
think you know
and makes sense
to you,
keep searching,
keep wondering,
at the Wonder of it
All –
and when you need
to rest,
know that All
is always Love.

Rising

Love rises up.

When you review,
when you look back
on situations,
circumstance,
or experiences
that feel “less than”,
might you look
with loving eyes,
to see that
Love rises up?

Is Love not always
underneath,
even if you did not
choose it,
Love is always
possibility –
no matter the
time and space
you look at,
might you look back
in your mind
and with your loving heart
embrace it,
surrounding
All with Love,
Love rises up.

And with this loving
heart
and loving eyes
with no judgement,
is it not now
easy to find Love,
even when you thought
you could not see it,
Love is always here,
for you to heal
past or present –
You Are always One
with All That Is Love.
Love Is present,
Love Is now –
Love rises up.

Let Love rise up
at any time
with All you see.
Send Love now,
Be Love – how?
You Are Love –
rise up.

Peace and Love

On any day
with so much thinking,
might you focus
on the breath,
when you can be
in the present moment,
there is no need
to suppress
or forget –
the stories
and their details
are part of life
here on earth,
but might your soul
remind you Peace
is always present
before and after
your birth.

The Peace that surpasses
all understanding,
you love this phrase
and what does it mean –
you need not know
the “why”,
in any situation,
you may not make sense
of many things,
does Peace not help you
strip off layers,
to find the Truth
that is at your core,
with Love
do you not find Peace,
with Peace,
do you not sense Love
even more?

Peace and Love,
Love and Peace,
it matters not
the order you
put these in –
they are a tonic
for any discomfort,
or any imbalance
you feel within,
let Peace and Love
be a balm
that heals the
human side of You,
but remember,
always and forever,
Peace and Love
Are always You.

Be inspired.
Fast or slow,
even if you do
not know
which way
to go,
is there not inspiration
in the stillness
of your thoughts?

Whether you stay on
your course,
or take a turn,
there is so much
you may learn,
but no matter the
experience,
can you not find
the Love within,
can you give yourself
a pass,
from the “shoulds”
that lurk within,
can you let Love
be your guide,
with inspiration
by your side?

When you are still,
can you not feel
the tug,
of what is calling
to your soul,
can you go along,
heed the nudge,
letting inspiration
begin to flow,
yes, inspiration
can give direction,
but it is not the destination
that is the goal –
does inspiration
not provide a map
for you to journey
and explore,
with Love as your
Guiding Light,
what inspires
and feeds your soul?

Be inspired.
Be You.
Be the amazing
Light you shine.
Whether moving
or in one place,
Be inspired
by Love’s tender,
loving Grace.

Listen.
Reach out.
Connect.
Love.

Be there
for another,
really there,
face to face
or ear to ear –
can you sit
and really hear
what another
has to say,
you need not fix
or tidy up
what is shared
on any day,
with compassion,
an open heart,
do you not All
wish to be heard.
Listen.
Reach out.
Connect.
Love.

There are some
who wish to leave,
while others may
long to go,
you may not be
a part of the plan,
it is not yours to
say what is so,
but at any given
moment,
there are times
that make life tough,
is this not so Love
may smooth a road
that has become rocky
and very rough?

No matter the road
you are on,
even if you prefer
to be alone –
are there not times
when you may be
on either side
of the coin?
For you,
for another,
you are connected
through it All.
Remember.
Listen.
Reach out
and connect
with Love.

Love Speaks

Meet another where
they are,
let Love do the
talking for you,
there is no need to
“talk” someone into
what you believe,
what is true for you,
each journey is an
adventure,
for all to find
their own way,
can you let Love
be the primary language
that you use to
speak today?

If you feel you have
an “agenda”,
a need to be right
or looking down
on another,
when you judge,
when you compare,
when you are “here”
and they are “there”,
do you not forget
there is Unity,
not the separation
that differences bear –
as human you need not agree,
but as souls
do you not see,
that Love is the
common denominator,
for You and All to
always Be?

Remember the teacher
and the student,
as you are both
at the same time,
do you not show up
in another’s life,
for experiences to be
gained,
is not each life
full of teachers,
giving you a multitude
of lessons
not only to learn,
but to experience,
to make choices,
to find the Seed of Love
in Everyone?

With compassion,
with no strings,
can you look through
Loving Eyes,
look with your soul,
speak from your heart,
follow Love’s lead
as All Is Love.

The Greatest Gift

Love has open arms,
Love surrounds,
Love takes in.
Can you not give your
fears,
your worries,
your doubts
to Love’s endless
Well of Love?
Can you not transform
what does not serve you
by giving it up
to the Arms of Love –
do not open arms,
an open heart,
let you receive
your Gifts of Love?

Can not transformation happen
at any time,
in any space,
with Love’s eternal
burning Light,
does it not exist
in any place?
What situation,
what emotion,
what circumstance
do you wish to change –
to bring more Light,
to see it with Love,
can you open your arms
to Love’s embrace?

There is an exchange,
there is a give and take,
when you open your heart
to then let go
of what does not resonate
with you,
what does not vibrate
within your soul –
Love’s open arms are
always ready,
always waiting to lift any
burden from you –
might you open and receive
all of the Gifts
Love has for you?

The greatest Gift of all
is one you already
know of –
look in the mirror,
see the Light,
embrace the You
(w)holy made from Love!

Walking With Love

When you choose
a path of
least resistance,
is it not a smoother
ride,
is not going down
a hill,
often easier than
uphill to climb,
but even if there
are obstacles,
do you not learn
from the choices
you make,
is it not always interesting
to see which road
to take?

“Going with the flow,”
yes, it is easier said
than done,
though the flow
is always with you,
there are many things
that can slow you
down,
might you listen very closely
to what your still, small voice
is trying to say,
when you broaden your
perspective,
might you find
an easier route,
a different way?

There is no need to focus
on what feels easy
or what feels hard,
sometimes the hardest things
are what eventually
set you free –
there is a Higher Power
that always flows,
is always within you,
might you walk this path
together,
on this Journey
back to You?

Let Love flow
through you,
let Love give
you the Strength
to Trust.
Let Love walk
with You,
as you walk
every path
with Love.

Readjust.
Realign.
Recalibrate.

How do you
find balance,
when one side of
you
is thrown off its
center,
does not your natural
inertia,
draw all sides
back into You
and even as you
move forward,
might not experience
feel like change,
even as you remember,
are you not programmed
to create?

Your human side,
as well your soul,
knows there has been
and will be shifting,
do shifts not
afford you,
the opportunities
to adjust,
and while you may
need time for
the adjustment,
might you not see
or experience
something new,
for as you realign
to your center,
might it not bring
new awareness
back to You?

Take time when
realignment,
when shifts help you
to recalibrate,
if things look or
feel different,
might it feel like
a new you
a shift helped create –
no matter what you think
has changed,
at your core
you are always You,
return to your center,
to the Love that
always breathes You.

Readjust.
Realign.
Recalibrate
to reset
with Love.

With Love,
find your balance.
With Awareness,
know You Are Love.
