of ever-changing clouds

You are One with 
This Consciousness,
you belong in This 
Universe,
your Light and Love sing 
with the angels as your 
soul knows every verse.

Revel in these precious
moments
when you see beyond 
the story here,
Here is Oneness and
belonging,
All That is precious 
is within You, dear!

the answers,
You Are Love’s 
answer – 
Here and now.

You Are a beacon,
shining brightly,
trust and believe – 
release the how.

Yes life is complicated 
with twists and turns
that you would not
so choose.

But Love is beyond 
choice –
it is your True Nature – 
this expanded You.

Find your grounding 
in beloved pets,
a walk in nature,
a simple meal.

Part of a Collective,
you are needed,
building a Web that 
connects to heal.

What do you need
to bring to this 
party,
there is no list 
for you to read.

Continue following 
your guiding heart,
Love whispers gently 
as you breathe!

Love’s vibration is

beats a steady drum.

Your heart knows 
of this rhythm,
your cells recognize 
This Tune,
your soul conducts this
amazing symphony

Align to This Vibration,
come into coherence – 
This Is You,
may you walk boldly 
and with confidence –
Love flowing naturally

Get back to basics,
stand upon your 
foundation strong,
the outside world can
feel chaotic,
return to Love’s infinite
eternal bond.

Your breath is a bridge
from body to soul,
your heart beats Truth
inside of you,
return Here for 
a sweet reset,
This present moment
informs what to do.

Resist looking in the
future,
only visit past when
it helps to heal,
return to basics 
with simplicity,
reset and realign with 
what is Real!

Allowance

There are those who try
to control outcomes,
as a way to know what
will be,
there are others who feel 
at the mercy of life,
which may produce 
angst and anxiety.

With egos bouncing off 
one another,
is it not a miracle that
anyone feels Peace,
what is ever truly in 
your own control –
is this not a perfect time
to release?

Every one has a unique
life journey,
with directions and roads
to choose,
in life there are many 
intersections allowing 
for exchanges between 
“me” and “you.”

As you do not know another’s 
bigger picture,
or why you may be playing
a part,
ego loves to take everything
personally,
to create stories with 
dramatic plots.

Let others experience their 
own journeys,
bring acceptance and allowance
to this play,
if an experience pings something 
in you,
dive in to see what it 
has to say.

Will your day not be 
a lighter experience,
when you release all 
that you think must be,
may allowance in life’s 
constant unfolding be 
your super-power that
sets you free!

Love’s Perfection

your Magnificence,
This is the Truth 
of You,
your ego loves to 
tally points as a 
way to track what
you do.

Does performance not 
feel like a roller coaster,
one day up then another
down,
is not the point of life
to experience all 
that makes the world 
go ’round?

But You as Soul,
this expanded Be-ing,
need not life’s 
perfect score,
Love’s perfection is 
your Oneness,
This is You – 
no less or more.

With this new-found 
freedom,
shine your Light with
the open-ness of your
heart,
as ego experiences this
topsy-turvy life,
always remember, love
Who You Are!

experiences externally,

Here a-waiting – 
surrender to the Wonder

Many roles you play 
in this incarnation,
join the number of roles
experienced in all lives,
This You within is
ever-present,
surrender to the Wonder 
of Who You Are.

This You is Love 
connected Wholly,
you need not find it 
somewhere else,
lean into This for 
Love and comfort – 
surrendering to the Wonder 
of Who You Are!

May your freedom 
be a loosening 
of beliefs you once
held tight,
thank the old protections,
release them now as
you no longer need
to fight.

Be patient with 
this loosening,
you need not know 
the when or why,
trust in the process,
trust your energy,
it re-aligns with 
earth and sky.

Simply Be Here now,
showing up as You
in present moments,
dear,
sense Love’s support,
walking with you 
arm in arm and

Freedom is remembrance

with new eyes now

Consciousness is all 
around you,
This is the frequency 
of All That Is,
do not the trees speak
This Love Language,
pause for a moment 
to soak in This.

You need not travel 
to This destination,
your eternal nature 
knows you’re Here,
still your egoic mind 
and remember 
This Love is You – 
connected always dear.

The world in all of 
its chaos 
may distract you 
from This Truth – 
Love’s vibration is in 
every earthly thing and
is always accessible
to you.

So soak in Mother Nature,
add your Voice to the 
Song of Wind,
marvel at the rain that
washes, clears and invites
All to grow again.

Listen to the Language 
of Love that speaks to you
always through your
heart,
This Frequency is ever-present,
reminding You of 
Who You Are!
