What do you perceive
may be “holding you back?”
Yes, life gives you opportunities –
“if you do this, then you can do that”,
there are many conditional
statements,
that you may work on
to achieve,
do you not stack blocks up
so you can rise above to see –
but is not the clearer vision
when you are stripped of
any prop,
you need no special lighting,
or costume you must wear,
if fear has been what has
pushed you
in order to “succeed” –
can you let Love
play the leading role,
allowing you to Be?

It is easy to set up
outcomes,
in this conditional world,
expectations are like markers
that you track from here to
there,
if you must chart progress
in your linear life,
can you mark – did Love prevail?
Was Love the featured speaker,
“did I serve with Love today?”

Do not back yourself
into a corner,
or limit the Possible You,
you may not know all
of the parameters
of what your soul
has come to “do” –
keep shedding the layers
of what keeps you from
seeing your beautiful Light –
might your only expectation
be to live a loving life?

“How may I serve?” –
is a question that you ask,
do you not serve Love
when you sit with the
Love That You Are –
follow the Love that spills over,
that cannot help but
find more Love –
follow the ripples,
ride the waves,
let Love show you
Who You Are.

Be at Peace
with the Love
That Is You
forever more.
You Are Love,
so very loved,
here and now
is the Eternal You.

Listen to the beat
of your own rhythms,
what moves,
what motivates you –
what stirs within your heart,
makes you smile,
makes you dance,
you each may play
a different instrument
or have a unique style
that you play,
but when the song
Is Love,
do you not know
the chorus,
are you not able
to sing along?

Might you celebrate
your differences,
for are there not
infinite ways
to express the richness,
the fullness,
of all Expressions of Love
on earth,
but do you not sense
the familiar,
when Notes of Love
begin to play –
are you not able
to sing along
when the chorus
is filled with Love?

There is beauty,
there is magic,
when you hear a
Song of Love,
it may be in a
different language,
or in a tune
you do not know,
but let the beat,
let the rhythm
of Love show you
the way,
do All not resonate
with the vibration,
with the harmonious
Song of Love?

Listen to the beat,
to the Rhythm of
Love.
You are the perfect
instrument
to play your magnificent
Song of Love.

Sing.
Smile.
Dance to the beat.
Feel the Joy.
Sense the Peace.
Sing along
with All Songs
of Love.

Shine your Light.

There are infinite ways
you can shine brightly,
can you choose one today,
what opens your heart,
what connects you with another –
shine your Light.

You do not need
to change the world,
but do not shining Lights
lead any change,
can you be the brightest Light
that you can Be –
shine your Light.

Can you see the Light
in another,
can you join in
to see Light grow –
does not every Light you shine,
spread out in loving waves,
can you imagine
how far Light goes,
the Light of Love
travels forever –
shine your Light.

Yes, there is Light
in every being,
though it may be
hard to find,
the exterior may
not be conducive
to letting Light out
or letting it in,
your human eyes
may not see it,
but can you look
with your heart,
your soul –
when Light touches
another Light,
does not a part of
you know –
I see You, Fellow Light,
shine your Light.

A connection may be
fleeting,
some connections seem
life-long,
or that may be
what it feels like
on this earth
where you belong,
but as Light is your Essence,
when this Journey
is through,
do you not return
to Love and Light,
do you still not return
to You?

Shine your Light.
Be the Truth of
Who You Are.
Pick a moment
or throughout the day,
shine your Light
of Love today.
Shine on,
Fellow Light,
shine on.

Completely Whole

When you open up
ways of thinking,
when you look around
with new eyes,
when you understand
what are your filters,
what you perceive
based upon beliefs,
might you be able
to strip away,
clearing out what clutters
up your mind,
to see what always
still remains,
there at your core –
is there not Love?

It may cause worry,
trepidation,
when you begin to
remove,
the bandages that
you have built up
over time
to cover wounds
that hide you from
this or that,
but is there not healing
when it is Love
that only wishes
to be set free,
once the bandages
are removed,
are you not Whole,
are you not the Love
you wish to Be?

Can you see the
external layers
thought they had
to protect you –
conditions,
comparisons,
judgements
had you hiding,
wondering what to do,
but hiding is not
needed,
when you see that
you just might,
be part of something
greater –
All That Is,
a shining Light?

You know in your heart
that what we say is true –
You Are Love, Now,
you feel this Love
deep inside of you –
can your human side
embrace this,
letting go of perceptions
past,
can you fill each new space
with Love
that always Is
and will forever last?

You may need reminders,
new experiences,
time to sit in silence to
stay in touch with your
Light of Be-ing,
as you go about your
day to day,
when you get rattled,
when you get triggered,
by beliefs you think
you are made of –
draw in a breath
and remember –
“I Am always, always
Love!”

Let go.
Release –
what you no longer
need to hold.
Let your Light
of Love shine –
You Are complete
and You Are Whole.

Be gentle.
Be loving
with you.

Like a leaf
reaching up
to catch a drop
of rain,
will it not hold
what it needs,
letting the rest
roll off,
to be soaked up
by another leaf,
maybe the roots,
the ground –
can you relax
in the knowing
that you need not
take in everything?
Relax.
Be gentle.
Be loving
with you.

Like a daffodil
that springs up early,
always when more
snow may be
on the way,
but does this early
sign of Light,
not give hope
to still-dark days,
when it freezes,
when the snow falls
nesting in the
green of life –
can you find comfort
in the knowing
that All Is Well,
seasons will change?
Relax.
Be gentle.
Be loving
with You.

Do your best
in any circumstance,
any situation
that comes your way,
you often are your
harshest critic,
now can you give
yourself a break?
Let the rain
run off you now,
let the sun melt
any snow,
rejoice when blue sky
gives you hope
and the springtime bulbs
begin to grow,
can you feel Love
in the knowing
that You Are Loved
no matter the season
you are in?
Relax.
Be gentle.
Be Loving
with You.

Be cohesive.

Much like the yin-yang symbol
represents,
side by side –
does not the human side
of you
fit like a hand in glove,
One with spirit
as you are here,
there is no need to
separate
the human you
from the One who
breathes life into
you,
are you not in
this world
together –
Be cohesive.

There is no need
to disengage,
even as you judge
your human side,
is not your spirit,
your very soul
showing you that
you are loved so –
is it not part of the plan,
to see your Light shine
again and again,
as you work together,
as All of You expands –
Be cohesive.

Does not your soul sign up
for this,
for the growth,
to know yourself –
on your journey
can you not see,
You Are Love
for Eternity –
even as you may question
this at times,
are you not given
many opportunities,
to see that Love
shines through it all,
do you not team up
with Love,
you work as One,
you cannot be separate –
Be cohesive.

Might you receive
this unconditional Love,
that walks with you
every step you take,
you cannot run from,
you cannot shake
the Love and Light,
the “you” it makes –
as You Are Love
do you now see,
together always you
will be,
you cannot be separate
from the Love that breathes
life into you
so you may believe –
You Are Love
and so very Loved?

You shine with
One Light,
One Love.
Together.
Cohesive.
Always.
Forever.
Together –
As Love.

Peeling off layers,
do you not notice –
there are some you
think protect,
some you use
to hide behind,
thinking now you
must be safe,
but do not the
density of layers
sometimes hide you
from Who You Are,
from the Love
that you are looking
and have been searching
for so long?
Do not fear what
you uncover,
the Truth always
lies within –
have you not had glimpses
of the shining Light
that is Courageous
and is Strong?

Your Strength may
push you through
experiences
that you may prefer
to forget,
fear may work to
surround you,
to protect you from
any pain,
but do you not have
working within you,
the Essence of All That Is –
can you thank fear
for its role
in the drama that is
you –
and know that fear
is not the star
in the Truth of
Who You Are?

Let the curtain rise
to display the shining Light
of You,
you need no props
or costumes,
to be the authentic You –
there is no role you
“should” be playing,
can you speak straight
from your heart,
do you not feel Joy
when you are present,
standing in the Truth of
Who You Are?

With Gratitude can you feel
Love bubbling up from you –
with Humility are you
not grateful
for the opportunity
to serve?
With Strength and Courage
are you not able
to see this play through,
with Love are you not
surrounded by Peace
when You Love you?

Take a bow,
feel the Joy,
when you show you
Who You Are.
You Are Love.
You Are Light.
At your center,
Love Is You.

Honor you.

Give yourself a hand,
a pat on the back,
with a genuine intent,
with the utmost of caring
from your heart –
might you look in
the mirror
with a loving,
steady gaze
and acknowledge the One
who looks back at you –
do you not honor Love,
when you honor you?

Honor you.
Treat yourself,
be nice –
this is not an easy
road,
this sometimes bumpy,
twisting path,
life can be a rollercoaster,
it can be a peaceful ride,
no matter the adventure
you find yourself on,
can you send Love to yourself
for being here
and honor you?

Honor you
with acknowledgment
and Love,
honor every accomplishment,
honor the times you think
you fall,
there is no need for
perfection
in what you wish to “do”,
can you not honor the
perfection
that already Is You,
are you not learning,
are you not growing,
what can help you
enjoy this life –
can you give yourself
a hug
and honor you?

There is no earning
that is needed,
You Are All
that you wish to Be –
now show you
some of the Love
that you lovingly
give freely –
what do you wish
to receive,
can you not count on
you to give –
surprise yourself,
give you a hand –
honor Love
and Honor You.

Can you let Love lighten
a heavy load?

When fear and doubt,
worry or pain
make you feel the
denseness
that life can bring,
what to do with
these burdens,
that weigh you down –
how can Love lighten
your heavy load?

Does not Love surround you,
is it not even in small
things
that are pleasing to the
eye,
that bring a smile
unexpectedly,
but does not Love
have the power to transmute
even greater energy –
can you let Love lighten
a heavy load?

Yes, you do all that
you can
to control the life
you are in,
action and reaction
are part of this
earthly plan,
but is there not relief,
is there not freedom,
when you know
that your most powerful
role
is to express Love,
to Be Love –
to shine your Light
again and again?

Does Love and Light
not change the energy –
might you begin
with you?
It may not seem easy
until you try it –
shining Light on everyone,
no matter what they “do”,
is not Love always
the answer
to every question
that is asked –
can you let Love begin
to lighten,
all heavy loads?

You need not have
all of the answers,
though you think you
have to try,
is there not power
in surrender,
relief that you do
not walk alone,
can you take the hand
of angels,
who are always here
for You –
can you let Love help
you feel lighter,
letting Love transmute
your heavy load?

As you are all connected,
will not others
feel this, too –
can you be a shining star
that shines a Light
when it is dark,
Love is not a single
band-aid,
can it not heal
any wound –
can you let Love
transmute all energy
and might it begin
with You?

Let Love,
let Light.
Be Love,
Be Light.
Let Love
lift you,
let Love
dance you –
You Are Light
and You Are Free.

Integrate With Love

Integrate.

Is this not a process
much like cooking,
where you mix ingredients
together,
to make something
to behold,
do you not take in
information,
experiences that get
added,
do these not simmer
together,
body, mind
and soul –
it may be the outcome
you focus on,
but is it not what you
create inside –
integrate.

Might you be surprised
at your creation,
might it be something
new,
the recipe that you started
with
may have changed
and so have you,
if you put in quality
ingredients,
when you have Faith
are you not willing
to try,
to add some new ingredients
you would have not tried
before –
integrate.

And if your recipe needs
tweaking,
can you not add something new,
can you have fun in the
exploration
of what feels right for you,
when you begin with a
base of Love,
wishing to serve your
very best,
can you not combine these
together
and let Love do the rest –
integrate.

There is a time for
mixing,
there is a time to
let it be –
let Love permeate
all that you do
or what you wish
to be.
With Love as your
main ingredient,
there is no right
or wrong.
Soak up Love.
Play with Love.
Love knows where
it belongs.

Integrate all aspects
of you –
for are you not made
from Love?
