Do you not know calm
after a storm?

Like a snow globe
when you shake it,
you can change
the scene you are in,
but when all settles down,
do you not enjoy
the calm?
Sometimes it is you
that shakes things up,
like an Etch-a-Sketch
you clear,
so that you may
start again,
beginning from a
place of calm.

When there is tumult,
when there is change,
on a larger scale
around you –
it may be hard
to find your center,
to find the calm
and sense the Peace,
but you need not be
the winds blowing,
the snow flying,
the globe that shakes.

Might you be the ground
for all to settle down,
can you visualize the snow
no longer flying around,
does not all become quiet
when the storm
has moved along,
do you not find Peace
when grounded in
this State of Calm?

Be centered in your heart,
when things shake up,
you can return.
Be grounded in the earth,
nature can show you
what to do.
There is an ebb and flow
to life,
but at your center
do you not find –
There Is Love.
There Is Light.
There Is Peace
and There Is Calm.

Asking Love

Just ask.

You spend time alone
within your mind,
following thoughts around
that go here and there –
are thoughts not like
a dog
taking you for a walk,
darting here,
“no, I need to go there” –
when you wish for
a little help
with the thoughts that circle
around and around –
just ask.

There are patterns
that you follow,
programs you are
used to,
when you bump into
something
that makes you
see what you do,
can you let go
of old behavior
and create a pathway
that is new,
you may wonder how
to do this,
if you have not been
on this road before –
just ask.

There is support
whenever you need it –
does not Love
light your way?
This need not be
a solitary experience,
is there not help
that wishes to play,
yes, you call upon
friends and family,
but is there not help
from “up above” –
do not your guides,
your angels,
your loved ones
know a thing or two
about Love?
Just ask.

Does not receiving begin
when you open up
your heart,
does not surrender
place you in a space
to see what is next,
the answer may be
what you know,
but might it be
what you do not expect,
are you not open
to all possibility,
when you
simply ask?

“Show me,
lead me,
guide me.”
You have heard
these words before –
is not what you are asking
is to sense and Be
more Love?
There is nothing
that needs to be added –
only strip away
what clouds your view,
does not the Light of Love
bring you the answers
as it illuminates You –
just ask.

When you ask
are you not open
to what may filter
in to you –
you have all of the answers
and with Love,
know what to do.
Let the Light of Love
guide you,
you are never separate
from Love.
Ask and then receive
the perfect answer –
it is always,
always Love.

Take Time for Love

Take some time
to rise above.
You may need
to unhook
to remember that Love
is in the quiet,
in this moment,
in the breath
that you just took.

Love is always by
your side,
in your heart,
wherever you look –
when you see with the eyes
of the soul,
you need not go
far away,
a shift in perspective
can make the denseness
fade away,
is there not greater clarity
when you take time
to rise above,
even when you are in
your story,
are you still not
always Love?

Take some time,
rise above,
give yourself
a loving hug,
sometimes the story
brings up things
you would rather
do without,
but is not Love
the healing medicine
that allows you
to let go,
do you then not
make more space
to let Love come in
and Flow?

Take some time,
to remember
that You Are Love –
can you keep
your heart open
to feel what you
are made of?
The You that is watching
how the story unfolds
knows Love,
Is Love,
is always present,
always near.

Love is never far away –
You Are Love
and
Love Is Here.

Winds of Change

Winds of Change.

There are systems,
currents,
jet streams,
that can bring either
warm or cold air,
does not an arctic blast
originate far away
from where you may
reside –
but in a “cold snap”
or experiencing a heat wave,
do these not often
come in
on winds of change?

Can you be a part
of winds of change,
change that may expand
or melt the heart,
what if waves of Love
were to trickle in,
picking up steam
as more join in,
as Love is energy,
can energy not grow,
expanding as this
loving Flow
spreads far and wide,
to reach any heart,
no matter where you
may reside –
can you set sail
on these Winds of Change?

You need not change
another’s view,
are you not spreading Love
to turn on a Light,
there are myriad perspectives,
many points of view,
can you trust that
the heart
knows what to do –
you need not speak
the same language
or hear the same words,
do you not connect
with a loving heart?
Is it not heart to heart
that continues the Flow,
do not hearts fan
the Winds of Change?

Might you raise your vibration
with a grateful heart,
might you share Love,
might you receive,
there is magic when you
enter this Flow of Love –
when you lift to be in
these Winds of Change.
Is it not Love that lifts you,
are you not ready to fly –
can you add your loving heart
to this Wave of Love?

Share the Love
that is in
your heart.
Be a wave of Love
on the Winds of Change.

Having Faith

Have Faith.

When you know
that you do not know,
everything that you
wish to know,
when you look
at the great unknown –
is this not
the perfect time
to have Faith?

For is not Faith
truly your inner
knowing,
an inner compass
that you can depend,
does not Faith
guide you through
thick or thin,
when you have been
knocked down,
what picks you up
again –
is it not when
you reach within
and have Faith?

Is not Faith
when you believe
there is something
greater than you –
you may call It
God,
Source,
Divine,
but as You Are Love
are you not That, too,
what would it mean
to have Faith in You –
does that not happen
when you let
your Light shine?
Have Faith.

Yes, you wish to know
all that you want to know,
but when you
know Love,
know Light,
is it not Faith
that holds you tight,
surrounding you
with loving arms,
shining a Light
when it is dark,
are Strength and Courage
not always there,
when you
have Faith?

Know that You Are
Love and Light.
In your Knowing,
you shine so bright.
From your first step
to when you fly,
Faith is always
by your side.

There is no limit
as Love never ends –
in Light and Love
there is always
Faith.

You may wish to change
a thing or two,
you may have intentions
that are ready to go
through one door
and out another,
but are you not before
and ever-after,
You, evermore?
Be As You Are.

If there is more
that you want,
can it be more Love
that you wish for –
there is no limit
to Love Divine,
Love Is You
on every day of
a year,
might you celebrate You –
is it not You that
creates something new?
Be As You Are.

Let Love inspire you,
let Love remind you,
that you are always
in the Flow of Love –
when you find yourself
searching for
Peace,
Joy
and Strength,
you need not wait
for a new year
to come your way –
there are limitless ways
to shine your Light.
Be As You Are.

Light up
the way
for You to shine.
Love every step
as you walk with Love.
As you close one door
and walk though another –
Be Love.
Be Light.
Be As You Are.

A Space of Love

In the space
between here
and there,
do you not fill
the space,
are you not everywhere?
You may leave a locale,
you may have not yet
arrived,
you have made more
memories,
you look ahead at
what will come –
does not this
“in-between” space
give you a chance
to simply Be,
do you not realize in-between
is always Where You Are?

In the space
between here
and there,
is it not Love
that is Everywhere –
do you not squeeze out
space,
as you fill it with
so much thought,
might you sometimes
be afraid
to see what lies
within?

But as Love Is Everywhere,
in this moment
and the next,
can you make a space
for Love,
can you sit with it
a bit –
can you welcome Love
to Be
with you now
within this space,
as you become aware
Love is always
Everywhere?

You place a space
as where you are
or where you have been –
Love is Who You Are,
love is always within,
might you expand
the space
in your heart
to remind you –
You Are Love here,
You Are Love Everywhere.

No matter where you have been,
where you are going
or in-between –
Be You.
Be Aware.
Be Love.

“Face the music.”

Is this not a phrase
to confront
head on
what may be
uncomfortable,
is it not human
to repress,
to suppress
confrontation
face to face,
or experiences
that may feel
less than loving –
when you feel a pit
in your stomach,
is not this
uncomfortableness,
a perfect gauge
for ego-driven scripts
that play out in this
School of Life?

Before wading into waters
deep,
with defensiveness
to back you up,
instead of charging in
with armor on,
might you see
if opening up to You,
when facing the music,
might you feel it, too –
what may happen
if a love song
is playing softly
within your heart,
does not any experience
change its tune
when Love is in the
music
that you sing along to?

There will be prickly exchanges
in this Play of Life,
there will be scenes
that do not feel good –
is that not how
you find your way,
as you listen with
your heart
to the soft harmonic notes
of the Song of Love?

Is there no need to face the music
when You Are a Chorus of Love,
do you not change the energy
when you sing your Love Song –
what feels right within
your heart,
might another sing along,
when you invite each other in
to hear the Music of Love?

Be the music
that begins
in your heart.
Sing out
your Song
of Love.

A State of Love

Does not all healing happen
from the inside out?

Does not a scrape
or cut you have
begin to heal
beneath the skin –
is it not the outer layer,
visible to your eye,
that closes,
that heals last?

And might there be hurt,
pain you cannot see,
that lies beneath the surface –
does not your body,
your emotions,
give you clues
or hints,
that there may be
something
that has come up
to heal?

And though your body
may be appear to be dense,
holding on to what
it has experienced,
can you visualize your body
like a sieve,
taking in what it needs,
releasing what no longer
serves –
as you breathe,
as you are spirit
and so much more
than what you see,
are you not constantly
rejuvenating
with the Vibration of Love –
might healing happen
even though
you may not see
the outer scrape or cut
that is asking
for Love?

And with each breath
of this powerful Life Force,
are you not You
as you breathe in,
are you not You
as you breathe out,
no-thing needs to be stuck,
you need not keep
what is not Love –
can you let go
of what does not vibrate
with the healing
Power of Love?

Healing need not mean,
there is something broken,
something wrong –
is not healing when you
are clear
and back to your original
State of Love?
Your body is a barometer,
to let you know
when maintenance
is due –
but as you clear
out the layers,
you are still
always You.

Take in.
Let go.
Stay in the
Flow of Love.

Love Knows.
Love Heals.
Love Is All.
Love Is You.

the Flow
