A Quilt of Love

Love it all.

Being human can be like
a rollercoaster ride,
with emotions that are felt,
sometimes up
and sometimes down,
at times intense,
sometimes you are numb,
you may feel Joy
or deep regret –
what a spectrum
of experiences
that can vary
in a day,
in a life –
Love it all.

You wish to understand
as you travel upon
this Journey,
searching for meaning,
to know why
did you do this
or they do that –
have not all of
your experiences
brought you to
where you are
right now –
Love it all.

You are unique
as you are human,
with experiences
just for you,
but when you look
a bit more closely,
do not others
feel this, too –
can all not learn
from what is different,
makes you take notice,
then do you not find –
at your core,
do not all seek Love
and in the looking –
Love it all.

You weave a tapestry
of color,
but are you not part
of a bigger quilt,
each section tells
a story,
are you not a beautiful
part of the Whole?
Is there not comfort
in the Knowing
that this quilt
is made from Love –
Love is what connects you,
it is what holds you
all together –
Love it all.

What you see
in another
is a reminder
they are You –
can you open
up your heart,
to Love them
and Love you, too –
you can change,
you can remain,
but there is healing
when you see,
all of your experiences
bring you to You,
so you can
Love it all.

You Are Precious.
You Are Loved,
wrapped in the
Quilt of Love.
See the Love
in Who You Are –
Love it All.

“. . . was lost,
but now
I’m found . . . ”

And do not these words
from a familiar hymn
speak to an awareness,
a knowing of one’s self,
but might we remind you,
you are never really
“lost?”

Is not feeling lost
an element of
a human perspective,
an orienting
to time and space,
when familiar to your
surroundings,
you may feel at home,
when much around you
appears different,
do you not sometimes
feel lost?

When going through
many changes,
you may not recognize
yourself,
or might you get “lost”
in layers of story
and beliefs?

What part of you
seeks to be seen,
to be found,
be made aware –
what feels like home,
what honors All
That You Are –
can you find
that place of knowing,
the sweet spot
that Is You –
that once was lost
but now is found,
is it not Love
that leads you Home?

As you strip away
the layers
to find the Truth
of Who You Are,
your Love shines brightly,
when you peel away
the story that surrounds you,
with clearer eyes
can you see
how amazing
you truly are –
“was blind,
but now
I see . . .”

With Grace,
with Strength and Courage,
You Are Always,
Always Love.

Never lost,
always found.
There You Are!
You Are Home.

Love Heals

Love heals.

Yes, hearts can break,
feel sad,
can mourn,
but can not
your beautiful heart expand
to tenderly,
lovingly,
fill each crack
with the healing balm
of Love?
Love heals.

In the human duality,
yes, the heart can play
many roles,
going through cycles,
feeling full,
feeling loss,
as it is the center
of your Be-ing –
but do these experiences
not give you the
opportunity
to see beyond
what is
or is not?
Love heals.

With Gratitude,
does Love not fill you,
lift you up,
filling in the spaces
you thought were empty,
healing wounds
you thought were ignored –
does Love not see you
as You Are –
a magnificent Be-ing
of Love expressed –
when you see You
through the Eyes of Love –
Love heals.

Yes, your human heart
may sometimes
feel worn and battered
from the ups and downs
of the experience of life,
but with Strength and Courage,
can you not expand
the heart and soul
of Who You Are –
to experience the Love,
the Heart of You,
that nurtures,
that cradles you
in its loving arms –
is this not when
the healing begins?
Love heals.

See you
with the
loving heart
of You.

Love fills.
Love soothes.
Love heals.

A Breath of Gratitude

Gratitude.

And does not Gratitude
flow on every breath
that you take,
for as you breathe,
are you not breathing in
Gratitude?

Is not the breath
where Gratitude begins
while in this experience
here on earth,
yes, there are times
when the earthly experience
leaves you less than
grateful,
but is there not
a sweetness,
an arriving,
a lifting,
when Gratitude
finds its way
back to your heart?

In Gratitude,
can you not
let go,
is there not relief
that begins to flow,
do you not experience
acceptance,
when you allow Gratitude in,
when defenses are down,
when you can smile,
look around
and feel the Gratitude
That Is You,
are you not lifted up,
does Love not expand
on the wings,
in the energy
of Gratitude?

With Love and Gratitude
can you not fly,
even the sky
is not the limit –
there is no limit
to You,
did not Love
breathe your first breath,
does Love not exist
beyond your last?

Are you not eternally
Love and Gratitude?

In Gratitude,
may you accept
and allow
All That Is –
and That Is You!

You Are Love.

Welcome Love

Open arms.

When you visualize
open arms,
is this not a symbol
of inviting in,
of welcoming –
please come in
and sit down,
you are welcomed
with open arms.

And is not an
open door
another way to say,
“I am here”,
does not an open door
let others know
you are available,
accessible,
come in,
sit down,
welcome in.

Is there not comfort
in welcoming,
with open arms,
with hearts
full of Love,
do open arms
not symbolize
acceptance,
belonging,
does not this symbol
of coming together,
of a connection made,
help to reverse
the feeling of
separation –
do open arms
not welcome you
Home?

And does not this feeling
of Coming Home,
happen when Love arrives
with open arms –
this familiar place,
this loving space,
where you feel welcome,
where There Is Love,
when open hearts
connect as One,
when you open doors
with open arms?

Welcome Love
with open arms.
You make the connection
when you give or receive.
Invite Love in,
sprinkle Love throughout.
Welcome Love.
Welcome You.
Welcome Home.

Leaves have fallen,
the trees are bare,
but is there not
a stark beauty
in seeing what makes
a tree,
a tree?

With nothing hidden,
can you now see
through branches
that with leaves
may have obscured
your view,
do not trees at
the edge of winter
look vulnerable,
branches stripped down,
without the lushness
of their leaves?

But when fall winds
begin to roar,
do not trees still sway,
so they will not break,
do they not stand
in their strength,
not afraid to display
what they are made of,
as they wait patiently,
knowing when spring arrives,
new growth will emerge
to be seen?

Is there not a clarity
of vision,
when fall turns cold,
when crisp and clear
sharpens what you see,
is there not a simplicity
when you strip down
to what is the Essence
at your core,
what makes you stand
in your Truth,
not thinking about
what others might see,
is there not a stark beauty
when you display
the You in every season,
showing the Love
That You Are?

Is not the simple
Truth of You,
that you are Wholly
made of Love –
there are times when you
may wish to hide
behind what covers up
what is inside,
but is it not time
to reveal
Who You Are –
to let your Shining Light
be seen near and far?

Stand straight and tall
in your Truth.
Stand in the
magnificent beauty
That You Are.
With clarity
may you stand and
Be the Love That You Are.

Simply Love.
Simply Light.
Simply You.

Highlight Love

Highlight.

There are highlights
in your life,
memories or events
that come to the fore,
do they not have a sharper focus,
almost larger than before,
does not your memory highlight
what is important to you?

Are there not highlights
to any story,
that one may tell
or that you watch –
a situation,
or an instance,
that draws your attention,
that pulls you in –
it may be funny,
it may be poignant,
do you not remember
it well –
it chooses you,
you choose it,
it is a highlight.

And as you read
upon a page,
words and phrases
signal to you,
are these picked up
by your mind,
or are they selected
by your soul –
you sense an important message,
an explanation
or answer received –
do you not paint the words
in yellow
as you resonate
with what they say.
Highlight.

Can you open up
your senses
and be ready
to receive,
are there not
highlighted messages
that draw you in,
that come to light?
Can you trust
that you will be lead
to notice
what you need to know –
is there not a Knowing,
is there not a sign
that says,
“focus and listen well!”

In all the streams of information,
how can you pull out
what is for you –
can you trust,
can you look for
what is highlighted,
what feels True?

Your Light is a beam
that draws in more Light
and helps you to see.
Is Love not the Light
that highlights
what is True
and what feels good?

Shine your Light and Love
to bring more Love,
to see more Light.

Watch for signals.
Shine your Light.
Highlight Love.

Perfect Timing

Perfect timing.

Is there not a synchronistic nature,
when things come together,
to “fall into place”
with minimal effort,
with grace and ease,
with perfect timing?

And do these magical moments
not happen most
when you surrender,
letting go of time,
releasing expectation
of your own timeline,
is not perfect timing
the coming together
of energy,
of flow,
that you are a part of –
that you need not control?

As you are a conduit
of loving energy,
as you set your intentions
as the Love That You Are,
as you open,
as you trust
yourself on this Journey,
as you move with the rhythm
that comes from your soul,
is this not when synchronicities
happen,
when all work together
for the One,
for the Whole,
you need not worry
about the “how”
or the “when” –
might this be where
the magic begins,
with perfect timing?

Is there not perfection
in the Love That You Are?
Are you not at the
perfect time to Be You?
Be the Love That You Are
right here,
right now.

Each moment
is the perfect time
for Love.

Knowing Love

Is there not Knowing
in “not knowing?”

And this may feel like
a play on words,
but is this not like
the ebb and flow,
the give and take,
the dance that ensues
when human and spirit
come together
to work out a solution,
a next step,
to experience “knowing.”

Is there not tremendous possibility
in the space of “I don’t know,”
is that not when your mind
can take a break,
letting other possibilities
flow in,
do you not surrender,
do you not receive,
when you embrace the
“I don’t know?”

Might another way
present itself,
might your own knowing
bubble up,
has not your soul
given you many indicators
that you often brush aside
as you go about your business
in the busy world you live –
is it not often true
that you know
what you think
you do not know?

Can you make yourself
more comfortable
in the space of “I don’t know,”
is this not a space for Spirit
to delight you with this dance,
you are a co-creator,
can you invite your partner
to come along –
when you pair knowing
and not-knowing,
might you create
a most beautiful song?

There is Peace in the knowing,
there is potential in “I don’t know.”
Your mind may be confused,
but your soul knows the way.
There Is Knowing in not-knowing,
when you Know what you are
made of –
do you not Know
Who You Are?
Yes, Know –
You Are Love.

Imagine.

As you are a
creator of your
thoughts
and as thoughts
are energy,
sending waves
in all directions,
what do you
wish to create
right now?

Where do you
spend your time,
what thoughts
do you give
energy to,
might you open
up your mind
to create something
new?

Can you become aware
of when your thoughts –
when working out
solutions,
work through all
of the potential pitfalls,
or struggles
that may occur
in any given situation?

Is it not powerful
when you visualize
things flowing,
falling into place –
you may not know
the “how”s or “why”s,
but is this not where
energy lies,
in the potential,
in the possible –
thank you Universe
for this gift –
imagine.

Yes, the human mind
is amazing,
in its grasp of detail,
but it can only
work out
what it has come
to know –
and are there not
a multitude
of possibilities,
you cannot imagine –
but, wait –
is that not where
the magic is,
when you let your
mind go,
when you dream,
when you ask “what if”,
when you let yourself
imagine?

The Universe is ready
to open doors
you think are closed,
are you ready,
are you willing,
to create,
to believe
to trust,
in all possibility –
imagine.

There is no limit
to You,
when you expand
to All
That Is You.
You Are limitless
as You Are Love.
