Knowing Trust

You may ask why Trust 
is sometimes fleeting,
why does it appear 
then seem to fade?
This may be due to 
your perspective,
what eyes are you 
seeing with today?

Ego does not know 
how to hold Trust 
in its hands that 
grip so hard,
Trust cannot be
contained, controlled,
it resides freely deep 
within your heart.

Trust at its essence 
is at Peace,
knowing is its vibration 
Here,
even when answers appear 
to elude you,
Trust is knowing 
Love is Here.

Trust need not explain
all of life to you,
though your ego has 
much to tell,
sink into your heart-space 
of knowing,
Here Trust reminds 
that All is Well!

With Humility

the angels,
They know Who 
They Are as Love,
no more, 
no less,
only simply This – 
You Are This below
as You Are above.

Life’s hierarchy is 
of the ego,
wishing you to 
question and doubt,
beyond knowledge 
is understanding,
there is no-thing 
you need to figure
out.

Humility is your 
acceptance of 
All You Are 
through Eternity,
live this life,
Be your Truth – 
know You as Love 
with Humility!

A Simple Shift

Be breath – effortless,
Be still and know,
a simple intentional
shift,
returns you to 
Love’s flow.

No need to turn
off mind,
it grows silent when 
soul appears,
return your vessel 
to its Source,
Here You Are 
always my dear.

Be This Presence,
Be You,
a simple shift 
is all you need,
in a world of 
noisy friction,
Be an instrument 
of Peace!

Remembering Light

Sometimes Light can
cast a shadow,
do not fear this 
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here 
for you always.

Be a spark to Light 
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark 
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn 
always after night.

See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors 
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines 
in You!

A Loving Assist

Take life one day 
at a time,
it may be hard 
not to worry 
ahead,
trust that you do
know what to do,
intuition is your 
connection to being
spirit-led.

Let Love not fear 
move you forward 
now,
take back your power
that is always Here,
spirit helps you to 
see another way,
ask and receive what 
next steps to take
dear.

As human you naturally
may resist change,
but You Are captain
of this ship,
chart your course 
with winds of Love
that are ready to support
and lovingly assist!

Like Water

Life unfolds in 
myriad ways,
some things you choose,
some you wish to change,
the egoic mind sees only
cause and effect,
it wants control and
rules to beat the 
game.

The world revolves around 
this or that,
like a pinball it bounces
from here to there,
Be like water as 
the Flow of Love,
moving around obstacles
life puts everywhere.

In This Flow find 
forgiveness dear,
in life you do the 
very best you can,
there may be things
that you would wish
to change,
with self-compassion 
allow Love to flow
again.

Life is not a test 
to pass or complete,
in This Moment is 
All you need to know,
Be kind to you and 
send Love to All,
Be as water,
saying Yes to Flow!

 

Pausing

Revel in the pause 
when strong winds 
are blowing,
Be your calm breath
when chaos reigns,
find Love’s comfort 
in each other – 
face to face or words
on a page.

Do you not see Peace
when your eyes are 
peaceful,
Love is all around 
when your heart 
is free,
ego may be like a
pendulum swinging,
but You as Peace 
are Here presently.

Be empowered with
Love’s alignment,
you need no instruction
as your soul knows,
trust you have 
This Peace Here 
within you – 
Be the pause,
Here is where 
Love flows!

A Loving Reflection

Connect with life,
surround yourself 
with nature,
walk city streets and
marvel at the sounds,
a quaint town square
now is so familiar,
Be All You Are
anywhere You 
are found.

See family, friends and
complete strangers
with fresh eyes that 
see to their souls,
their connection with life
may look different 
at first,
but their Lights are part
of the Same Whole.

Be Love’s Spark that 
helps another to see
how cherished they are
in this challenging life,
Be a ray of kindness 
and compassion,
are you not a reflection 
of each other’s Light!

Letting Go

Letting go is not 
giving up,
this release
empowers you,
there is much in life
you cannot control,
so free yourself to
what you can do.

Let go as well 
the grip of 
self-judgment,
ego uses this to
keep you small,
let go of the weight 
of shoulds that 
hamper your clarity
that comes from 
standing tall.

This is not running 
from challenges arising,
this is tapping in to 
You as Soul,
as you release that
which says you can’t,
say Yes to the power 
of letting go!

to find the sweet spot in
what life can bring –
