is your Peace

Peace is not attached 
to anything that can 
twist or turn around.

You may wish for 
calmer waters,
life is not meant 
to make sense,
but This Peace that 
passes understanding
can certainly help you
navigate this.

Life’s tumult cannot 
take away This Peace 
that flows innately 
through,
call upon This super-power
that will support 
and assist you.

Yes you wish for
smoother sailing,
this is not too much 
to ask,
but This You of deeper waters
knows how to steady 
any mast.

Deepen your breath today 
and marvel at what 
your soul knows 
is True,
always at your Center 
of Be-ing,
is always Peace 
forever with You!

Reconnect with one 
another,
sisters, brothers,
neighbors, friends,
ego whispers thoughts 
of separation,
Love says let us take 
each other’s hand. 

Beliefs are not as 
solid as they seem,
might you find bits
of common ground,
everyone has struggles and 
wishes to feel safe,
may connection help to 
soothe this now.

May hearts find ways 
to come together,
letting go of trying to 
change minds,
begin to build new 
paradigms of Be-ing,
hearts together know 
how to shine!

Scan the body,
mind and soul,
what do you need,
what can you let go,

Arms of Love.

The body knows how
to recharge,

Who You Are,
soul always knows

resting Here in the
Arms of Love.

Take a break so you
may rise again,
Be in your Joy – 
let laughter in,
This Field of Love 
nourishes you 
dear one,
so cherished and supported 
in the Arms of Love!

use your Voice for Love

see the bigger picture,

sisters Here,
when standing up for
Love and compassion,

to flow Everywhere.

the human story,
you may take action 
when you feel called,
remember to bring 
your Heart of Love 
to any endeavor and 
for the Good of All!

This Power of Love 
that is your Strength,
Here is where Peace 
resides,
even when life throws
you the kitchen sink.

The story of life may 
upset the ego,
but soul can soothe 
the ego’s fears,
as a team you can 
work together to

the best gear.

You need not battle 
your determined ego,
use this as fuel to
do your best,
make the best choices 
that come before you,
what is beyond control –
soul will do the rest.

You need the Whole 
of You in life,
to help determine 
what to do or say,
fueled with compassion

as you work to keep 
your head afloat,
waves of change are 
slower coming,
as you wish for a much
more stable boat.

As life is not a sprint – 
do pace yourself and 
know that help is Here,
grab your life preserver,
help a friend,
as a Collective rise 
above fear.

Speak with One Voice 
of Love 
and know you do not 
do this alone,
connections to your 
brothers and sisters 
will help you All 
find your way Home.

Yes the drama in the
ocean of life
can make you wonder 
where you might 
feel safe,
hand in hand you create
a Web of Love that 
supports you in any 
time or space.

At times you feel like
a drop in the ocean,
but you are never 
powerless or small,
my dear, You Are 
the waves, 
the ocean vast, 
as One –
made up of 
the All!

earthly story,
does not your soul 
speak through your
heart,
as human you long 
for loving connection,
compassion is a beautiful 
way to start.

to choose this or that,
but go beyond the 
choices here,
begin with Love,

with Truth my dear.

earthly needs,
This is to find clarity,
may the Strength and

It is that simple.
Is this not stating
Who You Are?

Be a Light or 
the Light –
yet you shine 
beyond the stars.

Here on earth 
you present as 
human,
but human-ness cannot
hide This Truth.

Love is a language 
not always spoken,
its Essence is Light 
and This is You.

In life there are a 
multitude of choices,
sometimes you know 
not what to do.

Align your focus with 
Love’s Light shining,
Be Light to return 
to You!

do what you can.

compassion over 
judgment,

yes this may feel 
hard,
does this not assist
in your life’s purpose – 
to fully remember 
Who You Are.

Oneness is so hard 
to understand
in a world that 
separates,
begin with you,
look in the mirror –
send Love to This One
and reciprocate!

You, Empowered

The weight of fear may 
hide your power,
when you believe something 
is done to you,
the world is not a 
neutral place,
there are many things 
you may say no to.

But as you shed 
the cloak of victim,
Here you stand with 
the Strength you need,
your power has
never left you,
it was only fear that 
made you not believe.

And what to believe 
if you cannot count 
on a world that does 
not make sense,
you can believe in 
You, empowered,
Be-ing proactive 
instead of on defense.

As you return to your 
innate power,
does not True Energy 
rise from within,
as you are now no
longer helpless,
your helpfulness 
is ready to begin.

Roll up your sleeves,
find your sure footing,
Love and support pour
in to help out,
loved ones, dear guides 
and angels see You 
as Love’s Strength 
and Courage now!
