wired to look out
for what it perceives
as a threat,
fear and doubt are used 
to hold you back from what
has not happened yet.

Faith and Trust 
are super powers
that help you to 
rise above,
in any moment 
are you not able 
to meet anything 
with Love.

The dread of what 
may come 
has no purpose 
for This You,
you may need to 
move it along –
this habitual thinking
you need not do.

As you create new 
pathways,
lifting up your thoughts
with Grace and ease,
you inspire your 
body and soul 
to integrate in this
newfound Peace.

You have All you need
within you,
believe This,
know what is True –
your soul rises up
to help, assist,
and to Love unconditionally –
you!

Give yourself a pat
on the back,
for all you have done 
through all of this
and that,
the world is not 
an easy place,
this is why you long
for a peaceful space.

Life is a puzzle of
cause and effect,
then add on what 
has not happened
yet,
all of these stories fueled
by your beliefs,
can make it challenging 
to find sweet relief.

Dear one there is a 
deeper dive,
you as explorer 
no longer wish to 
hide,
Love is not the prize 
to win at the end,
life’s twists and turns 
are where you begin.

Begin This Now and know
Love Is You,
do not wait for life 
to tell you what to do,
keep letting go of layers
that hold on,
see with Love’s Vision 
that helps you look 
beyond.

Embrace your self –
the one that feels 
small,
dear blessed child,
you have not failed 
at all,
Love’s path assures 
you never walk alone,
return,
remember,
You Are forever

Safe Haven

Love’s safe haven 
is within.

This is You.
You Are This Love.
Your human mind 
questions and doubts.
You do get glimpses,
breaths of Peace – 
Love’s safe haven 
is within.

When out of balance,
when the world is
loud,
when your own thoughts 
tend to run the show,
instead of seeking,
return Home –
Love’s safe haven 
is within.

When you release,
bit by bit,
your core beliefs
that build up walls,
your return is simply
Be-ing,
Here You Are –
This Love within.

You do not travel 
to This Place,
This Peace reveals 
itself as You,
Here all along,
no longer a mystery,
Love’s safe haven 
is You within!

As You Are created –

Release all blocks
to This Flow,
by remembering
Who You Are.

Express your Self,

a prayer to Love 
that you send out,
This connection 
is infinite –
surrounding you and 
all you care about.

Life unfolds in 
myriad ways,
being in control 
is but a myth,
every journey is 
unique,
extend Love and support
to any who needs it.

You may not understand 
another’s path,
but beyond your knowing
is your Faith,
souls are eternally 
connected,
even as in this life 
there is no give 
and take.

Be Love’s prayer
in your heart,
angels connect 
with you Here,
share This with all
sentient Be-ings,
This is a grand purpose,
always, dear!

Fresh and New

Dear child,
keep letting go,
does Love not know
how and what to 
release,
you need not analyze 
it all,
simple say yes 
to being free.

You may have more 
experiences
that bring things 
up for you,
when old programming 
lights up within,
this is your surrender
cue.

Simply open up and 
with intention,
release what you do 
not need,
Be brave and dig 
down deeper,
releasing all attachments
to these beliefs.

Practice on new experiences,
with a newer you 
that knows,
you are not pinged 
by the external,
the work is within,
realigning to flow.

Take a periodic 
check-in 
with your breath,
returning to Truth,
Here Love Is 
always within,

A Sacred Grace

yes you judge,
in a world of 
constrasts, opposites,
differences get 
weighed down 
with meaning,
attached with myriad
attributes.

Might you ponder 
how you judge,
begin with awareness 
of your beliefs,
there may always 
be comparison,
but what do you 
add on to what 
you see?

Your mind is a 
powerful filter,
working non-stop 
to make sense of 
the world,
what if you lessened 
your need for 
absolutes,
letting go of 
being judge 
or juror?

Begin with you and
may you look 
with a loving eye 
that provides safe 
space,
surround yourself with 
All That Is,
and sense Love’s forgiving,
sacred Grace.

And from This 
Seat of your Soul,
do you not see 
what you thought 
was lost,
Here Love Is,
in every Be-ing,
when you see it 
within,
you see Love
in All!
