A Space for Peace

You may wish to create 
a space for Peace,
to find some respite 
from life for you,
but in the trying and 
analyzing,
does this not add to 
what you try to do?

Might this sacred space 
already exist,
ego sees a door and 
tries to push through,
dear one you simply 
need to Be –
let go of doing and
return to You.

Your Truth is always 
your I Am Presence,
claim this Now to 
make a shift,
Here is Peace as 
ego quiets,
Here is your soul
saying, “I got this.”

This Space of Peace
may at times feel 
fleeting,
the world as human 
is a lot to take,
but You Are not only 
this incarnation,
Be as One with Peace 
to give yourself 
a break.

You need not formalize 
a meditation
to shift and sense
your sacredness,
you pick the moment 
to Be I Am – 
You as soul knows – 
it’s a simple as This!

Your Heart of Love

Your heart of Love 
may feel so separate,
in a world of 
separateness,
but do you not 
harmonize together,
aligning frequencies
from uniqueness.

Does this not produce
a richer sound,
one that encompasses
a spectrum wide,
add your Voice to 
a chorus of angels
that wish to join 
This spectacle 
of Light.

Stay engaged with 
your heart of Love,
it beats a rhythm
that others can 
feel,
life is full of ups 
and downs,
but souls together know 
All is Well!

This Miracle of You

Tap into your Wholeness
dear one,
All of This is 
All of You,
experiment with 
every sense,
turn up the volume
with Gratitude.

What we mean by 
going within
is to light up your
energy field,
You Are a node 
in the cosmic web,
already connected,
complete and Real.

Reclaim the body as
part of This Wholeness,
it is the vessel upon 
which you ride,
it is a mirror of earthly
imperfections,
but it said yes to You
for this life.

You need not trust 
all roads to be smooth,
but believe in This 
Wonder of You,
may you trust in the
Love that animates
This Miracle that is 
Wholly You!

Fearlessly Free

Might you reflect 
without resolving,
let emotions flow
through you,
you need not analyze 
the why or how,
allow past experiences
to move through.

You may have pushed 
down past emotion
at a time when feelings
could hurt,
but now you know 
the Strength of Love
is eternally Here
for you.

Let core beliefs that
tell a story 
now bubble up to 
be released,
you are not tied
to any script,
create from your heart –
now set free.

Refresh,
reclaim,
rejuvenate,
it is okay to 
take things slow,
You Are the Master 
of your journey,
fearlessly creating from 
Love’s sweet flow!

You Belong

Release constrictions
that once served you,
you are stronger than
you know,
trust and behold 
your beautiful heart
that beats to the rhythm 
of Love’s flow.

This Flow is every breath
you take,
exhale what you 
no longer need,
your vessel integrates 
earth and sky,
Be You expanded,
wild and free.

Grounded You Are 
to Mother Earth,
you soar beyond the 
stars so bright,
you belong to the 
Universe,
behold and shine 
your beautiful Light!

Perfectly You

you today.

Sometimes you ride high
as the clouds,
you may be quiet,
you may get loud,
you are as life – 
an ebb and flow,
You Are the perfect 
you today.

You need not check 
off any box,
there is no “correct” way
for you to talk,
bring All of You to 
this life of wonder –
You Are the perfect 
you today.

Make another smile,
help someone be seen,
if one is unsure,
loan them your belief,
now turn to you and 
delight in This Truth –
You Are the perfect 
you today!

Your Tribe

Sense the energy of 
ancestral lines,
yes they had challenges 
in their time,
you need not bear 
the burdens of past,
but might their Strength 
be what forever lasts?

Humankind lives life
the best they can,
decisions are made with
the best-laid plans,
entanglements ensue 
as life unfolds,
you may spend a lifetime
loosening those.

Accept, allow where 
you are right now,
do not ask ego to 
figure out how,
shift to your soul 
awareness dear,
call in your ancestors –
always near.

May a reunion of 
connected souls,
bring support and 
encouragement – 
Strength and flow,
Here You Are never 
ever alone,
your tribe with Love says,
Welcome Home!

Compassionate Hope

sense Love’s Strength
as awakened Light
helps dispel shadows

Love connects you with 
brothers and sisters,

but Be a model of Hope –
Be compassion,
Be kind.

In a life of doing
and action,
channel what you Know
within your heart,

has a message of Hope –
rise up together to Be
the Love You Are!

expansive,
there is no limit to 
Who You Are,
yes you walk upon 
the earth,
but You Are connected
to the stars.

Do you not gaze 
at moon so lovely,
your heart delights 
when moon is full,
You Are a reflection of 
All Light shining,
the stars, the moon,
the sun and You.

Let your imagination 
take you
to All possibility that 
dwells in you,
You Are a limitless 
fountain of Love,
so flow with wonder 
in All you do!
