is a problem-solver,

Peace of your soul,
you have infinite resources
to figure things out.

When internal drama
begins to tell stories,
look with open eyes
to core beliefs,
you and your experiences 
created these scripts,
remove or re-write 
to gain healing relief.

Return to the Seat of
your Soul,
Here find your Strength 
and Courage always,
sense your power 
flowing freely,
raising you up to 
seize the day!

beats in your heart,
use your Voice to 
sing it True,
as you align 
with your soul,
do not the angels

can be your guide,

when things feel right,
all is vibration

Know you never 
sing alone,
all who you Love 
do sing along,
be lifted and supported

your notes are in harmony

Do you not dialog 
with Love,
this is your soul 
who speaks to you,
you may imagine this 
as separate,
you ask Love 
what should I do.

Might you begin a 
conversation,
yes you are wholly 
part of the plan,
Love has already 
been listening,
giving you ideas,
saying yes you can.

You may ignore Love’s 
persistent nudges,
in life you always have 
free will,
your ego uses fear 
as barriers,
might this direct you
to what needs healed.

Change may be hard 
in this chaotic life.
but your foundation 
is secure and deep,
your soul with blessings
from dear loved ones,
is Here supporting you 
eternally. 

You may leap or 
take baby steps,
Love is not measured 
in a linear way,
your awakened consciousness 
rejoices,
share your Light and Joy –

As human you wish

to Love –

yes quite a ride
it can be,
but beyond time

always Love

And as you merge
with this awareness,
you see that Love is 
neither here nor there,
All of This 
is All of You –
and Love 
simply Is.

So as human unfold
remembrance,
delight in moments of
experiencing Peace,
know without conditions,
forever –

your breath away,
goading you into 
what to say,
you may feel 
defenses rise,
these well-worn patterns
are no surprise.

This energy points at 
who to blame,
yes external experiences
set up this game,
you still can fix what 
needs tending to,
but are you not sucked in
to “them” against you?

You are Strength and
Courage Here,
breathe in and center,
clear the air,
as you look deeper at 
reactions felt,
does this not reflect 
your fear that 
all is not well.

Yes life is beauty 
and tumult too,
you worry that control 
is beyond you,
but might you control 
how to change your mind,
start with letting go 
of perceived timelines.

Return to breath,
return to flow,
This is You eternal,
yes this you know,
bring This Experience 
to your life and see,
All is Well in 
this State of Peace!

The world is hard to 
place your trust in,
here is not where 
trust occurs,
trust your soul as 
your safe harbor,
Here is your Peace
not of this world.

When worldly problems
get you rattled,
shift to restore 
clarity of mind,
give emotions space 
to express
deeper layers you 
wish to find.

And from your eternal 
soul perspective,
allow these layers 
to unfold,
give them tenderly 
to Love,
honor their stories that
once were told.

You need not analyze 
each detail,
Love knows always 
what to do,
this transmutation keeps
your heart open,
with Trust and Faith,

What do you hold on
and cling to,
what beliefs no longer
serve,
these do not need 
to be big concerns,
what small things 
might you unlearn?

Begin with little annoyances,
preferences,
what comes up for you
so quick,
might you smile
when you see
there is no need for
much of this.

Begin to be aware 
of what can make 
the ego fall or trip,
as You Are more 
than this role on
earth,
might you be able 
to handle this?

Be fully human while
you are here,
but observe the hoops 
that you jump through,
as you release what you 
thought you so needed,
Here is Love and Peace 
as You!
