ignite you,
allow the details 
to unfold,
momentum builds
as your will comes

This is a co-creative 
process,
the alignment of soul
and human merge,
set perfection to 
the side,
there will be moments 
when you are not sure.

Might you move forward
with less analysis,
trusting your gut with
what comes through,
follow the nudges and 
what feels powerful 
enough to express 
This You.

You may be out of 
your comfort zone,
but does not discomfort
indicate new growth,

In the midst of change
it may be hard to see
the growth,
take a snapshot 
of you dear one,
you are evolving 
more than you 
know.

There are big shifts
and then baby steps
that you wish would
lengthen their stride,
as time is not 
the focus Here,
check in to your
Self deep inside.

Ego loves to resist 
change,
it is this resistance
that wears you out,
from your Self that
watches this,
notice what the friction
is all about.

You need not change 
all of your ego,
the change is You
emerging Here,
say hello to You
eternal,
This is the change 
you welcome, dear!

A Clean Slate

With a clean slate 
are there not
infinite possibilities 
for you,
this may at first 
feel overwhelming,
thinking there is 
so much to do.

But as you move 
away from doing,
blending with the 
Essence of your Truth,
might what you 
create reflect 
Love’s beauty
that is infinitely 
inside of You.

It matters not 
the final product,
but how might Joy
show up for you,
does it not bubble up 
when you have cleared
your slate –
open to something new.

There is wonder 
in possibility,
trust and be 
comfortable with 
I don’t know,
no-thing is blank 
as Love is present,
Be Love’s expression 
embracing your flow!

Safe Haven

Be a safe haven 
for another, 
see with eyes that 
let them know,
listen deeply with 
your heart,
follow this connection
soul to soul.

In the human world 
belonging is a need
that seems never 
met,
dear ones,
you All belong 
to Love,
always connected,
you have never left.

When you connect 
with another,
allow Love’s well-spring 
to flow through,
do you not All 
now remember,
the safety you seek 
is Home with You!

is already Here.

You Are spirit,
Here and now,
always, forever
This is You,
release what hides 
Truth from your 
sight –
let go to what 
is already Here.

Your natural state 
flies with the angels,
is not the veil part 
of your belief,
you need not travel
to Be this Knowing –
let go to what 
is already Here.

As you shed your 
stories that continue 
to keep you 
separate, dear,
You as soul,
as spirit eternal,
rises up joyfully
already Here.

In this state 
is there not 
Oneness,
you marvel at 
nature speaking 
to you,
sense This connection 
beyond all words,
this is your soul
saying I Am Here.

From This Knowing
may you see beyond 
what separates you 
from This,
with Love loosen 
gently, lovingly
to You as Love,
always Here!

your True Eyes,
detach from what 
others may do,
the human experience 
is full of tangled knots,
you have within 
a way to release,
smooth.

You need not untangle
every knot,
but as you gaze upon 
stories told,
question your own
story that tries to keep
you full of doubt,
masking what you 
Know.

Open to see others 
in This Light,
separated beings 
trying to survive,
with Eyes of Love
may you see through this,
may you glimpse Oneness,
and as Love, unite.

Begin with you,
You Are not 
alone,
may your heart fill
with what is always
Here,
your soul as Love 
forever reassures,
Love sees you 
wholly,
completely, dear!

to All you Love,

This Truth,
your energy flows
effortlessly –

or work or do.

for you,

by This Love,

ever-evolving,
sometimes it may be 
hard to see,
is not nature 
ever-changing,
but harder to tell 
on majestic trees.

Seeds are planted,
each one different,
timing is not always 
up to you,
but as you look at roads 
you have traveled,
You may now see a
wholly different you.

Life may bring storms 
or perfect weather,
through it all may 
you know This Truth –
Love blesses the 
Garden of You,
beloved,
nurturing the growth

Loosen your grip 
on what to do,
dance with love –

Here is your center

effortlessly.

Trust this shift
do try it out,
This is your soul’s 
natural state,
human resistance,
expectation,
may obscure what 
flows in you, innate.

Life’s moments may 
tick by in time,
but You as timeless
can rise above,

co-creator,
