Sending Love

Sending Love.

It can be
a wish,
a thought,
a prayer –
you may not even
always be aware
when you open
your heart,
thinking of a
loved one dear,
does it not
feel good
when you are
sending Love?

Does not this
Beam of Love
connect you
to another’s soul –
you need not
be standing close
for their heart
to feel the gift,
they may not
be aware
in their conscious mind,
but does not
their heart know
you are
sending Love?

Is not the same
true for
Loved Ones who
are no longer
“here” with you
in the physical form –
do their souls
not rejoice,
when you connect
your hearts,
when you let
your soul speak –
when you are
sending Love?

There is a
Truth in place,
as All Souls
Are One –
as you send
Love out,
does it not
come back
to you?
You need
not think
to receive it –
as you open
your heart,
do you not
feel the power
of sending Love?

And are not
your Loved Ones
sending Love
to you –
might there be
a constant beam
that cannot
be broken –
you were connected
before
and there is Love
Ever-after,
there is no limit –
keep on
sending Love.

Send Love.
Receive Love.
You cannot help
but Be Love.

Love Is Who You Are.
Love Is Ever-lasting.
Feel the magic,
of sending Love.

Loving Help

There is help
when you
need it –
all you need
to do is
ask –
it may come
as inspiration
or may not be
as you expect –
might help be
in the form
of comfort
in Love sent
from your friends?

Does not posing
the question
start wheels
turning in motion,
does not your
inner voice
wish to be
heard?

You may know
the answer
to the questions
that you have –
when you ask
for help,
do you not
give permission
to open up
and to receive?

Is not asking
for help,
a way to
let go of
the struggle
that the human
side of you
knows so well
and as it
fights so hard –
is there not help
at the edges,
in the corners
of your mind,
where your soul
speaks to you?
It may be
faint at first,
but can you
trust your
intuition
that is always
there for you?

There is Love,
there is help
from a Universe
that Loves You,
call it God,
Source,
Divine –
when you ask
for help,
are you not
asking for Love, too?
Might you receive
all of the Love
that is around
and in You?

There is guidance,
there is Love
as you are
open to receive –
the answer
may not be
what you “think”
you need –
might it be
what you know
in your heart
all along?

Open.
Ask.
Receive
Love.
Thank you,
thank you,
Love.

Expect Love

When things
do not go
as you expected –
is it not then
that you realize
you may have
an expectation,
a hard and fast
rule,
that you would
prefer not to
be broken,
but sometimes
do things not
go as you
have planned?

Does not the
greatest disappointment
come in when
there is another,
that you may
think you are
“letting down” –
is disappointment
not sometimes felt,
when another’s
expectation
becomes the
expectation
that you think
you have not
fulfilled?

You may not
always know
the reason why
there are bumps
in the road –
but does not
change
make you look
at what is
expected,
might it not be
the right time
to do what
you had planned –
having faith
that you
are experiencing
what you need –
you see that
there are situations
that are not
in your control.

As you are flexible,
does it not allow
you to bend
with things
that change,
does it also
not allow
others to
change as well,
might you be
part of an
opportunity
that you may
not understand –
does not change
help you to
see another way
to respond?

Take a look
at expectation,
in what you
hold fast to
what is “you” –
as You Are Love,
is that not
all you need
to Be?

Be gentle with You.
You are only
responsible to Be
the Love That You Are.

Be That Love.
You Are Loved.
Love Is All
and You Are That.

Might the only
expectation you have –
is that You Are
so very, very Loved.

Sound of Your Soul

Is there not
a soothing,
steady hum
to summer’s peak –
when you hear
the insects
on a summer’s night,
the days may
feel hot,
the night
is, too –
but are not
the sounds
of summer
soothing, too?

What soothes
the soul,
when nerves
are jangled –
do you not
look for ways
to feel comfort
and peace –
there is a vibration
that grounds you
and reassures –
is it not when
you tune in
to the Sound
of your Soul?

You do not hear it
with your ears,
but its soft,
steady beat
is in your breath,
in your heart –
is this not
the soothing,
steady hum
that you know –
the rhythm is clear,
this Sound
of your Soul?

When you feel
extended,
feel off,
or out of
sync –
how can you get
back to the
rhythm of You –
can you tune
in to the
frequency
to remember
Who You Are –
can you tune in
to the Sound
of your Soul?

The sound may
be different,
depending on
what you need –
there is Peace,
there is Joy,
there is Gratitude,
there is Strength.
What is soothing
to you,
giving you what
you need –
always wrapped
in Love,
is the Sound
of your Soul.

You can tune in
at any time,
this rhythm plays
in the background
of your life –
do things not
flow more easily,
is there not Grace –
when you move within
the Sound
of your Soul?

There is a soothing,
steady hum
of Love that always
flows through You,
if you cannot hear it,
open up your heart
and listen to
the Sound
of your Soul.

There is comfort.
There is Peace.
There Is Love
in every Sound
of your Soul.

A Mystery of Love

Does a little
bit of mystery
not bring
enjoyment –
do you not
relish mysteries
when you read
a book,
watch a movie,
when you wait
with anticipation
to find out what
the mystery is?

There is a
build-up
to a moment,
when a mystery
is to be
revealed,
when the unknown
becomes known –
but is not the
mystery,
the suspense,
exciting and fun –
when all possibilities
are on the table –
is this not
where mystery
has its allure?

Is there not possibility
in every moment –
is there not
a mystery,
waiting for you –
can you move
forward
without fear
of the unknown –
knowing the
Mystery of Love
is ready to
be revealed?

Instead of feeling
trepidation
of what the next
step might be –
might you sense
anticipation
of all possibility –
might you know
in your heart,
that All Is Well –
that Love always
finds a way?

It is not
a mystery
that You Are Love.
The mystery lies
in what would Love do.
In each moment,
how will Love
be revealed –
in the limitless
potential
of the Love
That Is You?

You wait with
anticipation
at what comes next,
but is not
every moment
a gift received?
Is not the
Mystery of Love,
is that it
is always there –
with no beginning
and with
no end?

You may test
Love out,
you may question
its Source –
you may not
believe
that this mystery
is True,
yet there Love Is
at every turn –
the Mystery
of Love –
Is You.

Relish Love.
Anticipate Love.
Love the Mystery.
Love You.

Can you 
pare down
to your
essence,
to your
Truth –
and when you
get there,
is it not
elegant,
is it not
magnificent –
is it not,
simply Love?

It is not
complicated,
it is not
as hard
as you
make it
to be –
when you realize
You Are,
when you
can simply Be –
simply Love.

When you
strip off
the outer layers
of thought,
of clutter,
the churning mind –
do you
see what
you are
made of –
are you
not at
your very
core –
simply Love?

There is
no struggle –
do you
not flow,
when you
acknowledge
the Truth
of Who You Are –
can you see
the perfection,
the absolute
beauty of You –
are you not,
simply Love?

It is always
around you,
it is what
breathes you,
You Are
this Truth,
this Truth
Is You –
you need not
recreate it
or wish it
to be –
can you not
only Be –
simply Love?

Love Is
All There Is
and You Are That,
simply Love.

Perfect.
Beautiful.
Magnificent.
Love.
Simply That.
Simply Love.

Believe Love

It is easy
to take
what you know
based on experiences
you have had –
to speculate
or to assume
what might be
or might happen
next –
as you believe
this,
might you
create
what you believe?

Might you create
what you
do not want –
if your beliefs
include fear
and doubt,
yes, it is easy
to be fearful
of the unknown.

But is there
not always more
than meets
the eye,
than what you
know,
have you not
been surprised
when you
find out –
underneath
the exterior
of someone
you may
have judged –
there is
another part
of them
that you
did not know?

Is it not easy
to extrapolate
from what
you think
you know –
but does this
not limit
you,
to what you
can create
with Who You Are
and not with
who you may
become?

It is not
the set of
experiences
that creates
Who You Are –
do you not
create
the experiences,
to experience
You?

You Are complete.
You Are whole.
You are ready
to dive in
to all experiences
so you may
remember
Who You Are.

Do you not
experience separation
to remember
You Are One?

With the Love
of All That Is –
can you create
from a place of Love –
are you not
limitless
when you believe
that Love Is You?

Review your beliefs –
which ones
best serve You?
Can you begin
with the belief
that You Are Love?

When you begin
with Love,
you know
there is no
end.
There Is Love.
All Is Love.
You Are All
and All Is One.

Believe.
Create.
Love.

Allowance.

Can you hold
the space
for allowance
to let things
be as they
will Be?

And yes,
this is a
difficult concept
to your
human side
that wishes
to intervene,
to step in,
to maybe change
something
or someone –
to bring a
different outcome,
to change a
situation –
it is hard
to let it Be.

Can you begin
with allowance
for You?

Does not acceptance
and allowance
let you Be
where you
Are Now –
living in the
present,
not looking
over your shoulder
or picturing where
you think
you “should” be –
might you allow
You to Be
in this perfect
space in time –
as you reflect
on what learning
there is for You?

Does not the
allowance
of experiences,
push you to
accept What Is –
do you not
sometimes
meet fear
and doubt
along the rocky
Path of Life –
but do they
not push you
to find
the Path of Peace?

There is no
need to fight
to keep things
a certain way –
does not allowance
help you let go
of what “has” to be –
can you let go
of certain outcomes
and be
comfortable
to Be?

Let allowance
bring you back,
from doing
to Be-ing –
do you not
step into
your power
when you hold
the space
to Be Love?

Might you allow
Love to Be
the driving
Force of You?

Accept and Allow
that Love
is Who You Are.
Allow Love
to show You
the way.

Let Love.
Be Love.
Allow Love.
Accept Love.
The Path to Peace
is lined
with Love.

Love Heals

It can comfort,
it can soothe,
it can mend
an open wound,
is it not
better than
medicine –
Love heals.

There may be
pain when
you are lost,
or when you
think that you
have lost
one you love,
one you hold dear –
does not Love
connect you still –
Love heals.

There are processes,
there are ways
that bring healing
closer to you –
is it not Love
that opens
your heart,
helping you
create a space,
for you
to feel it
from within –
Love heals.

As Love
works from
the inside out –
always here
when you
need it most –
might you
embrace
its miraculous wonder,
it is always
ready to Be,
where you
need it most –
Love heals.

You need not
feel pain
to bask
in the healing
Force of Love –
but is pain
not a reminder,
to remember
Who You Are –
You Are Love
You Are complete –
Love heals.

Do you not
share this Love,
when you
can Be
Who You Are?

When you embrace,
the Love That Is You –
do you not
share this Love
with others, too –
do they not
see Who They Are
as their beautiful
Love unfolds –
is it not
One Love
That You Are,
that you feel –
Love heals.

Healing is
for One,
for All.
What you give,
do you not
receive?
Does not Love
know what
to do –
all you need
is to trust
Love, too.
Let Love be
your guide,
simply hold
a loving space –
and let Love heal.

Love heals.
Love remembers.
Love Is All
and All Is Love.

Healing.
Beautiful.

Light of Love

A moonbeam
of light
is enough
to cut through
the night,
to illuminate
what you
need to see,
so you won’t
stumble in
the dark –
when it is dark,
it does not
take much
light to see.

Is that not why
the moon’s shine
is so bright
against a sky,
though peppered
with stars,
the inky black
is the perfect
backdrop
for the moon
to shine
and glow –
casting moonbeams
to lighten
a path
for whoever
needs light
to find their way.

Is darkness
not a contrast,
a perfect
compliment
to the light –
does not
the moonbeam appear
even brighter
than the sun,
does it not
catch your attention,
does it not
highlight
what you are
to see?

It may only take
a single beam
of Light,
to light
your way –
has not light
filtered in
before
to shine
the way
for you?

Might you
turn up
your own Light –
might someone
need a single
beam,
to keep
from stumbling
in the dark –
even if they
do not know
where
the beam of
Light
is coming from?

If a single moonbeam
from the moon,
so far away,
can shine on
You –
can your Light
not cut through
the dark,
to reach
whoever may need
some Light –
you need not
know
where it lands –
can you shine
your Light
as freely
as the moon?

Be a Light
for Love
that cuts through
the dark,
illuminating
what you need
to see,
so you will not stumble,
you will not fall –
it only takes
a drop of Light
to see
and find
your way.

Shine your
Light of Love.
Let your Light
illuminate
your path.
May you shine
and glow
in the
Light of Love –
far reaching,
always shining,
Love.
