Reading pages
in a book –
you wish to
read what
happens next –
there is
always more
to the story –
turn the page.

Even as you
finish a book –
is it not
part of
your consciousness –
always absorbing,
always learning –
turn the page.

Your notebooks
fill up
as you
write down your
thoughts and dreams,
as you put
words to your
feelings –
turn the page.

Virtual pages
on a screen –
helping you share,
helping to connect –
do you not
wish to know
where others
have walked
and what they
have experienced
and learned –
is there not
comfort in
the sharing –
turn the page.

Can you not
help but
move forward –
is there not
always another
book,
the next chapter
in your story,
is waiting patiently
for you,
do you not
wish to see
what happens next –
turn the page.

You may think
that you have
finished,
the page has come
to the end –
but as you know
there is no ending
to your
ever-lasting story –
does not the
Story of You,
that comes
from Love
never finish –
is there not
always another
page,
ready to be
filled with Love –
you look for it,
you create it,
always ready –
turn the page.

With Faith.
With Trust.
You will find
there is
Always Love
on every
beautiful
page of You.

The Story of You
tells the
Story of Love –
keep turning,
continue Be-ing –
Love.

When you feel
unsettled,
you need not
wonder why –
it could be
weather,
it could be
thinking,
the full moon
passing by –
there is a
peaceful place
you can
go to –
when you remember
That Love Is You.

You may need
quiet,
you may need
stillness,
to let go of
the questioning mind –
the mind is good
at soaking up
what it sees
and what it
perceives –
but is Truth
not found
in your center,
is that not where
Love resides –
where there is Love,
is that not where
to find Peace –
when you remember
That Love Is You?

There will
always be
stories and drama,
as you are here
to experience life –
but there is
Peace in
your core be-ing,
yes, you have
found this
to be true –
to get to
your Place of Peace,
might you let go
of the chattering mind –
when you get quiet,
when you are still –
when you remember
That Love Is You?

You may need
practice,
to get comfortable
with the quiet
and the still –
but is it
not You
that you are
waiting for,
can you see
Who You Are –
is there not Peace,
is there not Love,
when you remember
That Love Is You?

Love Is gentle.
Love Is Knowing.
You Are One
and One Is Love.
There is comfort,
there is Peace –
when you remember
That Love Is You.

The Magic of You

There is magic
in a story.

A storyteller
knows this.
Is it not
mesmerizing
to listen to
the weaving
of a story
that is a
work of art –
bringing in images,
pieces of song,
some parts real,
some parts created
for the beauty
and the flow
of the story,
so it may
touch your heart,
make you think,
bring to you
an experience
that is rich
and satisfying?

Does not the
magic come in
when you are
catapulted to
another place
in your mind –
the storyteller
captures your
attention,
bring beauty,
imagined places,
that may make
you laugh,
make you cry,
as you follow
the story,
that may take
you places
you have not
been before.

Are you not
the teller
of your story –
do you not
weave the
many experiences
you have had,
so that
you can be
catapulted to
many different places –
some make you laugh,
some make you cry –
but is there
not beauty
in every part of
your story –
yes, you look
to find the meaning,
but is not the
magic found
in the Experience of Love?

What are the
parts of your story,
that feel good,
that bring you Joy,
maybe some parts
are in a chapter
that you would
not choose to have –
but does not
Love show itself
throughout it all?

There is magic
in a story –
and the magic
is Love,
might you feel it,
might you express it,
as the storyteller
That You Are –
is not your story
a vehicle
that brings you
Home?

Dive into your story
and glean from it
what it brings to you –
there is richness,
there is experience,
taking you to
many places –
some make you laugh,
some make you cry –
but is it not Love
that weaves
the fabric
of your Life?

There is magic
in Love.
The magic
Is You.
Love your story.
Be the Love.
Love You.

Bubbles of Love

A child delights
in seeing bubbles
rise up,
floating through
the air –
do bubbles
not express
a lightness
of Be-ing,
as the breeze
swirls and
lifts the bubbles
that are lighter
than air –
yes, do not even
grown-ups
smile in delight
when seeing
bubbles fly?

And is there not
a playful theme
to bubbles –
do you not
pamper yourself
with a bubble bath,
are there not
luxurious bubbles,
maybe scented –
but always fun?

Is it not a
celebration
to pop the cork
of champaign,
even sparkling water
brings effervescense
that tickles your nose –
do you not have
memories of
blowing bubbles
in a pool
or in your milk –
yes, bubbles
are able
to make
you smile.

Are they childhood
memories
of a lightness
of Be-ing,
or do not
bubbles demonstrate
rules of gravity
can be broken –
is it their
spontaneity
or unpredictability
that makes you smile
when bubbles
come out to play?

Can you capture
the delight
you remember when
you see bubbles
floating in the air,
they appear to be
without a care –
might you imagine
your worries,
your burdens
that feel heavy –
can you place
them in bubbles
to be sent
up in the air –
when the bubbles pop,
is not all released
to the Universe?

Let bubbles remind you
of your lightness
of Be-ing,
might you be
spontaneous,
letting flow
take you
where it needs
to go.
Bring out the Joy
that is always
within You –
can you let
your soul
come out
to play?

Be light
like a bubble
as you share
your Light.
With Joy
and Love –
may you play,
may you dance,
now fly!

Helping Love

Offer help,
lend a hand,
there is Love
in the giving
of yourself
to another –
to be there,
to be helpful.

Are there not times
when extending help
may also come
with expectation
of an outcome –
when a perceived
need is seen –
do you not wish
to jump in,
to help out,
to rectify a situation
that you think
needs to be
solved?

Is there not
a balance
to being helpful –
yes, you are there
when another asks,
but are there
not times
when you think
you know what
is “better?”

Is not another’s path
their own to
walk and learn?

Yes, there is learning
in relationship,
in how you
interact –
might you check in
on what your
intentions are,
when offering
to help –
can you offer
an open heart
letting Love
lead the way –
can you help
for helping’s sake,
without expectation
of what the outcome
“should” be –
can you Be There
for another,
can you show up
with Love?

As you share Love,
lending a helpful hand –
can you let go
of how it is
received?

Is not help
an extension
of the Love
That You Are –
and as Love is
limitless
in its reach –
can you Be Love
and let help
find where
it needs
to go?

Be loving.
Be helpful.
But mostly Be
the Face Of Love
for another
to see.

Be You.
Be There.
Be Love.

Flow With Love

Go with the Flow.

Things come up.
Life happens.
Some thing unexpected,
some in a different way,
you cannot know
what will happen next –
what is the
best reaction?
Go with the Flow.

There may be friction
or a bumpy ride
when you try
too hard,
putting on the brakes,
or when you throw
out your arms,
wanting to stop,
you will keep
moving forward –
go with the Flow.

You can make
things hard,
or move through
with ease,
there are lessons
in every
path you take –
but do not
things fit together
and move
with Grace,
when you find
the sweet spot
and go with the Flow?

What is Flow?
Do you not
know it better
when you are
not in it –
it is human
to resist,
to fight,
to struggle –
with Faith
and Trust
can you embrace
where you are –
can you listen
to your soul –
and go with the Flow?

When things
come together,
when a puzzle
is complete,
when you see
the way to go
may not be
what you had planned,
when the next steps
appear,
when there is
help along
the way –
is Love not
always around
when you
go with the Flow?

You may not
be able to
see it,
but your heart
knows the way –
can you listen
to intuition
that speaks lovingly
to you,
whispering encouragement –
to go with the Flow.

It may feel like
letting go,
it may feel like
giving in –
it is not
giving up,
this surrender
to within –
You Are
the creator
of this Journey
that you find
yourself in –
with Love
enjoy the ride –
as you
go with the Flow.

The Flow Is Love.
The Flow Is You.
With Faith and Trust
may you know
ease and Grace.

You Are
the Flow
you wish to feel.
There Is Love.
There Is You.
Flow With Love.

Clearly

Clear out,
strip away,
clean out –
what gets
in your way,
what hides
you away,
what is surrounding
you –
making it hard
to see clearly,
to find you
in the clutter
of your mind?

Yes, there are
material things
that share the
space of you –
that can build up
in your physical
surroundings –
until you clear out
to make space
or replace
with something new –
but does not
clarity begin
within You?

Does it not
feel good
to clear out,
to strip away,
to clean out
what you
no longer need,
what does
not serve you,
what does not
bring you Joy –
be it in
your surroundings
or in your mind?

Are not Love
and Joy
what you seek
as you think
ahead to your day –
does not
the phrase,
“what brings you Joy”
imply that Joy
is something
that needs to
be found?

Clear out,
strip away,
clean out
to uncover
the Essence of You
that is always here
despite attempts
to cover it up –
when fear
and doubt
creep in,
letting you think
that you are
anything less than
perfect and
Whole.

There is no need
to hide away –
can you clear space
to let your Light
shine brightly
with the Joy
and Love
That You Are?

Strip away
and find You –
shining brightly,
be-ing Love,
be-ing Joy –
There You Are!
Clearly Love.
Clearly You.

Connect With Love

to make
a connection,
to feel your
loved one
in your heart –
are they not
always close
when you
Connect With Love?

Is not Love
the Great Connector –
that you are never
separate from,
yes, it may
be a different way
than how
you are used
to connecting here,
but do not these
Connections of Love
reach far beyond
your touch,
your sight,
do you not
feel it in
your heart,
when you
Connect With Love?

You may have
doubt
when you cannot
see,
when you cannot
hold your
loved one close –
but do you
not feel them
even closer
when you
Connect With Love?

Are you not
part of them –
are they not
part of You –
if you cannot
separate Love –
they are as
close
as they can be –
you know,
you feel
them in
your heart –
you are always
Connected With Love.

Be still
and feel
they are there –
look around
for signs
and know –
there is comfort
in the knowing,
that Love Is Here –
You Always Are
and Will Always Be –
Connected Always
With Love.

It is hard
to move beyond
the logical,
the reasoning mind –
is this not
where your
belief systems
set up shop
and set
the rules?

This is where
choices happen –
yes, there needs
to be organized
thought,
but might you
remember
that there is
more to you
and those
around you,
then only
your mind?

If everyone
is ready
to fight,
to choose
a side,
to defend
their stance,
all it takes
is an initial
volley of
chosen words,
and the
fight is on –
is it not
hard to listen
when a barrage
of words
are not meant
to be heard?

Have not words
become the
ammunition –
to express
emotion,
of what does
not make sense
to the logical,
reasoning mind –
where belief systems
are the rule?

Can you open
your heart
to hear,
to feel,
to get past
the lines
drawn in the
sand,
from your mind,
that gets distracted
by the noise,
by the fight –
can you get past
the hurling of words,
to hear,
to sense
what is beyond
the frustration,
the emotion
of another mind –
to hear
a beating heart?

There are many
perspectives
you can take,
to see,
to feel,
to sense,
as you integrate
your mind,
your spirit,
the Love
within your heart –
might you balance
out the words,
with the awareness
that All Is One?

So many perspectives,
so many experiences
allow you
to choose
your words,
your reactions –
your mind,
your heart
can work together
to choose Love,
see Love,
hear Love
and Be Love.

Be Kind.
Be Open.
Be You.
Be Love.

Seeds of Love

tiny seed
from a tree
drops into
the ground below,
buried in
life-giving soil,
with water
and light,
does it not
grow –
to begin
so small,
to grow
so big,
does not
the seed
have all
it needs
to become
a majestic tree?

One little
drop of Love
from
All That Is
begins
on the earth –
starting tiny,
ever-growing
with water
and food
do you not grow –
to begin
so small,
to grow
with Love,
do you not
have all
you need
to realize
the majestic,
beautiful You?

Can you continue
this loving cycle,
dropping Love
wherever you go –
might it be
needed
all around you –
does not Love
help all to grow?

With a loving heart
can you cultivate,
spreading Love
wherever you go –
are you not
like the tree –
with roots in
the ground,
reaching up
to the sky –
the physical you
with the
Essence of Love?

Does it not take
one drop of Love,
a tiny seed
to begin to grow –
watch Love
take root,
watch Love
persevere –
with Love
there is always,
always Hope.

Add to Hope
one drop of Love,
watch it build,
watch it grow –
With Love
is not all
possible –
with Love
is there not
always Hope?

One little
tiny seed
of Love
is all
it takes
to Know,
to Be,
to realize
how majestic
You Are –
as You Are
Beautiful
Love.
