“. . . was lost,
but now
I’m found . . . ”
And do not these words
from a familiar hymn
speak to an awareness,
a knowing of one’s self,
but might we remind you,
you are never really
“lost?”
Is not feeling lost
an element of
a human perspective,
an orienting
to time and space,
when familiar to your
surroundings,
you may feel at home,
when much around you
appears different,
do you not sometimes
feel lost?
When going through
many changes,
you may not recognize
yourself,
or might you get “lost”
in layers of story
and beliefs?
What part of you
seeks to be seen,
to be found,
be made aware –
what feels like home,
what honors All
That You Are –
can you find
that place of knowing,
the sweet spot
that Is You –
that once was lost
but now is found,
is it not Love
that leads you Home?
As you strip away
the layers
to find the Truth
of Who You Are,
your Love shines brightly,
when you peel away
the story that surrounds you,
with clearer eyes
can you see
how amazing
you truly are –
“was blind,
but now
I see . . .”
With Grace,
with Strength and Courage,
You Are Always,
Always Love.
Never lost,
always found.
There You Are!
You Are Home.
