Here comes the sun.*

A familiar lyric –
but are You not
the sun?

Why wait for a day
or a season,
to open up and
fully shine.

Why not Be the warmest
sun ray,
shining Love’s Light
as you remind.

Do not seeds that
are planted,
need This Light
to help them grow.

Pay no heed to
the timing,
every journey has
its own flow.

But may your Light
help another remember,
opening a door to
let Light in.

Bask in This sacred
remembrance,
as your heart says,
“yes I’m in!”

Here comes the sun,
my dear Love’s Light
is Here in You.

These rays of Hope
and Inspiration
ripple out in
All you do!

Let each day unfold
for you,
the egoic mind keeps
looking ahead,
ego uses fear to keep
you small and safe,
it wants you to hide from
what is not here yet.

Your soul chooses Love
over ego’s fear,
you wish to align more
with your soul,
yes it is helpful to
heal old wounds,
but might you also shift
to what your soul knows.

Changing your mind can
be a daunting task,
but why not expand
what is already Here,
as ego gets used to
support from soul,
might it then choose
Love over fear?

Trepidation and dread
are ego unsure,
let ego know –
you are never alone,
your soul dances with
All you Love,
believe Love’s forever promise –
We All Are Home!

Spend time in your
timelessness,
layers of consciousness
abound,
you experience This
while living life,
as you interact with
All around.

Building awareness
helps you notice
there is much that
you cannot see,
the marvel of nature,
meditation, breath
are all points of entry
to This Frequency.

Another’s words and wisdom
can spark in you
a remembrance of what
You Know,
any creative endeavor,
or connecting with art
is you expressing
with your soul.

Do not music and lyrics
lift you up
as you rise with
what shifts inside,
may you listen to
This Language
of your soul,
that enriches All
experiences in life!

Be Now –
Who You Are.

In a world of
striving, gaining,
it is built in for you
to want more,
even as you are
constantly changing,
Be Now –
Who You Are.

It may be tempting
to wish for past
achievements,
ego is masterful –
asking “what if,”
this is not a call
to stop growing,
but Be Now –
Who You Are.

Love completely this
magnificent version
of your self on life’s
tumultuous timeline,
you need not wait
another second,
Be Now dear one –
Who You Are.

You do not need patience
or checked boxes
to Be the best that
You Are right now,
show up for you in
This very moment,
You Are Now perfectly –
Who You Are!

Allowance

Have patience when
you are restructuring,
building anew may
take some time,
know your foundation
is strong and sturdy
as you create –
bringing in more Light.

Transitions in life may
be exciting,
but it may also bring
up fear,
change may have you
questioning your identity,
but You are You –
infinite and clear.

Behold new wings that
unfold slowly,
you need not know
all destinations now,
Be present Here in
times of transition,
possibility arises when
you allow!

craves connection,
yes human nature

The world of ego will
twist and turn,
your task is navigating
this wild ride,
but when you need
respite and comfort –

these familiar echoes
of your life,
they pop up in various
iterations,
often stirring up doubt,
worry or strife.

As part of a Collective
priming for healing,
do your part and
clear the air,
with no judgment,
hold old hurts close,
honor and witness with
tender loving care.

From your soul –
a loving observer,
see your self as
Love sees you,
thank your self
for navigating life –
see Who You Are –
This Amazing You!

what is uncomfortable,
is this not where fear
likes to hide,
hold close this tender
part of you,
that is protective of you
in this life.

Your soul, angels
and loved ones
cheer you on when

sacred time to shine
more Light in fear’s
shadowy lair?

As This Light of Love
fills you up,
with fresh new eyes
can you not now see –
you have been Here
all along,
claim your I Am Presence
every time you breathe.

Who Are You now
with fear subsiding,
imagine and create with
This natural flow,
re-acquaint yourself
with Gratitude,
dancing with the angels
and your soul!
