Loop of Love

What can you shine
your Light on today,
who can you lift up,
by sending Light
their way,
is Love not like a
boomerang,
what you send out –
will return,
can you begin
a Loop of Love,
that builds momentum,
so you may learn,
you are part of Love’s
flow,
it may feel like
taking turns,
but as there is
no beginning,
and there is no end –
you are always
with Love,
this Loop of Love
that you are in.

And when you feel
out of sync,
not sure of what
you may need,
can you extend
your Love out
and see what returns
to you,
there is a flow,
there is a rhythm,
yes, Love has a
groove,
ask Love to show
you how
you can serve Love
and thus feed you?

Feel the pulse
of the Loop of Love,
what you put out
does return,
let Love show you
the magic,
as you surrender
to what you may learn,
find your rhythm,
embrace your groove,
as Love will show
you the way,
step into your
Loop of Love,
and with Joy,
may you play!

What is the hurry?
Where is the rush?
Might your self-imposed
perception
of time suggest
there is not enough –
in a finite, linear world,
time feels as precious
as gold,
but can you live in
each precious moment,
to see the miracles
unfold?

What might you miss,
looking ahead,
looking back,
not be-ing totally
here,
might you miss
savoring a taste
of summer’s fruit,
blackberries that grow
so very near,
might you miss
when first birdsong begins,
or when wood thrush
sings its last note,
throughout this day,
can you tune in –
savoring how a moment
unfolds?

Returning to now,
returns you to You –
as you go within
are you not there,
when you feel lost
or stretched too thin,
can you not find You
anywhere?
Pull up this moment,
see yourself,
in this Reflection of Love –
and in return,
are you not shining,
in this beautiful
Moment of Love?

Pick any minute,
to find this moment,
it is a gift for you
anytime.
Behold this gift
and brightly shine
this loving Moment
of Love.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.

Precious memories
are available
in your mind,
in pictures taken,
in keepsakes treasured,
do they not help you
to remember,
you from before,
loved ones that
you miss,
friends from afar –
in the physical world,
do not things that
you touch,
when they appear
to be not here,
do you not miss them
oh so much?

But when you shift
to your heart,
is the bond not
still as strong,
yes, you miss close
physical hugs,
when you think someone
has “gone”,
the Love That Is You
does not fade as
time goes on,
indeed as Love Is
timeless,
is it not Love
that carries on?

Yes, you can re-member
what you think
you have lost –
but is it not
knowing,
that reminds you,
You Are Everywhere
at once?
Far beyond your
physical body,
is You always
with Love,
you are always together
with those you wish
to dream of.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.
You Are part
of the loving Whole –
and with Eternal Love,
always together.

A Place of Peace

Be familiar with Peace.

Peace need not be
elusive,
it need not be hard
to find,
it may be at the end
of a rainbow,
but you can feel it
at anytime,
it need not mean
you are apathetic,
when you are at Peace,
can you not focus
sharper still –
does not being familiar
with Peace,
bring you to a balanced
state,
letting the best of You
come shining through?

There are many external things
that can throw you,
off your center,
you may feel helpless,
wishing you had more
control,
but is not Peace
where you begin,
to become familiar
with You,
once again –
are you not You
when you let Peace
come seeping in?

Finding Peace
need not mean
you are tuning out.
Be-ing Peace means
that you are tuning in.
Let Love fine-tune
your resonance,
so you may feel
the Peace within,
with Gratitude,
can you now send
Peace and Love out?

Be familiar with Peace,
strengthen your core
that shines with Love,
anything or situation
you wish to face
will be easier,
when you are in
this loving place –
where your Strength
and Courage
can help you soar,
go within to find
out more –
as you reacquaint
with your powerful
Place of Peace.

Beyond

Is life not sometimes
like a balloon,
that is filling up
with air,
with the right amount
is there not lightness,
floating along with
not a care,
but sometimes with
added pressure,
does not your balloon
stretch out a lot,
do you not feel that
if more is added,
it may reach its max
and pop?

Yes, there are ways
to navigate this,
to relieve pressure,
or let off steam,
but can you take this
a step or two further
and see beyond the balloon
and what that means?

As the balloon can
only hold,
so much air,
it has limited space –
can your perspective
of you
go beyond this finite,
limited place –
as you are the
air you breathe,
as you are That
which fills you up,
even as you can touch
the boundaries
of what you think
is all there is –
since you are much more
than the balloon,
can you shift your
perspective
beyond your “limits”,
to the Limitless Universe?

Yes, you can imagine
your balloon even bigger,
to be a container
for all of the air,
or can you see
there need be no
boundaries,
can you be comfortable
knowing You Are
Everywhere?

Yes, the human
likes when there is structure,
like a balloon with
its malleable form –
it is so you may see
all of the roles
of life,
that you can
and do perform –
you may not be able
to control
all of the variables
that can fill you up,
but remember that you are
beyond what you think
is your limit,
you are the very air
that holds you up.

At times you control
the valve on your balloon –
what do you need
to be in peaceful flow,
broaden your perspective
of your innate power,
see beyond the balloon,
so you may let go –
you cannot always direct
from the balloon’s perspective,
but from the air
do you not see –
you are what breathes life
into All,
even beyond the air,
is there not Love,
are You not always
part of the Whole –
part of this Infinite Energy?

Breathe the air
you cannot see,
Be the Love
you will always
Be,
beyond your balloon
is You and Me –
Be Light.
Be Love.
Fly High.
Be Free.

Take a Bow

Give a round of applause,
a cheer,
for you,
sweep away the “shoulds”,
the scolding tone,
the rolling of eyes
about things you
may have done,
there are myriad ways
to do this or that –
as human,
are not many dead-ends
a way for you
to change your path,
do not be so quick
to judge,
can you acknowledge that,
you are amazing,
you are inspired,
You Are Love?

Now is that not
an energy
that fosters Love
and growth,
can you replace
any criticizing
with words of encouragement
and hope,
there is no need to
beat down,
what you think does not
serve you,
does not emotion,
raw, tender feelings,
come up to feel
this Love, too?

When your human self
gets your attention,
sometimes like a
2-year old might do,
can you open up
your heart
and Love and hug
this part of You,
the Love you wish to
give
is waiting for you
to Love You, too –
so hooray for Love’s
embrace,
and fully embrace now
all of You.

Give yourself a pat
on the back,
acknowledge every step
you take,
some may feel better
than others,
but no mistake
do you make,
yes, learn from
your experiences,
they help you navigate
this road you are on,
and with Love as
your co-pilot,
can you and yourself
get along?

Acknowledge you,
feeling Gratitude
for all the steps
you take,
cheer for you
and Love you, too –
always cradled
in the Arms of Love.

A Loving Connection

Connected.

As constant as
the shining sun,
rays shining down
on everyone,
it matters not
where you come from,
are All not
connected?

Does Light not find
a way
to filter through
a cloudy sky
or night-time, too,
can not sun’s Light
light up the moon,
no matter the phase,
does it not flow
through you,
the sun,
the moon,
the stars
and You –
are All not
connected?

Is not your Light within
what connects you to
anything you see,
any experience you
do,
if you feel disconnect,
can you tune into You
and find common ground
in the Light you sense
around you?

You can connect with
another,
or beloved pet,
or the flowers that bloom,
the birds feeding their
young,
are you not a part
of that, too –
from the air that you
breathe,
to the morning sun
that breaks through,
you are connected
to All
and All connects
through you, too.

As constant as
the shining sun,
rays shining down
on All as One,
does not the Light
of Love abound,
are you not All
and All Is You,
connected in Love,
in Light,
as One –
You Are
always connected.

Get Lost

Lose yourself.

Let time disappear
from your internal clock,
when you are immersed
in what you Love,
do not day-to-day thoughts
also disappear,
does not the losing
of one’s self
not help the
Authentic You
appear?

And you have not
really “lost”
a thing,
is it not that
your True Self
can be found,
might you enjoy
this game of
hide and seek,
when you can delight
in the discovery of –
losing your self
to find your
Essence of Love?

So think not of
stripping away,
though parts of you
may take a break –
are you not building
your creative muscle,
when Authentic You
comes out to play?
Let Love give you
the feedback,
letting you know you are
in the flow,
when you turn your
thinking off,
surrender to it
and let go.

Lose yourself,
though you are
never lost in
any way,
we use this familiar phrase
to help you unhook
from what you think
“should” be –
if clocks had no numbers,
if a day had no
start or end,
if you left the linear behind,
what might you play,
where would you
jump in?

Lose yourself,
to find the
Authentic You –
full of Joy,
embracing Peace,
sharing your Love
with Gratitude.

Divinely Human

Where there is friction
are there not
Sparks of Light?

As human,
are you not accustomed
to experiencing
how friction rubs,
it may be an annoyance,
an irritation,
do you not seek
the oil
to quiet the wheel,
but does not friction
set you upon
most any journey
you found yourself on,
seeking the grease,
finding Peace,
as your soul
uncovers the Love,
behind it all
and in Everything?

And is this not
the human role,
you have signed up,
part of you knows,
there will be trials
and tribulation,
is this not how
you stretch and grow –
but you are honored
upon this Journey,
you are the strongest
and the brave,
to learn as human,
to face the waves
of emotion,
conflict,
and strife,
(you may ask – why would
I choose this life?) –
but as human,
are you not Divine,
Divinely lead,
as you are intertwined
with your soul,
your Shining Light,
that accompanies you
with every step?

There will be friction
upon your journey,
let the sparks fall
where they may,
they light up
your Guiding Light
that walks with you,
every step of the way,
life is not for you
to battle,
it may not make sense
from what you see,
but your soul is
Eternally Grateful,
for lessons learned,
for Love to Be.

Yes, there is Love,
that is the purpose,
can you find it
from the Light of
the Spark?
Turn up your Light,
step in fully –
You Are
Divinely Human
with your loving heart.

Let Love show you
how to Love.

Is it not often easier
to send out Love
than to take it in –
can you ask Love
to show you how
self-care can begin?

There are many expectations
on what you “need”
from outside in,
but can you build up
your heart,
this muscle,
to take care of you
from within,
can you ask Love
to lovingly show you,
how loved you are
with every breath,
soak it up from others
when they send it,
but Love is Here
in its eternalness.

You need not ask it,
you need not earn it,
Love is with you
at every turn,
now turn Love towards
you, dear one –
let Love wash over you,
filling you up
with so much Love.

When your tank
is feeling empty,
is it not time to
care for you –
let Love be your
patient teacher,
let Love show you
how to Love . . .
You.

Soak in a bath,
howl at the moon,
find a way to
dance or play,
walk outside,
sit and feel
the breeze,
honor You
with Love
today.
