In Life, So Loved

In life, yes there are moments
when you feel pushed,
pulled,
left behind,
you may feel grateful 
or frustrated,
depending on your 
place in time. 

Change within ego’s 
experience may have
you looking for more 
clues,
but might you look 
where you are changeless,
the soul within,
the Whole of You.

Life’s struggles may 
be painful,
they may not make 
very much sense,
the world is a daunting 
classroom,
as you look to regain
your balance. 

What do your emotions 
tell you,
which direction do they 
point?
What is coming up 
for healing 
that a loving balm
may anoint?

You have all you need
within you,
look no further 
for This Truth,
beyond the story,
Here is Forgiveness,
You Are so Loved,
This Love is You!

Hope Arising

Does new growth
not arise,
when fertile soil 
and sun combine,
wind sweeps away 
what is not needed,
so there is room 
for what may rise.

Some plants are delicate,
others are hardy,
in eco systems they 
cohabitate,
majestic tree is host
to lichen,
or shelter for what 
might need shade.

Check your surroundings, 
what may need care,
what fertile soil might
you create?
You do not live 
in a vacuum,
you and Universe 
indeed collaborate.

Cleanse the palate,
clear your slate,
begin anew with 
the hope of spring,
be open to all 
possibility,
what new growth makes
your heart and 
your soul sing?

Gathering With Grace

Gather your self,
your breath is Peace,
return Home to what 
is True.

When you tire of 
asking what is wrong –
know Home is Love 
Here with You.

Be in This Moment
where Gratitude lives,
do not possibilities 
abound?

Ask Love to sit 
with you for a spell,
Love says yes and
loving arms surround.

Be gentle with you,
may Grace show you how,
You Are This,
Love gently reminds.

Receive, accept,
allow This Truth,
let go and let 
your Light shine!

Remember to Know

Your soul knows.

And yes, you wish
for this knowing
to enter your awareness
in your life,
the moments when 
awareness and knowing
combine,
do these not ease
the human strife?

Might you accept knowing
as a remembrance,
not as a predictor 
of the unknown,
there are life journeys 
that will unfold
with their own timing 
that you may not know.

But rest assured in
every moment,
your soul and guidance
is Here with you,
may you know Peace,
Strength and Courage
always appear with 
Gratitude.

Might you embrace your
soul’s perfect knowing,
as it sees the Whole of You,
ask to know you 
as Love does,
remember and know 
This Love is You!

Love’s Forever Bridge

Your loved ones 
see your Light,
heart to heart 
you will always be,
sometimes in this life,
difficult experiences
make it hard to see.

And though your heart
may feel broken,
it is the driving force 
for you –
you know there is 
more than this life,
as your soul guides you
to this Truth.

Remember,
reunite,
with All you Love
and hold so dear,
they are not lost,
you are together
with a forever bond
that draws them
near.

Love builds this 
forever bridge,
connecting you always
in your heart,
forgiveness paves 
this eternal road,
as you remember
Who You Are!

Finding Balance

balance when on
rocky seas.

In the depths,
below the surface,
you flow effortlessly
and free.

Expand your focus,
even as ego draws
your attention to 
distract you.

You Are whole,
You Are complete,
life’s situations 
do not define you.

From core of earth 
to beyond sky,
You Are This and 
All in between.

You Are Source 
presence
in expression,
what do you wish 
to express today?

Call upon Love 
within your core,
regain your balance
with Grace and ease.

Sense Love’s limitless
presence,
whispering to you –
Beloved,
Here is Peace!

Remembering Peace

Are there not times 
living out your story,
when ego adds a chapter
you may not wish to 
read,
you may rail against 
a problem
or situation that you
do not need.

As human in this world
there are things
you would rather not
experience,
it may be difficult 
to find Peace,
when your surroundings
do not make sense.

Dear one,
the angels sense 
your struggle,
and though situations 
can be fraught with 
hurt,
might you allow Love 
to flow through, 
any experience 
you are going through.

Release the struggle
to find Peace,
you need no defense 
to stand in your
Truth,
identify with your soul
to find Peace eternally 
is with You.

Yes, life can unfold 
with some harshness,
but know that Love 
is always around,
angels, guides and 
loved ones dear,
cradle you as loving 
arms surround. 

Here is Peace,
may you breathe 
this in,
as you allow Love 
to flow through,
beyond your story 
is your Truth – 
may Love with Peace
bring this remembrance 
of You!

of Love?

Breathe Love in,
be enveloped 
in Peace,
your healing function 
is returning to 
Love.

Is not Joy
the expression 
of Love?

Experience Joy 
fully,
Gratitude leads
the way,
Joy is your soul 
reminding you – 
This Is Love.

Is not Humility 
knowing fully
You Are Love?

Be Love,
Be authentic,
Be Love’s purpose 
in your way,
accept,
allow Love’s experience –

sometimes life appears

though in every scenerio,

Yes, acceptance and 
allowance,
may help you find 
a smoother path,
as human you learn 
from your emotions,
rollercoaster rides 
are part of that.

Honor completely 
your life journey,
as soul breathe in 
the Strength of Peace,
ask for help to guide
you gently,
so you may experience 
Grace and ease.

Embrace Gratitude that

All of Love flows 
throughout You,
with a touch of willingness,
may you believe in
