Give your self 
a break.

Reverse harsh judgments 
that can build up,
be aware of your 
critical eye,
your mind can be 
a whirlwind spinning,
give your self 
a break.

Reverse direction,
try this out,
when something 
comes up don’t 
push it down,
surround it all 
with Love and 
patience,
and give your self
a break.

Does This not create
your flow,
what you give 
you do receive,
your energy and 
clarity builds when
you give your self 
a break.

Hello to This Self 
that always is Here
when you step 
aside,
trust and believe 
This Love that flows,
experience the magic
you create!
