Beyond Resistance

Give your self 
what you need,
listen when you 
get upset,
use this to find 
where you resist,
be it from the past 
or not here yet.

Resistance is the 
friction that you 
wish was more
smooth,
but now that it 
has your attention,
is This not a path 
to You?

Dig in deeper to 
your resistance,
listen closely to 
what it says,
here is more fuel
that frees you 
from egoic thoughts 
going through your
head.

With Gratitude,
welcome this clearing
of clouds that once
obscured your view,
as the sun is always
shining,
your Peace,
your Light,
always comes through.

Listen to your thoughts,
but then send them 
on their way,
with clearer Vision,
a smoother path,
as your True Self,
now seize the day!
