In the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Your mind may run,
you wish to walk,
when you loosen
what you need,
release distraction,
let go of noise,
in the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Honor the body and 
what life brings,
but this is not the You
that is Everything,
when you connect to
this Truth of You,
in This quiet,
Here is Peace.

This is your center,
find your Strength Here,
your purpose,
This Love,
makes all things clear,
receive and give 
and thus receive,
in This Knowing,
Here is Peace!
