A Sweet Return

Let your breath be like
spring cleaning,
much like the freshness 
of nature’s breeze,
do you not center 
and realign,
when you with purpose 
and intention – breathe.

You have a natural 
harmony,
that flows more freely
when you are clear,
what thoughts,
constrictions 
need airing out,
reset with breath,
gateway to Here.

This sweet return 
is simple, yes,
but needs your will 
to see it through,
you hold the key to 
Peace and ease,
join with your breath 
to return to You!

    I was without power from a storm for over two days and could not leave any comments.
    It was fun talking to some neighbors that I haven’t talked to in while because of the outage. 🙏
