A Centered Peace

Be Here 
in this moment,
as you slow,
awareness builds.

You can do this 
with your breath,
your intention 
and your will.

The You 
that is watching,
your I Am presence
is always Here.

When you see from 
This perspective,
your centered Peace 
is Everywhere.

The world may go
up and down,
like a roller coaster 
ride.

No matter what life
brings to you,
return to centered 
Peace inside!
