A Sweet Release

When you feel spread out
and scattered,
draw in breath,
your sweet release,
work with what 
comes in before you,
clearing mental clutter 
to return to Peace.

Be you as your 
wholeness,
connected to realms
you cannot see,
All of This vibrates
inside you,
in This Flow is 
Grace and ease.

Life is often not
so easy,
but allow your soul 
to navigate with you,
with intention,
may you, your Team –
Be in wonder this 
whole day through!
