The Best of You

When deadlines come 
and time speeds up,
is not your mind
adding to it,
your mind creates 
many shoulds and 
do you not obey 
when mind does this.

As your soul’s perspective 
is beyond time,
might you return to 
this Place of Peace,
with pressure reduced 
are you now not able
to solve any issue with
greater ease.

You have the means 
to be expansive,
when you sense constriction,
return to breath,
releasing added layers
of belief allows you
to Be present with what
may come next. 

Be aware of worry 
that scans the future,
have Faith in You
knowing what to do,
now that your mind 
is free of clutter,
it aligns with soul –
Be-ing the best of You!
