Bring your best
to any moment,
perfection is not
the goal,
release attention
from expectation,
focus as each step
unfolds.

There may be surprises
along the way,
you need not judge this
good or bad,
life presents itself
and patience may be
needed for the road
ahead.

Work with your mind
to solve any problems,
look with Love when
emotions rise,
as human you will
have reactions,
but You as Soul
are Peace inside.

See where resistance
results in struggle,
focus your energy
on other ways,
let go of changing
so much around you –
experience what is,
as You today!
