You Are One 
with your
surroundings,
you may ask what 
does this mean,
with no separation 
from Love,
You Are One 
with Everything.

Your human perspective 
in this life
is full of detail
and what to do,
but your soulful,
whole perspective 
is your center 
where Peace flows
through.

When you feel so 
very scattered,
reacting quickly to 
this or that,
re-align with your
True Source,
this helps smooth out
what seems to catch.

Honor your human side
with Love,
observe the strife 
that bubbles up,
Here is a perfect time
to soothe and Love
all that you are 
made of.

Be as One with 
your surroundings,
say hello to trees
and sun,
shine your Light 
of a thousand stars,
center and expreience 
This You as One!
