A Path to Peace

During times of change 
or transition,
you may wish for feet
on firmer ground,
my dear,
your roots are firmly 
planted,
your branches extend
beyond the sun.

The human mind craves
familiar patterns,
it likes routine to 
feel more secure,
your true foundation 
is much more stable,
Love is always Here 
to reassure.

Embrace these times 
to keep returning 
to your True Self that
does not change,
your experiences here 
create new growth,
but your Essence of Love 
remains the same.

Nurture your self with
true compassion,
mix in some laughter 
as you now See,
what may come up 
for you as human
is a Path to Peace
as you choose to Be!
