Your Courageous Heart

Let Love connect perceived
scattered parts,
reminding you that 
You Are Whole,
the world, your ego
create distractions,
set your intention
to breathe and flow.

When worry dwells 
in thoughts of future,
you may be in protective 
mode,
find your safety 
in your breath,
your Strength,
All Peace is 
within your soul.

Letting go of past 
persistent layers
may increase your
thoughts of old,
with the Courage of 
a thousand angels,
trust in what beauty 
now unfolds.

Stay the course
of your hero’s 
journey,
though know Now
You Are This Peace,
transform, transmute
what once made you
fearful,
your courageous heart 
is unchained and free!
