Draw from your roots
much like the trees,
Here is Life Force 
that flows and breathes,
always connected 
You Are to This,
Here is your Peace,
your inner bliss.

Be nurtured by 
the moon, the sun,
Light flows through you
beloved One,
with the dawning 
of a new day,
Be open,
say yes to what 
comes your way.

Breathe in wisdom from trees,
from nature’s Light,
you share One Source,
experiencing this life,
connected to Love’s web
You always Are,
a constellation of Light –
you and the stars!
