There is a frequency,
a note,
a steady hum of Love 
in you,
you can breathe it,
sense it,
feel it,
shifting focus 
to Be,
from do.

Does not nature help
you sense this – 
sky with clouds,
the trees so green,
waves in ocean 
beat a rhythm,
flowers blooming
bring you Peace.

May the song of bird
remind you 
of Love’s song within
your heart,
You Are the Light
of every sunrise,
You shine as bright 
as night’s twinkling
stars!
