Your Peace

In This Moment
does not time 
stand still,
the linear world
can slip away,
as you focus on 
This present,
All of You 
comes into play.

Your breath connects 
to All of You,
indulge your senses,
your body talks,
your soul,
your essence says
All is Well,
even as your mind 
tries to connect 
all dots.

Return to present,
Here is your Home,
listen to the still,
small voice within,
the peace you seek 
in life can vary,
but within your soul
is where Peace begins!
