fill you up.

In life experiences 
pile on,
you integrate and 
let some be,
as you release what 
is ready to go,
Be free and 
let Love 
fill you up.

This is not denying
any part of you,
honor it All and 
look with loving 
eyes,
your Strength and 
Courage have 
brought you far –
Be free and 
let Love 
fill you up.

Each day, 
each breath 
is a new beginning,
your human vessel
is an experiencer,
if there are times
when you need 
relief,
Be free and 
let Love 
fill you up.

You and your soul
work together Here,
what are you ready 
to release, transform,
the simple Truth –
is You Are Free 
right now,
whole and complete,
You Are full 
of Love!
