Is not your life 
a meditation,
you and soul 
together here,
there is no line
where one begins 
and there is no end
my dear.

You Are All 
of This 
as One,
be open to 
the parting 
of the veil,
your separateness 
is one perspective,
but You as Spirit 
know All is Well.

Be open, porous
in time and space,
Be Here for the 
miracles that 
delight you,
seeing life as 
a meditation
helps you tune 
into the Whole 
of You!

    Sandy, I am discovering (or maybe
    Uncovering) that the more open I choose to be, the
    more Love pours miracles into & through me, delighting
    Me and all with daily delights. (which at almost 80 yrs
    Old, reMinds me why I am still on earth). Thanks, as
    Always for the delights you send from your Heart!
