Help is Here

Take one step
at a time,
when you may feel
some overwhelm,
with linear time
you jump ahead,
but return to present – 
Here is your help.

You need not solve 
everything yourself,
this is a burden you 
need not bear,
give yourself space 
to let your intuition
and guidance flow 
everywhere.

Asking for help 
allows an opening
for you to be 
in Love’s flow,
Here is where solutions
are found,
dropping in so 
you will trust 
and know!
